Chrysler Treasure Auto did what multiple Firestone locations couldn t do. They took the time to really figure out why my car was vibrating so much. I have had my car balanced multiple times at a few Firestone locations with continual shaking like really bad. Jim continued to update me on the progress. They took the wheels off and said there were weights placed all over and in really weird places. They rebalanced as well as changed my rear brakes which I knew needed changed as they were wearing unevenly and had a lot of rust, but Firestone kept telling me they were fine. The proof is in the pictures. Thank you so much to Jim and others that worked on my vehicle. Best service I ve received in a long time and one of the best prices around. You have gained a customer for the life!

They explain everything in great detail, tell you what your options are, and they don't try to sell you products and services that you don't want or need. Five Star customer service. A rare find these days!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Chrysler's Treasure Automotive. They worked miracles on our Traverse earlier this year and then helped our son with many concerns he had with his truck this past week. Everything was explained in a way I could understand, which can be a challenge. And the nice woman at the front counter was so friendly and easy to talk to it made our experience even better. Highly recommend! Great job!

Why would u call someone s ex husband abt his ex wife s car. That s non of my exs business and I found a. Part cheaper than quoted and. He tore my car apart before giving me an accurate estimate of if I wanted the work done. One minute the parts are there. Then oh I have to order them after 2 weeks of sitting. And price doubles. Quotes over 2000. And have someone to do it for less than 1000. And I had to tow it because he has it stripped down completely not how u fix a clutch

I was referred to this business by Carmen's auto, to have them take a look at a slight leak between the transfer case and transmission of my car. Jim called me and thoroughly went through in detail what what was found, and a concern about rusted power steering lines. I was impressed with their professionalism.

Highly recommend Jim and the team there. He has been able to diagnose the issue with our car after 3 other mechanics had no idea. He won't charge for you work you don't need and will go above and beyond.

They have warm and friendly customer service. Their technicians were so efficient and the price was acceptable. I had my car towed in on Tuesday. They called me on Wednesday illustrating the problem and got the work done by Thursday morning. Would recommend this to my friends.

They are amazing, they helped me with my 2002 Jeep Liberty and explained everything and were super kind!! They work fast and are incredibly fair!! Chrysler s had been suggested to my husband an an excellent place for service. This is my second time bringing my vehicle there and am more than pleased. Took in an 18 Kia Soul because the brakes were making noise. Chryslers started by suggesting the rear brakes and rotors needed replacement. We gave the go ahead and had them check the front as well. They replaced all four brakes/rotors. Looks like they blasted the rust off the calipers, and I can see the lube.The surprise came with the price. Almost half what I paid for rear brakes on a 17 Mazda 3.It s like driving a new car.Only issue: due to his popularity I waited almost 2 weeks to get in. But so worth it.

I was recommended here by my personal mechanic because the repair that was needed was over his head. These guys are the most personable pleasant garage I've ever dealt with. They explain everything very well, their prices seem fair, and work was done super quickly. They've made a customer for life, and I will also be recommending them to my friends and family.

I have used Jim Chrysler's Treasure for over 10 years. Our RE/MAX Masters Moving truck has been serviced by his team. I have taken my daughter's car to him for repairs. I trust and value their expert and honest conversation on what is needed. Just bought new tires, too! Always willing to answer my questions.

About three months ago, as I drove across upstate New York on business, I noticed an faint vibration coming from under the hood of my Ford Edge. As I exited the Thruway and headed for my next meeting, it became readily apparent that there was something seriously wrong with my engine. With little power and lots of noise, I persuaded my car to my important meeting. After we concluded our business, I explained my car-dilemma to my new business associate, with whom I was meeting, and asked about the place across the street--Chrysler Treasure. My associate said the folks there are "good, honest people."So I convinced my thumping-engine car to make it the 100 feet across the street, and introduced myself and my troubles to Jim, the owner. He took a quick listen, and immediately told me it sounded like I had "thrown a rod." Knowing a bit about cars, I suggested, and Jim confirmed, that I'd be needing a new engine.I called my mechanic-neighbor in New Jersey (a 7-hour drive away), and he said I would be best-served finding a local place to do the work.Jim quoted me a fair price, and I left the car.Jim called a couple days later to explain exactly what he found, which included a couple things he had not seen on first inspection. He also said he had found a used engine with acceptable mileage on it, and he was ready to do the work once approved.About a week later I picked the car up, and have had absolutely no issues with the work that had been done. The car runs great. And I am absolutely satisfied that I found an honest deal in Jim and Chrysler Treasure.In hindsight: It would have been easy for Jim and his team to see an easy target in a traveler stranded, as I was. But to his credit, Jim transcended the stereotypical prey-on-the-weak auto-mechanic personna, and acted with integrity and dignity.I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Chrysler's Treasure to anyone looking for an honest automotive shop.Thanks, Jim, for being a stand-up guy.

I have been meaning to leave this review for a few months now. Sometimes life gets away from you and you forget to slow down and appreciate the people you come across in life who are genuine and kind. Jim and his team are wonderful people. They went above and beyond to take care of me and help me figure out the best way to handle my horrible car trouble. Not only was he honest and up front with me about my options, but he was caring and supportive of the fact that my unpredictable car trouble was hard on both my wallet and my emotions. Jim fixed my car right before I was about to move out of town and make a 13 hour drive by myself. He took the care to test drive my car multiple times before I left and even called to check up on me during my trip to make sure everything was still okay. He was a life saver in this situation. I am sad I don't live in the area any more to be one of his loyal customers.

I had my rear brakes checked as my family and I were driving back to Florida. Five hours into our drive, on rte 81, my rear brakes went out. We were without brakes. After trailering the car back to Florida and about $1000 in expenses, we were back home. I called Jim to inform him of our trouble and expenses, he assured me he would "make it right". I mailed him my receipts and gave him 30 days to reimburse me. I never heard from him. My calls were not returned. Thru his secretary I was told he was mailing my money and a release-never came. more calls-never once did he return my calls. This could have been a lot worse. He jeopardized my families well being and left me in the hole for about $1000. If your value your safety and well being, stay away from this shop and this man.

As soon as you walk in you re greeted and receive exemplary service. Prices are beyond fair and the work is done quickly, never had any issues with the repairs done. If you re looking for a shop this is more than a wise choice
