I went here on a Saturday to purchase 2 used tires in good condition. The tires looked okay when I left and I was satisfied. 24 hours later one of the tires I purchased was flat. I called in, but it was Sunday so the woman on the phone said it s nothing that can be done until Monday. Monday I came in and was told that the tire that they had given me only 2 days prior needed to be patched. They have given and mounted a tire for me that had a hole in it the first time. Although im glad they patched it, I m very disappointed that I trusted them to give me a tire in good condition and they gave me one with a hole in it.

Amazing service! Blew up a tire on 690 on my way up to Toronto, Chris had me back on the road in literally under an hour! Odd size large tires, they had them ordered and delivered in under 20 min! By that time my vehicle was all jacked up the 2 fronts dismounted! Very decent price-wise as well! Also very personable individuals! Thank you Chris, Jim and all the crew!

Be aware!!!!!!!!hi everyone!just explain my situation and than your decide should you wanna go there or no , but if u gonna go there will thinking twice!I was came there for fixed my flat tire in first on the phone guy told me 150$ and of the end i paid 240$ but itisn't baddest news;) look far! they was broke my quarter fender and said It was the same it's really surprised me so much how people can lied like that, after whole situation my price stay firm 240$ even didn't get me any discount for that, and I got broked fender , pictures are attached......After 200mi u can see new last 3 picturesVery angry, no words ....... f..k, ffffffffin general how can such people be allowed to repair something?9

I found a nail in my tire while on my lunch break. Cannon was nearby so I called them and they told me to come right in. The nail was pulled and plugged within about 15 minutes. Great service.

Terrible never recommend went back 4 times in the matter of 20 minutes all the balancing peaces for the tire flew off all 4 times and had a grinding noise when tire was put on 3-4 times and nothing was torqued down very lazy and unprofessional don t go to this place very sloppy as well

This place dont even deserve a 1 STAR, the mechanics fought with my tires teh whole way , and took forever , meanwhile i had a whole day to drive yet. he hires thugs off the street that has attitudes and no experience, who want that working on your equipment. i'll take my equipment elsewhere next time.

Brought my car in today for new tires to be put on, and Kalvin I believe worked on my car. He was very friendly and efficient and greeted me very nicely when I returned to get my car. The work was done very well and I am definitely happy with how respectful and kind the staff was. I will be returning!

The manager, Chris, is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The prices are reasonable and you will not be taken advantage of. Highly recommend.

Was able to get 2 new tires installed on my work van reasonably priced gave me a quote on 2 tires for one price but had to pay a little more because the first quote was for passenger tires not truck but still was happy with the overall experiance!

I always go and have my winter and summer tires changed over, i had a screw in my tire today, he got me in and repaired it and they was , last year this time I had the same problem metal in the tire. They took care of me in a timely fashion without a appointment, going back in 2 days to have tires changed over.

Hello Mam was the welcoming greeting I received from Kelvin and Corey. Only moments later my car was up on the lift. These two worked together like a well oiled machine; professional, courteous, friendly. I had my dog in the car and the dog was welcomed too (of course he was on a leash). Next thing I knew, I was driving out the door on my nice new blizzaks. Getting harder to find them as snow approaches but these guys got it done. I did read the comment from a young lady whose economic situation required her to purchase previously driven tires and I felt bad that she was having a hard time and taking it out on them. I think I may donate an installation service to someone in need to be applied at the owners discretion. Hey, we ve all been there and I don t know anyone who wants to share the road with someone who has bad tires. Thanks cannon tires!

If I can give this team more stars I most definitely would!!!!To call the roadside at 2:33pm & to be making payment at 3:47pm is unbelievable.At the end of the day I have to keep our drivers happy & this team made it happen!!THANK YOU

Clean shop, professional employees, everything seems legit. What I found remarkable was the dismount/mount/balance for the tires I brought in was $65 for all four. That's a good price.EDIT: Having a good experience, two days later I returned to have them mount snow tires on my wife's car. She drives a hatchback and there's no way to transport tires without putting them in the back seat. I needed her all seasons back and was resigned to having to vacuum and clean the back seat, but when I got home I realized they had put down cardboard to keep it clean. A thoughtful, professional touch.

I ended up with a flat tire near Destiny, on a Sunday of all days. Luckily one phone call and I was connected with Chad, who was able to find me a tire and came to my rescue. He kept me updated every step of the way and had me on my way in no time. Thank you for the great service and communication, it made a stressful situation more bearable!

