Had my car for the better part of a month. Never called me to let me know of any problems. Never kept me informed. I made contact a few times finally went to get my car test drove it around and the dam check engine light came right back on $1,200 later. So took it back had it another week check engine light is back on a day later car still runs the same would never go to this place again and I advise not going yourself

5 star across the board. My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Greeley s for years and to sum it up, Readers Digest condensed version, PRO STATUS work every time. Im going to jump out the window on this without worrying about someone s feelings. When I see the negative reviews people write, I often wonder if those folks know the inner workings of a motor vehicle. Lots of moving parts folks and more often than not, these parts work together. Usually when a part breaks, or gets worn out, other parts start to malfunction due to owner s neglect in getting the troubled part fixed as soon as possible. Believe me, I m guilty of that and made a small fix a bigger one. I ll continue to hire Greeley s for every job, and to those that aren t satisfied, there s plenty of other garages to choose from.

The Greeley Auto boys are a good bunch! I m from Florida passing thru with vehicle issues and Tim (shop mechanic) went straight to work on my truck. Had me on the road in no time at all. Keep up the good work, guys!

Other than going home, busting out the tools and getting your hands dirty, there's no better of friendlier place to get an automobile fixed! I've dealt with this shop in personal and business capacities and I'm thoroughly amazed! Didn't matter what I brought in, my work truck or random Volkswagen, they got the job done right the first time! I would always suggest this place first to anyone needing repairs!

Used Greeley's for the first time this week to replace a broken wheel stud on our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. These are individually replaceable but some shops will say you need a whole new wheel hub assembly, which is expensive. Greeley's repaired just the needed part at a reasonable price. I would drive from Canada back to use their service. Had a coolant issue driving home from NYC. Friday afternoon and they were able to assess the issue and had me on my way just over an hour later. Got an estimate the same day I dropped the vehicle off. After approving the estimate, I got the car back within 48 hours and all is well! Was recommended by my normal mechanic (Roger @ Henson s Collision) as he was ill and could not take any cars into his shop. I was pleasantly surprised and have Already recommended my neighbor to go to Greeley s for their speed, accuracy, and workmanship, along with their excellent communication. Worst place ever they was supposed to change out my front two wheel barrings NEVER did and charged me for the service plus the parts just for me to turn around and have to get whole new set and the new mechanics said the parts weren t ever touched let alone replaced they are original from car worst service ever DIDNT even want to fix the situation made excuses don t not recommend

I made an appointment to drop my car off today at 8am for brake noise in the rear passenger side drums. They call me a few hours later and say it's actually the front rotors that are rusted out. Weird but ok. 600 for the front rotors and pads. I give in and say let's just do it because I need it done immediately and they've already got it on the lift. At 4pm they call me to come pick it up. When I get there they tell me that actually it was the rear drum, but they lubed and sanded it so it shouldn't be too bad. I assume it must be barely noticeable so I drive home to see for myself. Today I spent 600 on a problem I didn't have, and still have the problem I started with. I called up to complain and got an apology and a quote for 600 to do the rear brakes and fix the original problem once and for all. I'm giving 2 stars because Loren has good customer service skills. Not pleased. Not sure why I would return at this point.

These guys are continually exceeding expectations. Recently helped me get back on the road in under 2 hours after a flat tire on the interstate. One of the local car dealerships couldn't be bothered to assist me for at least 2 days... Derek and his team care about customer service - simply the best!Service: TiresService: Tires

I made an appointment specifically to have the right front tire fixed or replaced due to leak. They charged me labor and told me nothing was wrong with tire . The next day I had a flat tire and needed to get tire looked at again . A nail was found by another auto place . Very disappointing at the service as I waited 2 hours

Has been a historic place in Nedrow for many decades. Great customer service and right across the street from many food places if you need to get something to eat or drink while you wait.

Went in for a coolant problem. They diagnosed it quickly. They got the part the same day and fixed it under 3hrs. $100 more than the estimate but I can say it was well worth every penny. I will be a returning customer! Very pleased with all the staff. You can tell how a business runs by the business it has and reviews steered me to them. 5 outa 5Service: General repairs & maintenance

Let me start by saying, I usually use a different local shop in the area, so maybe I have become spoiled by good communication and repairs done on time and on budget.The first time I took my car in to Greeleys I dropped it off the night before and didn't hear anything till I called at 1:00. The vibration in the front end and their "fixing it" led to other things in the front end breaking and it was all of a sudden $2500. I was told "all had to be replaced". Well after further conventions, they didn't all have to be replaced. Final bill, just over $2000. I guess things happen, and I understand that all repairs don't go as expected. Fine. Problem is that after all that work, I get it on the highway and now the steering wheel shakes at 65-70mph. I take it back in, dropping it off the night before and I hear nothing by 11:30. So I call. I'm told they haven't gotten to it and they will let me know when they look at it. When it's 2:00 I call again and they tell me they don't know what is wrong and at that point I tell them I will just pick up the car and get it fixed somewhere else.Poor communication, and no responsibility for lack of communication or the new problem arising from the last repair.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I went in for an inspection came out with problems. My brake light comes on now. Never did before until their mechanic touched it. Claim I have a tie rod problem. Never had a problem until their mechanic touched it. Went from a $21 inspection to a $470 repair bill. Frauds.

The owner not only has a big heart and cares about his clients, he is willing to take on any issue and explore every option until he comes up with a fix. I took a problematic car to him that no one else was able to fix and within a few days he called and told me my car was fixed and 100% ready for the road! Do not hesitate to call Greeley's for a stellar service experience~5 Stars All the way!

I heard about Greeley's through work and then decided to use them for a few different things. One appointment was for swapping out my winter tires and an alignment, and it was quick, affordable, and they even explained everything they did so I understood. The second appointment was a SAME DAY (unheard of, really) turnaround. I contacted a few places to see if they could install a hitch for me and nobody would do it because I didn't buy the parts from them. Well, I'm an idiot for not thinking of Greeley's first because not only did they do it for me, but they did it in under an hour. Truly great service and spectacular employees. #1 shop in my book.

I was so lucky to have found this shop! They were honest about the repair and completed it in a timely manner. Went in expecting to have to spend a couple of thousand - but came out with a bill that was only a couple hundred. i recently had trouble with my car on the interstate and found Greeley's service center through a Google search. They were able to look at my car right away and I was back on the road within a couple hours. Really great service and reasonable prices.

Can not recommend this place enough! We re actually not from the Syracuse area. On a road trip with 3 children, our van that had recently been repaired- dies! We absolutely lucked out to be near this place. They went out of their way to take it in ASAP and have us back on the road safely! Very thankful for all they did.

Do not recommend. They failed 6 month old tires for inspection claiming dry rot. The tires were practically brand new! Over $500 in tires to pass inspection and the tires they sold me are terrible. Clearly taking advantage of NYS inspection rules. Avoid this shop if you can.

Tonight I had to drive to Syracuse to pick up some items for my sister in law's funeral. I live an hour and a half away from there. To my dismay, I got a flat tire. I noticed 2 men standing outside of Greeley's Auto, and stopped hoping they could help. They were closed for the evening, but Derek was kind enough to open the shop & fix my tire for me so that my friend and I could get home. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Derek. You were a Godsend. Local people, this is a place that you want to do business!

It's hard to find a repair shop that is totally honest and forthright, Greeley's is that. I've never had a bad experience, and even when I hate the price, I know the work is done right and true. No wonder they've been doing this so long.
