They were wonderful start to finish. They got us in same day for our issue and were very positive in their discussions and assured us they were familiar with Silver Rock and we had nothing to worry about. They had us up and running again within a day and were easy to work with. We had only had our car 2 weeks and were upset about having issues but Dan was great and reassured us throughout the process.

Came here with a flat tire and I got treated poorly very very poorly I highly do not recommend this location. Before I arrived I called and spoke to Mark and he told me to bring it in so he can look at it. I drove for 10 minutes on a flat tire just for me to get there and he tells me he can t do anything about worse part about it is he sent a different worker out to tell me after I was waiting outside for like 5 minutes in the cold. Horrible People with horrible hearts a 10 second job just by putting air in would ve been an kind gesture

I called to schedule an appointment with this location I even called to confirm. Showed up day of appointment and was told I went to the wrong Firestone when the employee working the counter saw the phone number I called to make the appointment. I went to the other Firestone on Erie and I didn't have a set appointment there either. I ended up calling the original number to see which Firestone answered my call. It was the original one I went too. I do not like the way the Firestone employees treated me at this location and will never return.

Went in to plug/patch a tire, and ended up having to get a new tire. Dan went out his way to assist in getting another from a nearby store, and got it two days earlier than expected. Thanks for Dom and Dan for their assistance on this, would recommended them any day!

If I could give no stars I would. Don t make an appointment here at all. Canceled my appointment 2 minutes before it was supposed to start. Not to mention when I rescheduled for 9am the next day they told me it wouldn t be done until late afternoon because they don t have enough technicians or they just suck at their I job couldn t tell. Front desk service is trash, especially the dude with the fake chain, and the techs suck too. Don t let them waste your time

Don't leave your car here, they will damage it. I sent my car for an alignment and let it there for next day pick-up. When came back to recuperate my car they were a fresh scratch on the rear left side of the car. Jake, the manager told me to go home, and his insurance will take care of it. This happened on July 11, 2022. Today July 27 a guy from the Bridgestone claim department named John called me with a very disrespectful and nasty tone denying to fix my car. Please, guys, avoid leaving your car there because it will get damaged. Case to be continued...Service: Wheel alignment

They have great package offering for lifetime alignment, but they are not honest on their word/pricing. In my case, they said they weren't able to repair my air conditioner so they will only charge $10 for checking. When I arrive the station to pay, they changed their word to offer half price (their�normal cost of the Air conditioner check is $44.99 parts + $10 labor), and after I paid the cost of AC check on the receipt it was�$7 off/15% which charged me $48�for the AC check.****From only $10 charge of AC check, to half price, and then $7 off only/15%, and the issue still not fix. *******I am not going to come back for the repair since who knows how much lies they will say just to get me come back for repairs.---------------Update 2024, I went in for repair recently to see if they improve but experience is worse. I got 4 tires from them and 1 tire turn out to be defective and require constant air fill every two weeks, and I paid $850+ for repairs but after 1 months the same issue came back again. Also everytime I went in for service the wait time is crazy long like 5 to 7 hours all the time. it's totally waste of time and money if you have to go to this place. Super bad.

So I don t know how to feel about Firestone. They just fixed my wheel bearing two weeks ago to get my abs light to turn off and now the lights on again. They re running me dry of my money.

Some of the services they offer are well worth it such as lifetime alignments and road hazard for your tires. They do fine work in many aspects, and are unfortunately necessary. However, the quality of their work fluctuates frequently, sometimes being exceptional, often adequate, but far too frequently being subpar. It all depends on who is working when, and who they're recently hired, fired, or who's left or transferred.Additionally, despite the business claiming to promote safe health policies during this pandemic, much like many hypocritical businesses out there, many employees do the bare minimum or even less. Too often it's the case that an employee is answering the phone with their mask off while customers are in plain view in the reception area, only to put it on lazily after they've ended their call. Incredibly frustrating and concerning, concidering I've seen school children be more consistent in wearing masks.If the business were most consistent in their quality and policies overall, I'd definitely rate them higher.

