These guys can do everything and are very, very fair with their pricing.I had my Cadillac STS at the Cadillac Dealership for over a month trying to get a new key programmed (they couldn't do it). Fradon lock did the job in 20 minutes and only charge me $125.Also a really cool shop inside if you like knives, darts or safes.I'll be back for all of my locksmithing needs.

Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Had an old type key. They knew a workaround, seeing they don't make that blank anymore. Worked perfectly, cost was fair.

From keys to darts to cutlery... Meaning pocket knives and larger and all sorts of things you'd never expect... Like an in house dart throwing range to test the darts you might buy! Super cool!

Purchased a keyed exterior doorknob with a deadbolt that I needed re-keyed to match the existing keyed door locks on my house. I was in and out in 15 minutes and the crew was as friendly as could be. Cost less than a soup and sandwich at Wegmans.I highly recommend!

I've visited Fradon Lock several times for commercial and personal needs. They've always been very quick and kind, providing excellent service. They were recently able to successfully copy the gate key for one of my stores when two other companies had failed prior.

I frequently use their services for work key creation. They installed a deadbolt on my residential door and were able to match the key to the original knobs key as well as matching the finish of the bolt to the knob.I ve recommended my father here and he was able to get keys made for his older vehicle.The folks who work here seem to really enjoy what they do, they re personable and crack jokes and make a small experience more exciting

Needed a key copied, was a very old and specific key. They copied the key, but didnt work initially, however went back to the store and they made me another key and it worked! Amazing customer service, highly recommend this place!

I brought in my 2003 Honda Element ignition switch. It was not turning at all. Yes, I took it out via YouTube video. Fradon took a couple of hours and repaired it. It looked like it did before but was working perfectly. The cost was under $60. The service was excellent. Parking is on the street.

Where to begin... These guys are awesome and know their stuff. I had to get a storage unit lock removed from a van passenger door and they were able to remove the lock in a breeze. Very knowledgeable and helpful. AND THEY'RE OPEN WEEKENDS?!?These guys are A1 and this business rocks.

What a week! My car has been sitting for 4 days at work beeping due to the antilock system I thought. I called a different company they said they would come and never showed. A friend of mine called Fradon for me and I spoke to a gentleman which instead of having me pay for a new key told me to try switching the battery in the key. Go figure, it worked!! I went and bought a $7 battery that save me a couple hundred bucks. I appreciate the help and recommend this honest company!!!!

This place is incredible. They fixed the different key problems in about two minutes. And they are far more than a lock shop. Knives, darts, safes, and gun safes. Great place!

I had great experience there. I went there for to make extra copy of my house keys and they barely took 1 min. It was very affordable. I would recommend anyone who wants to make extra keys go there instead of Walmart because I had terrible experience there( at auto care to make keys).

I will never step foot in this establishment again. They are very unprofessional, and their workmanship is shoddy. I bought a car key there just last year, and not even a year later, the buttons did not work. I tried buying a new battery, to no avail. It still would not work. I decided to go back there again because I wanted a second key, anyways. I did tell them about my key that I had just purchased not even a year before, and they opened it up and looked at it. They admitted something was wrong, and said they would give me a $30 discount on my new key..I was Ok with that, until my SECOND key from them was also messed up! For some unknown reason, the fob fell off in my car...So, I did not worry too much because I still had the key part on my ring to unlock the car-except for one thing!!!! The key does not unlock my car. So, I had to call for help to get my car unlocked...needless to say, I was not happy about getting not one, but two lame keys! These are not cheap-$240 in total after the "discount" I went in to get this rectified, and at this point, I wanted TWO FULLY functional keys, which is what I should have had all along, ANYWAYS! They were VERY rude, and even threw a temper tantrum, and threw my key down the road!!! YES! The man literally threw my key down the street! I was shocked! After 40 minutes or so, they gave me two fully functional keys, and told me to never return....They do not even have to tell me that, because I will never go there again for anything

I went there for 4 car keys. They were extremely thorough and professional. They actually made the new keys work better than my old one, and they went above and beyond by doing things I never even would have thought of. 100% fantastic experience and I will be recommending anyone I can to these fine people!

If you go anywhere else for keys but Fradon, you re doing it wrong. Took 1.5 minutes from walking in to paying and leaving. Always fast and nice. I always recommend them!

I recently purchased a van but got only one key fob. Besides the emergency key in the fob was not cut at all.I went there for another key fob and emergency key cut.Very professional, very quick, took about 20 minutes. Very reasonable price.Everything works fine. So satisfied.I definitely recommend this place anybody who needs any key job done.

Super quick! Fast, friendly service. Also, the store has lots of cool items, gadgets and knives. I called ahead to ask if my key could be made and they let me know what I would need to bring in for it.

Good local companies still exist! I went here and got three keys made. I was in and out fast and the guys were friendly and professional. Forget the big box stores, these guys deserve your business and will prove why you should go back. Huge selection of locks, keys, plus safes, knives, and some other miscellaneous items.

Went there relatively late on a Fri. afternoon. We needed to get a new electronic car key made. We'd lost one of the two keys we'd had. So we went there directly after getting the remaining key to open and start the car.They were able to readily /promptly read the elecronic details required and were able to cut and prepare a new key for us quickly & at a much lower cost than what the dealer would have charged.Prompt, professional service. I recommend them.

I called fradon because I locked my keys in my house as I was leaving. It's 30� and I'm outside with a 5 year old and a 1 year old. I gave them my address and they told me " I'll send someone right over." I said thank you then hung up. I called back an hour later to see how long it was going to be and was told, "oh, you hung up on us so we didn't make the appointment." Thanks fradon, never again.

These guys here are awesome. I needed to get a knew body for my automobile key and he did that and more. Wonderful store and has stuff here that I like. I'll be back for sure.
