Worked with Jonathan and he was really professional and helpful. He went above and beyond what most sales men would do. I highly recommend going to him if your in need of a vehicle. Everyone was polite and great to work with. I love my new truck.

Luke does business right! I can t say one bad thing about him. Not many companies are you able to reach out to the owner if you need something. Luke gets back to you almost immediately and is very honest and true to his word! I was worried that my trade in still hadn t been paid off after a few weeks. I reached out to Luke, he immediately got back to me explaining what had happened. He himself went to the bank and it was paid off in less than a few hours of me telling him the issue. I have never dealt with any company where an owner himself would drop everything and get that done asap! It says a lot how Luke does business! Thank you Luke for taking care of me! I absolutely love my new truck!! I also want to add when I talked to Jeremy in Fort Drum over the phone he helped me with banking and assured me they would get monthly payments to what I was comfortable with and a good interest rate. Thanks again!

Just an absolutely amazing place to purchase a vehicle and with the amazing team of people to help with financing and always making the impossible possible. Plus with their wide selection of reasonably priced vehicles matched with their top tier, trustworthy, and honest staff to help with any questions or concerns you might have. You won't have a better car buying experience anywhere else. That's why I would never waste my time going anywhere else.

Great experience! Angela was incredible and worked hard to make sure we got the car we wanted, with the deal we wanted. She handled the bank, the dmv and the whole process. Honest, responsive, attentive and has a NICE car for literally any need. This company really cares about their customers! Highly recommended.

I rate the overall experience a 2. Angela did well with making the purchase painless. The late hours that she commits to the job are incredible being that I worked during the day. Closer to purchase it did feel rushed, being told that the car HAD to leave the lot. The car initially needed a new muffler which she said the car will be fixed. 1 day after leaving the lot the car sounded BAD! I text the mechanic cell that she gave me but TWO WEEKS go by and no response!! Third week I pop up to the dealer and Angela is on the cell moving cars around in the lot. I felt ignored having stood there for 10 mins or more without even an acknowledgment of my presence. Eventually she comes up to me at the door and says next MONDAY when can you get the car in. Mind you it s been two already, not three weeks!! I told her as soon as they open. Then being in Syracuse the shop is in Fulton, but when purchasing she assured me there were places in Syracuse that I could go. Day of the appointment there was a weather advisory so I couldn t make it, especially in a car not working properly. I messaged the me mechanic cell stating we need to reschedule. Three days later I get a text back, a need to reschedule. Here we are another week, no new appointment. No call back from him or Angela, but mind you I was getting calls 1-2 times a day to purchase and take the car off the lot. Ghosted for repairs. I need my money back and they can take the car!!

I can express how easy the process was working with CNY Drives and their sales team. I got a great SUV and didn t feel pressure or judged based on my financial state. Would recommend anybody go get their next vehicle through Cny

Buyer beware, the cars here are not what it seems, the reviews are drafted there so the clients get discounts for their reviews, 5hat the reason i am reposting or updating, I was duped they made everything seem nice, but once you get through the layers it's not good. 1st I spoke to the same guy for about two weeks regarding the vehicle now when I'm ready to purchase the truck I'm told that it must pass a 60 point inspection which should have been done prior to them listing the truck. I was then told it would take 72 hours. That was on the 1st of March. we are now on the 11th and received a phone call today that the parts are in and have started working on the truck and laughed when i asked for a completion date. Complete waste of my time and money. They fail to compensate me for my time lost and frustration. When they told me this after the third day, I expressed my frustration with Angela, and she hung up the phone on me. They themselves told me all their cars must go through this. So I gathered they'll have the car sitting on the lot until someone purchases it, then they take your deposit to fix the vehicles. I traveled 55 miles to get abused. Not only that, they listed the truck online for 16,995 and drafted the contract for me to pay close to 19k. Angela became combative, defensive, and very rude and unprofessional. As far as I'm concerned, every 1 star has experienced something that I've experienced over at CNY Drives Inc. Update. 3/14/2024You take your time to type an elaborate response to your negative reviews, and now you are degrading me by saying I was using, were you when I requested to speak to you now, you choose to respond on this platform. I am grateful that she drove us home, I did mention that to her, and that's why I waited 11 days to post a review. Why did you not mention how patient I was waiting for delivery of the vehicle. Who in their right mind goes to a used car dealership and expects to wait 2 weeks for delivery on top of that I called and asked for you Sir, and you chose this platform to communicate with me. That speaks well of your customer relations. Trying to make look like the bad guy when all I told Angela was that there must be some common ground. You mentioned expectations, but I do know that cars listed for sale are as is, or should have passed inspection before being placed on the lot for sale. You now realized that you had a lemon listed for sale, and now you are trying to cover yourself, that is all. You should just be honest and make the customer as comfortable and happy as possible. Now Angela did apologize for her behavior and sir I think you should do the same and do right by your customers because trying to make me look bad is hear say and that does not reflect good on you as a business, every bad post on here has something to do with Angela. What I may have said was that I've been paying for cab fair for my children who attends three different schools since I lost my truck in an accident, out of anger I said what the xxxx am I going to do now that I expressed to Angela the urgency she could have told me up front, not after paperwork is drawn up. If you were brave enough, you'd give me a call to resolve this issue because I did not rush to post a bad review, I gave you time to cure the matter. So sir your statements are incorrect where is the vehicle 14 days after signatures are signed, usually in this situation the dealership gives the customer a courtesy vehicle you are not providing that, and since that is the case I want the vehicle sold at the listed price not $2000 over the listed price, that is my argument why should I pay more when you listed it for less? I have to pay for transportation for my children who attends three different schools, I have over spent, sir I signed a contract with you on the first of the month we are now on the 14th with no delivery, what spot does that put you in, on top of that all your calls coming were recorded so I'm not ignorant I'm aware that the calls may be used in court proceedings so I would never degrade myself as you have attempt

