I was completely in wholeheartedly, satisfied with the services of Collision repairs done to my Lincoln. I was impressed with the professionalism of this team. The work was done earlier than expected and met 100% satisfaction. I would ve been even more happy if they had done an actual detail job inside, as I read in previous reviews, but it is what it is they did what the car went in for and I m very pleased for that. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of collision repair services.

So I went through Geico to get my repairs done November 2024 through this repair shop. Let s just start with a pleasant receptionist she was so professional explain things it was an awesome experience. I like that throughout the process they would text me updates about my vehicle. I liked how when the work was complete one of the techs walked around the vehicle with me made sure I was happy and they did an awesome job on the repair. I promise you it looked like new, thank you caliber. I must say I only do reviews if someone does a really good job or a really bad job I know that s sad but it s the truth and caliber did a really good job.

Caliber was able to get my vehicle fixed while I was away on vacation. When I came back my vehicle looked brand new! They even cleaned the inside!!! Highly recommend caliber if anything happens in the future!

I had to take my car here to repair a deep scratch. I saw this place was highly rated and worked with many insurance companies, so it was an easy decision to go with them. The customer service was great and they did a fantastic job my car looks brand new! They kept me constantly updated about the repair progress with complete transparency and also took care of everything with my insurance without delay. I could not imagine it going any smoother. 100% recommend.

WOW!!! The repair was next level but the biggest surprise that I wasn't expecting was the pristine level of detailing that was done to my interior - it was in brand new condition!! Of course I've told so many people about the above and beyond customer service by everyone I encountered at the shop! Thank you so much for all that you do and demonstrating what real customer service is all about. I know where to bring my car for any repairs I may need and I will continue to tell people about your service!! Thanks again for the best repair experience I've ever had!! Keep up the superior work!!

They were outstanding to work with-professional, helpful and very service oriented. They handled all the details with the insurance company and car rental agency, They explained the work to be done thoroughly. They texted updates throughout the repair process. Repairs were finished 2 days early. It was a completely stress free experience. I highly recommend them for the quality of the staff and repair work.

2nd visit in 2 months for damage due to vandalism. Everyone I encountered at Caliber in Syracuse was very friendly & helpful. They coordinated the necessary rental pick up & drop off which was very helpful. Work was finished in time predicted (parts arrival out of their control)

Recommended by my insurance company, and it is obvious why!! Chantel is a pleasure to speak with and does her job well. The guys working on my car were professional and listened to me when I knew something wasn't quite right but couldn't put my finger on exactly what it was. Thankfully, we figured it out, and everything is now repaired. I would bring them my business, hands down.

Chantel, Scott, and everyone at Caliber Collision on West Genesee Street provided a wonderful experience, from beginning to end. I would give them 10 stars, if I could. I've never experienced better customer service, including both the in-person contact with Chantel and Scott, and the text and phone updates. The repair work was excellent and it was completed well ahead of time, and they also did a pretty exhaustive cleaning of the interior and exterior of my van, at no charge. This is one of the most customer-friendly companies I have ever worked with. My car looks brand new now. They communicate via text almost daily on their progress, finished the repairs 2-days earlier than projected and even cleaned the interior of my car. I can't say enough about Caliber Collision. They are the most professional and responsive auto repair center I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Kudos to Scott for his service updates on my vehicle. He has given me updates at least 3 times a week.Caliber goes the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied.It's a pleasure to have them working son my vehicle.

My car ended up being "totaled" by the insurance company, but the interaction with Caliber was first rate from start to finish. VERY nice, informative & helpful people. Didn't get to use their actual services repairing my car. They were helpful and timely working with the insurance company and working with me to remove my contents from the car.

So I had a headlight with a hole in it and holes and rips in my front bumper from a scooter running into me. After receiving my car not only did I receive a new bumper but they also replaced and My other headlight that had no damage but was a foggy headlight. They also took the liberty of washing and detailing the inside of my car which was surprising. I'm from Buffalo and from previous accidents that I've had the body shops in Bufalo never did that for me so I was pleasantly surprised. 5 stars! Let me start off by saying Caliber Collision is truly top notch. From day one Nate and his team had my best interest at heart and was an entirely different feeling compared to most body shops I ve been to. You never know how important it is to select a skilled group to work on your vehicle. They kept me informed and updated every step of the way from the very beginning. This was my first experience Caliber collision and I could not be more pleased with my experience. From the incredibly helpful and friendly staff to the effortless paperwork process I was overwhelmingly impressed. I hope I won't need Caliber Collision again anytime soon but if I do I know I'll be in great hands. I would recommend Caliber to anyone who needs a high quality, friendly, efficient Collison company.
