After leaving my wife's hood and grill at another body shop for a month and absolutely no work was done to it. We found empire and their custom service was great. They were always responsive and gave us a fair price especially for the quality of work that was done. They'll be painting my Harley next for sure. I would recommend anyone else!!!!

Empire Customs and Paint is the best! Dave and Heather have installed all kinds of equipment on my truck fender flares, led back up light bar, towing mirrors, New wheel. They have done a great job and are always pleasant. Their prices are great and I always look forward to seeing them.

We had a great experience with Empire. Our truck had extensive hail damage. They did an incredible job fixing it all. In addition to removing all of the dents, they color matched our new hood perfectly. Empire worked with our insurance company seamlessly as well. We highly recommended this family owned and operated business.

Brought our new car into Empire. First, they were extremely thorough and diligent in examining the car before they ever made an estimate. Once they finished the examination of the car, they told us exactly what needed to be done, how long it would take, and how much it would be. After comparing their detail estimate to two others, I agreed to have them do the work. The work was started and completed on time as agreed to in the estimate. The car looks better than new when they finished. Unfortunately, I now have to bring our other car to them, but based on our previous experience, I won't waste my time shopping around.

Overall 110% Pleased with the excellent service I received from the Empire Family. I have brought my JEEP here 3x, for Body work as well as mechanical work and I was satisfied and pleased every time. Extremely helpful. Excellent customer service. Provided car service if your car required a day or two to be worked on.Fully disclosed what was required to fix your car and was on time with completing the job. This shop is a hidden gem in auto body work. Star rated and would recommend Empire at 100% !

Outstanding customer service and quality! Communication was perfect. Dave got my truck in and out exactly when promised, and for exactly the cost he quoted. Top notch. If you're looking for body work in SYR, this is the place.

I've dealt with the Empire Custom Paint and Body for many, many years. It's been at the same location for over 20 years and operated under different names. Regardless, familiar, helpful, staff has been there as long. The quality of all around sales and service has not diminshed. In fact they offer even more vehicle services and after market excessories than ever before. I highly recommend Empire Custom Paint and Body

Brought my car in for a detail and ceramic coating. They did an absolutely FANTASTIC job while standing by their work! You can tell they care about the quality of their work by the attention to detail showed and more importantly they care about their businesses reputation! They also do body work, paint less dent removal, wheel repair/refinishing etc.. GREAT WORK.

My truck went in for a couple door dings done by other careless drivers. I have worked for Chevrolet for 20 years in the Service end of things. I am beyond happy with the professionalism of all the staff I came in contact with and also the workmanship. I will be recommending this shop to everyone I know. Thanks for taking care of my Tahoe.

Dave and Heather are phenomenal! Customer satisfaction is Dave's ultimate goal. Coming from Absolute Audio where they took my money and cancelled 4 appointments in a row since Feb...I got a refund and brought my business here. I can't say enough great things about this place. Forever my new after market installation.

I accidentally put a dent in my brand new cargo van. Was really bummed about it. I had empire do paintless dent removal on it and results are great and the price was fair.So happy to have the dent gone! They were nice people as well. Got me in quick and turnaround time was excellent.

Fantastic work! I had custom art work done on my motorcycle tank and fenders. I asked for a color and then requested to get some detail added in. The shop asked a few questions about my taste and they went from there. I could not be happier with the result. Their design and artwork was amazing. What they put together was way better then anything I could have requested. My suggestion is if you want a 1 of a kind great design just give them free reign. I promise you that you will not be disappointed.

Went in to get my headlights re done!! Dave is a really pleasant guy to talk to who seems to know his stuff. Gave me recommendations on what would be better to do when it comes to keeping them nice and shiny. Work was done very nicely all in all. Service guys took care of my car as well. No joy rides, no unnecessary reving the engine on someone else s car like some other shops do. Into the shop, complete work and parked again. I appreciate that. Only negative part was the lie I was told by the front assistant. She failed to call me when the service was completed. I called around 3 to see where we stand and was told oh it just came out! After I arrived I again asked when the job was completed. Again I was told, just came out! I could tell that was a lie because my car was cold. I checked time stamp on my dash cam just out of curiosity and sure enough, car was pulled out of the garage around 12. Assistant must have forgotten to call. Honesty would ve been appreciated. I absolutely HATE getting lied to. I did bring up the fact that the car was not just pulled out. I had an appointment to get to that I cancelled. Other then that great experience!!

Empire did a spectacular job with dent repair and painting on my motorcycle gas tank. It was a substantial and ugly dent, and they made it disappear. The contours were just perfect.The paint matching was equally impressive. It was a tricky candy coat, and you absolutely could not have produced a more accurate reproduction of the factory color and finish. 100% spot-on.Great stuff.

Great place. Very timely repairs. Heather and Dave are just good people. Body work performed was impeccable. Hopefully no more teen fender benders but if there are, I now have a place for that and who doesn't love supporting local!

Brought my car there today. It s black so EVERYTHING shows. Dave did an amazing job removing several dimples on the fender. They are gone!! Super happy with Empire, I would 100% recommend them.
