Had a nail in my tire. Got me in right away to take a look. Just so happened the nail didn't puncture the tire but was embedded bent into the tread. They removed the nail and verified there were no leaks. All in under 10 minutes and didn't charge me for taking a look. Excellent service and I'd definitely return in the future.

Have been using this business for over 35 years, still timely service, good and reasonable pricing, polite and knowledgeable staff. Recently changed hands and new owners have kept up with what original owner had established. I have not been disappointed.

Had them install my lift kit/new tires, new tires they didn t torque right at first and this driving the tires almost fell off, then I had Bob s Tires in Solvay install a lift kit 6 months ago, steering was pretty bad, I ignored it and it got worse and I took it to a local mechanic who knows what he s doing and the issues I ve been having with clicking and the steering being loose is because they installed the front shocks backwards ( there is a left and right ), they forced the old control arm and ball joint to fit the lift ( the ball joint was rubbing against the spring ) and the sway bar link was way too short causing it to toe inward, I decided to replace the control arms and sway bar links through this new mechanic, but in order to get the cv axles to work, I need to reverse the struts so that they are in the right position, this isn t the first time they ve screwed something up on my truck, should of learned my lesson, just thought they would honor their screw-up.

The staff got me in quick with an appointment for a broken A/C in a couple days. The follow up, pricing, and repairs on the vehicle was fast. They followed up with both a text and phone call my vehicle was finished. Picked it up fast and everything was working great. First time customer and now life long fan of the work they do.

Had a flat tire this morning on the way out of my driveway. Drove to Monroe and Mr Tire and they were so busy they wanted me to leave my car possibly until tomorrow! Years ago these places would fit you in being that it doesn t take any time at all to fix? All that aside Bob s was great. My grandfather came to this place for many years. I was waited on immediately and my keys were back in my hand in less than 15 minutes. Waiting area was very welcoming and comfortable. When I got to work my boss said she didn t expect me this soon! Great service!

I took a chance on Bob s a few years ago and haven t gone anywhere else since! It s an unassuming spot on Milton that delivers high quality work at super reasonable prices. They have always been upfront and honest with me, and gotten me scheduled when emergencies arise (nail in my tire). They keep you informed about your vehicle and ask you before completing unforeseen work - not so at chain shops! I continue to be a satisfied customer for everything from tires, oil, inspections, and more. I trust Bob s!

Been going here for tire changes for a while now. Went the other day, and was informed that I needed new lug nuts. They replaced all 20 and proceeded to charge me $92. No phone call or permission for this, it was just done. Advanced Auto 1.5 miles away sells 20 for $30. Makes me feel like I got scammed. Also have some engine lights on now related to a rear wheel.

Always a good experience with great service. The waiting area has been updated and is very nice and clean. Sonny has ALWAYS been personable and honest with me and my family members. I would recommend this place.

The manager had very poor customer service skills. He was far more concerned about getting behind in his day than he was about putting my needs as the customer first. I will not be going back, and if you re looking for a place that will put your needs/ desires first, look elsewhere.

The very best service in Central NY! Treat customers as family- very reasonable prices on services and products and I always buy my tires here! Bob is very supportive of the community; a really good guy!

My brief experience was enough to know there are no real technicians here. The "owner" has a bad attitude and his communication skills are terrible good luck keeping customers. Not to mention he lied to me.

Bob's Tire gives excellent service! They always try to work with you to give you the best deal. Charlie at the front desk is so nice. He never makes you feel like you are bothering him or talks down to you. They have the best prices hands down and do the best work. Highly recommended!

Bob the owner is wonderful! However, Bob's newest mechanic, I really don't have the words. Just that, I won't be going back after 14 years of Bob's being the only mechanic shop that I trusted. Maybe if that mechanic wasn't there I would still be a customer.

The two guys I dealt with Sonny and Jean were great. Helped me in a pinch, fast and friendly service. And very knowledgeable in the automotive field! Highly recommended for more than just tires!

This place is an utter scam. They ask $956 for a set of new Blizztech winter tires which is a gross exaggeration in cost. Do yourself a favor and get a $60 Costco membership for the year and you'd be able to get the SAME EXACT SET installed for $532 total ($133 per tire). There are no special skills involved in putting on tires and aligning them. If this is how much small businesses gouge their patrons, then good riddance to the ones that have already fallen.

Left 2 tires to check for leaks. Couple hours later called and asked if tires ready. The manager on the phone says he don t know anything about tires. Was really mean and hang up the phone on me. They simply have no communication between each other. Very bad service.

Used to love this place. Now there are 2 Mechanics. Of those, one is always in the office answering the phone. Very sad that Bob's has come to this. He did tell me I needed 4 new tires because of dry-rot. 2 Tires I had just purchased last year and has about 11K miles on them.. Going down hill. I will miss that place! :(

I received horrible service. Poor communication and no willingness to solve the mistake that was made. I asked to speak with the manager. The person said he was the manager. No willingness to fix his mistake. Only concern was I was putting him behind. Charged me the full price. I would not recommend this shop to anyone

For the small things they seem good. Inspection, brakes, flat tire. I just recently had a shifter cable installed by Bobs. It did not fix the issue that was going on with my vehicle. The shop guy said that I had to press up real hard on the shifter cable to get it to turn over. This worked for a couple of weeks, it was never really right though. Sometimes it wouldn't turn over and I would have to press harder up on the shifter to get it to turn. Well now this little part broke off from the steering column area and I have to take my truck to Fehlmans Brothers to get it really fixed, not just sort of fixed. I thought about calling Bobs back to complain about the original "fix" (shortly after it was originally "fixed"), but if they didn't fix it right the first time, why would I expect them to fix it (correctly) a second time? They are very nice and personable down there, but I do not have very much confidence in them now. Disappointed because they are really nice and they have come through on previous occassions. Can't help but feel screwed over on this "fix". I'll see what Fehlmans says.

Bond tires is the best auto place I have ever had the pleasure to work on my vehicles. Customer service is far superior to any place else I have been and the prices are affordable!!! I would give them ten stars if possible!!!

Bobs tires took advantage of me big time just because I was young they thought I didn t know anything about vehicles. They told me I needed an alignment and two new front tires on my 2016 Chevy, so I left and went elsewhere and they told me I didn t need an alignment or tires, but still had to get news ones because they failed them.I will never recommend this place to anyone

Excellent customer service. If any tells you that they can't repair your tire take it here and they will definitely be able to. I'll never go to another tire store again.

I L VE it here. Mechanics are nice and explain everything. Gave me prices of everything before doing any work. And the prices are very reasonable! Will NOT go anywhere else! Thanks guys!

Bobs tire is most likely the best place to get your car serviced in the area. The staff is friendly and the prices dont kill you. And Charlie is a cool ass guy.

Called on Sept. 29th, 2020 to ask about availability for service on a specific date, and only received availability for a different date. Not a big deal.But I then said that it won t work and thanked him, only to be discourteously hung up on.My first experience with this company, which will also be my last as well.