Me and my husband came to cny drives on taft road Monday evening to look at cars. We got there a half hour before they closed thinking we were just going to see their selection they had on the lot. Angela was fantastic, stayed later than she needed to, and let us test drive a car. She worked with us to get it financed. She called our insurance company and got that set up for us. She was true to her word, and got the car everything it needed to sell. We had it by Friday afternoon. She was very helpful and made this purchase very easy for us. Thank you again! I highly recommend cny drives Taft road.

Cnydrives, I've been ripped off completely by these people. Have attempted to discuss with owner/ "management ". No one has ever returned my requests, for a conversation. I would highly recommend you do not use this dealership! Crooks!!!!!

We came overseas and came all the way from Fort Drum to CNY Drives, Syracuse because some military families recommended them. We met Luke who is caring to work the day during Joey was on leave which says a lot about him caring about his people. We wanted a family SUV and was presented three of them but we selected Kia Sorento. Luke even gave us a $500 military discount. Overall the next week, Joey returned and follow up with cleaning inside our vehicle and arranging themselves with the DMV. They referred us to Americu bank which allowed us to make $253 monthly payments which is just what we wanted for our budget. This also includes a five year warranty with the monthly payment of the car. They did informed us for future reference that they recently opened one near Fort Drum and called Fort Drum Drives. Same deals for our Soldiers. Overall the family and I are satisfied with our ride. Update as of 10 July 2023: I purchased the full warranty in case of any issues with the vehicle. On October, I have spent over $970 on alignment, anti- coolant leaking, and wheel bearing. This time the ball joint and coil spring are broken, the warranty does not cover the labor fully. The cost would be $1,900. Buy a new car better. I have less than 10 months having it.

Terrible and unprofessional!! After going through the few decent priced, low mileage cars they do have . I go in to look at a car that they knew I was coming to see and test drive and when I got there they said it wouldn t start because it had no gas!! So instead, I went to Crest Cadillac and bought my car from them!! Hopefully they see this and think about it next time!! Terrible!!!

Giving this place a one star again, buyer beware do not come here! I bought two cars from here, both had issues. The truck that was purchased came dirty and has transmission issues and if you complain get ready to be berated and have a book wrote on you. Do yourself a favor and go to a dealership with Credit acceptance, cnydrives owners act like they are better then everyone else and they don t care if they sell you a lemon or not they just want your $$$

If you re looking to buy a car from a place that will be helpful, responsive, and fair, this is it! Jonathan was a pleasure to work with he was friendly and made sure to get the full picture of the situation and my preferences and priorities before getting started. He kindly explained things throughout the process and maintained full transparency about my options and what he/the dealership could do he even stuck with us on a Saturday afternoon to make sure I really found the perfect car, even though he had his daughter s birthday party later that day. And then I was able to drive that car away less than a week later it s now doing great on it s first road trip!

Not here. My son bought a car 2 months ago. From the start, it was leaking radiator fluid. It needed a new windshield as well. Window fixed with some issues, clips not on properly. After asking for that to be fixed, my son gets a seemingly snotty video of them spraying water on the car and "it's fixed". Still leaking radiator fluid and was told that is from the AC, Never has someone had to put radiator fluid in their car every few days from using the AC. Told my husband and son that it was fine, when my husband attempted to tell him it wasn't okay, he was told he was being hostile and the car was fine, Still 2 months later and adding antifreeze every couple of days. What started out as a decent experience is now no longer.

March edit: Angela is a sweetheart and obviously works very hard, after a while of not hearing back about all this she reassured me all is okay and they are looking into it, and explained to me the steps they are taking and that she will be chatting with several people. I am still anxious that the worst will happen, nothing will be done after a ~$17,000 dollar investment BUT she is doing her best to figure it out while juggling many things and I am hoping they make things right and things continue to go okay. Thank you Angela for what you do!February edit: I took my car in for a routine oil change at my trusted local shop. I also asked them to investigate why my headlights seem to not work well(also something i brought up in june to cny drives mechanic).It appears it's missing things and abunch of peices are broken and it is technically not safe to drivem. The peices i talked to the mechanic about and told me its no biggie. Calling today to hopefully find a solution. I do not want to change this review, as Jonathan was great. Looking forward to hearing back from you guys.Jonathan was AMAZING!! I was super nervous buying my car and I was confused but he took the time to explain everything to me and helped me get the car I wanted in the price I needed. Thanks again!! You're the best!

Bought a 2012 Subaru Outback from this place back in April. Was happy at first. But I m no car mechanic or know much about cars. After about 2 months heard a noise coming from the car and smelt smoke. Learned me caliper seized. Replace bother the fronts. As I m at the shop they told me that I need new control arms and struts . It s now September and my transmission gave up on me. Had the car 5 months. And now I have no car. Looking out for military more like get it drive for a month so the warranty can expire.Please people just finance a new car would come out cheaper in the long run.
