Food good, people are friendly and food come quick. The garden bar was nice and full.

There is a building with a restroom and sitting area to wait for your bus but I prefer the open air benches. It's outside so you don't have to worry about close quarters with people that may be sick. It's covered and there are Centro employees always close by if you have a question.

Usually very crowded inside when it's cold usually standing room only but I've found customer service agents and most of the other staff members (maintenance, janitorial, off duty bus driver's to be both friendly and very knowledgeable). There are paper (pamphlet style) bus schedules for every bus route on the Wall next to restrooms and a monitor on wall which displays upcoming bus departures with time and location where the bus will be departing from (example: B12 )

I prefer taking the bus over the absolute insanity, the often unsafe & dangerous, rat freakin race of driving a car to work. The hub makes taking public transportation easy, convenient & out of our unpredictable Syracuse weather. It'll be even better when the building itself opens back up to the patrons (COVID closure). Centro is great. The hub makes them even better.

The Hub is a lot cleaner then it used to be. Be prepared Monday to start getting on the front of the bus again and paying the normal fare. The bus schedule is also going back to normal.

Schedule is easy to read an employee even come up to to me to ask if I needed a mask I believe just to be kind

Decent place to wait for a bus. You could use a restroom or get out of the heat/Cold.

The monitors that are used to tell when the busses are coming no longer work. Update they finally decided to fix the monitors.

Centro workers never seem to want to help with directions or don't know. Hub doesn't feel safe.