My husband went there to have his air conditioning system checked. He went there at 830am and they didn't even look at till 430pm and then called us at 540pm and said it would have to be looked at further and they close at 6pm to other words, hurry up because we're closing and had the nerve to say we could bring it back on Sunday and we gave benefit of doubt and called on Sunday and said they didn't have anybody to work on air conditioning that day. We never brought it back. This is the worst customer service we have ever dealt with

I do all my own work but I bring all my vehicles here for tires, alignments etc. They do a good job and the people are friendly. As far as them trying to sell you more service yeah it's a chain and they are trained to duo that. Know what you want to have done and tell them to do just that

Made an appointment for 5:30 two days prior. Had to leave work early, take a bus, drive my car over (taking an hour out of my day)for them to tell me that my appointment was actually at 5 and two techs called out so they can't get to my car today and they'll have to reschedule tomorrow. Why should I reschedule if you can't honor the first? I double checked my schedule that it was actually at 5:30. I would have never agreed to an appointment at 5 knowing that I couldn't make it. And I had to reschedule an appointment that I already had with another business on Wednesday to the next day in order to make this one. I'd recommend never using this company

So I come in for a wheel alignment and I'm being taken care of by some some heavy set tall guy didn't catch his name but he suggests that I get a car care check or something like that for $10 just to see if anything is bent or out of place so I agree. So I get my card out ready to pay and instead of saying "you'll pay at the end of your service " or "you can have a seat we'll let you know when it's done" he just walks away from me and sits back at his desk in the bay where the cars are and starts eating his hot pocket. I thought that was odd but rude as well. Will definitely be going to another location. UPDATE Currently working with another gentleman named Frank who has been an absolute gentleman and has been professional from the door. I loved working with him and solely HIM and his professionalism has made me redo my review.

I walked in to have my tires checked for leaking and low and behold I was told that 2 tires had nails in them. Frank e got it fixed quickly so I could get back to work. Very pleasant employees and service techs. Highly recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

I brought a bulb for my right signal light and asked if they put it in. They told me that they provide there own bulbs in which I asked what they would charge. They told me that it would be over two hundred dollars and that the wait time would be probably a couple hours. I told them to kick rocks and went to valoline up the street who did this for 20 bucks in less than 5 minutes.

Do Not take your car here. Terrible service! Poor time management, and Unprofessional techs. My car sat in the shop for a day and a half without being looked at. All I left with was a long scratch across my hood, that of course they know nothing about. 0 stars

They were extremely helpful since I decided to take a car to them before I made the decision to purchase it. This location in Cicero NY is a lot further than my Rochester NY location but the car I was looking at was out there. But Firestone still has great quality across the board! Even though they did not service this particular car, since it was a hybrid, they still had a lot of knowledge that helped me make my decision. I feel so comfortable with them and I will continue to go to them for their great customer service and car knowledge expertise.

Been going here for service for a number of years and always have had good service experience. Friendly and helpful staff. They know me by name every time I have gone there to get my car or van serviced. They have done me right every time I have gone to them. They always explain what they did to your vehicle in detail. My vehicles have always been repaired right the first time and they never have pressured me to have work done on my vehicle that was not needed.

Just don t come here. The bottom skid plate on my car wasn t screwed back on and was dragging on the ground when they gave me the keys. The guy said it was hard to get under there and they were small screws as if that made it okay (it s a light SUV and they have full car lifts in their shop). Also they lost the record of my appointment time as well as the guy after me. Gave me an hour estimated wait time which turned into 2.5hrs, not including my immediate return visit for them to fix my bottom skid plate.

I will never go here again. Prices are good...but only if you want to pay for an oil change, inspections, full car check and get an inspection(with a smile). Oh and a list of work your car needs but actually doesn t. Go to Valvoline Instant Oil Change! Costs a little more but if your on top of your car care they have Groupons at least twice a year. They are amazing, efficient, not rip off artists, and there employees take pride in there profession and really care about there customers!

I use Firestone for my tires and oil changes. They are great people and sell a quality tire. I never have any complaints with their service and appreciate how quickly they're able to assist me. Highly recommend

I have waited 2 weeks to post this, I wanted to see if I would be less upset but I am not. I went to the location with a screw in the middle of my tire tread. There were no other customers in the store at 7:15 AM. I needed to be on the road to Cleveland, Oh by 9:00 AM. The person waiting on me stated he did not know if he could get to me before 9:00. I was told others were ahead of me and that they had to be taken care of. Again I arrived right after opening and there was no one in the store. Gentleman was in my face and very argumentative. There are many other paces on the boulevard that are accommodating so frequent them. Mr. Tire was were I went they did not open till 7:30 so I waited the manager was very friendly and assured me I would be on my way before 9:00 AM if the tire could be repaired. I was the second car into the shop and was done by about 8:15.

So far so good! I was offered a good rate and time schedule. They got my vehicle in pretty quickly. Treated customers that were waiting well. Good deals. Promotions were used.