Was a pleasure to go where people know what they are doing. I had little wait time and was treated very well by Samantha even at check out. The tire installers were courteous and Randy over saw their work to be sure everything was in good order. Pleasure doing business with people like these.

Called to get a flat fixed on a Sunday night. Assumed since it said 24 hours that meant all the time. Lady said we could come in tomorrow morning. Do not make sense.

This is a great small business that will get tires on your car at the cheapest price possible. They sell used and new tires, i have bought their used tires many times and never had an issue as they were always in good condition esoecially for the price. They always have friendly staff and work pretty quick. Of they are backed up they will let you know and qont have you waiting around for hours with false promises of a quick turnaround. They also do of course tire repair should you have a flat, be warned they do charge extra if you used fix a flat in your tire (just a few dollars) but this of course is disclosed upfront.

This is actually not cannon tire inc.. it is a small, quiet restaurant with great, friendly service and food that tastes like it's fresh from your own kitchen. A perfect place to go for a relaxing meal with the family. Great prices for quality food. Highly recommended.

As full-time RVers, finding trustworthy repair facilities on the road is challenging at best. Well no worries when in or near Syracuse NY. Cannon Tire diagnosed and fixed our leaking 295/80R tires in no time flat (no pun intended). Thanks Tom, Chad and the crew at Cannon Tire.

So last summer I went to Paul s Tires to purchase tires and for an installation. I had to go back 2-3 Times because they messed up. They broke my TPMS sensor off and they allegedly repaired it. Fast forward to now, I m having new tires installed at Pep Boys I informed them of the TPMS issue I had with Paul s to show me that t Paul s didn t actually repair the TPMS sensor they used DUCT TAPE to tape it to the rim!!! Terrible. I called them and she was apologetic, polite and offered to repair it there HOWEVER why would I ever go back. This is bad business and terrible customer service

The Women That Sit At The Desk Are Very Unfriendly Not Welcoming At All. The Young One That Sits At The Desk With No Smile, Nasty Attitude..If You Don't Like Working At Your Fathers Company GO HOME!!!! If It Wasn't For The Wonderful Guys In The Garage Helping Me,I Would Have Gone To Another Company.

I went to Paul's Tire this morning to get my tires balanced and to check the valve stem. One of the guys that works there told me that my hubcaps were on wrong which they weren't. And that the driver side rear tire was inflated to 51 lb. Which was not true because when I got home the gentleman that claims he corrected the over inflation on my tire had my rear driver side Tire inflated to only 20 pounds. The same gentleman that told me that my tire was over-inflated plugged in the computer to see why my TPMS light was on. then he told me that the light would turn off after I drove it for a little while. Which was not true. He tried to tell me that the flat tire light was the light that he had tested which made no sense to me because the tool that he was operating was a TPMS scanner to find out which Tire needed a new TPMS monitor. So to try to make the story shorter I was very dissatisfied with my trip over the Paul's Tire. Which is unfortunate because I've been going to Paul's for many years now. And I won't be going there anymore from this point on. Although the woman at the front desk was very kind to me about the whole situation. And Paul is always a great guy when I did go to get my tires changed and fixed there. Maybe the guys should be re evaluated from time to time to see if they are up on there tire repair skills. They put my tires on the rims for my truck. The employee they had do it never told me about the cracks in the valve so when I road off I road all the way to mattydale on a flat. My tire got ruined and they would not even replace it knowing its their fault it happened. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Bad for business!

UPDATE/12nov20: First, I believe there are 3 businesses at this location, Cannon Tire, a restaurant and the Famco gas/convenience store. I don't know about the restaurant. I've used Cannon in the past and always felt I got good service and reasonable price. The new convenience store is AWFUL; HIGH PRICES, DINGY REST ROOM, POOR SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE. Nuff said.Cannon Tire / Mirabito convenience store. Diesel and gas pumps. Tire service for cars and trucks. Washout service for reefers. Typical small convenience store. Edit: the convenience store is now closed. No store, fuel or restrooms, just parking and tire service.I look forward to the new restaurant and facilities.

The Italian omlet was the worst I ever had and the bathroom was dirty paper towels dispenser was empty they had a roll of paper towels on the sink simi wet I'll never go back there again .

I delt with Randy and was very happy with the customer service there .Changed my tire and gave me a good deal on a good used one. I would definitely go back again .
