I had a slow leak in 6 week old tire. Just needed to be resealed. They put a new tire on and charges my wife 212$. I should have went myself because there was nothing wrong with the tire it just needed to be resealed. The tires were under warranty. Never again at this place. I use to buy 600$ in groceries a month. No more of that.

I ve been coming here for years and the guys who work here are top notch. However, bjs really needs to hire more workers. It s not possible, when you have one man on, to change tires, answer phones, fill propane tanks, and order tires for people walking in all at the same time. What should be a 45 minute tire change turns into 3 hours. It s not humanly possible and probably unsafe too. Shame on bjs for treating their workers like this and putting them in this situation.

They installed my winter tires pretty quickly, considering that they were short-staffed for the number of appointments. More importantly, they saved me from a costly brake repair by pointing out an issue that another mechanic missed the day before.

Please hire someone to help Eric in the tire center. I ve been coming here for years and every single year it is only him working and trying to do multiple different tasks. As a result, appointments that would likely take 30-45 minutes take 60-90 minutes if not longer which is not his fault.

Desperately needed new tires. Current rating made me skeptical. Called for appointment and quote. Was quoted wrong size which influenced the pricing/availability. Employee named Eric was able to help me get it all figured out and had new tires on my car in no time. Knowledgeable and friendly. May not be the cheapest, but great deals and great employees make all the difference.

I bought 4 AT tires for my truck. They were the cheapest price for the tires I wanted. I arrived 20 minutes early for my installation appointment, the guy took me right in and I was out quickly. The tires were balanced and no wobble at all. I'll definitely come back here again.

Paid to have my tires installed and balanced. Tires were installed quickly but staff failed to balance them resulting in my car shaking uncontrollably when I went back to the service center and explained in detail the issue I was experiencing my car was looked at and my back two tires were balanced. I was told I was good to go. On my drive home I noticed my car was shaking once again at that point I was not going to return to the tire center a third time. I paid another auto shop to balance my front wheels, I will be filling a complaint hopefully this issue is resolved. Don t waste your time or money at that circus they call a service center

Note: BJ's membership is required.They are efficient and effective. I keep returning to purchase tires, swap summer/winter tires and rotate.BJ's current policy is to rotate tires they have sold for free. And when it is time to switch to winter or summer tires, if the tires going on are from BJ's that is free. Caveat -- you MUST have the original receipt. Don't lose it. I keep mine in a file labeled "Tires" in my office.

Trying to get a service appointment from last 2 weeks. No one pick up the phone at tire department.Was transferred to them few times still no answer. Not sure how they manage after giving pathetic service like this. Finally, I will just pay money somewhere else to get tire rotation even though I was suppose to get free tire rotation.I have been a bjs member for a while and the store, products and people are nice but the tire department is pathetic.

BJs needs to pay fairly and hire more people so phones are answered and appointments are made. I have over a dozen other options for buying new tires and my first choice was BJs but you can work with limited staff.

Great shopping for large family size. I wish we don't have to clip out coupons for items we need. Members should automaticly gets the discounts without the coupons. This will help BJ's save $$$ printed copies and save time at the payout registers. We already paid our membersship yearly to shop there. Why coupons???. I wish BJ's will also focus and support small businesses on what they are selling as well as open early to accommodates small businesses especially Sam's Club is closed.

Absolutely WILL NOT answer the phone to make an appointment. Not a good place to deal with if you are pressed for time. Same problem in the fall getting snow tires put on as now trying to change them back. They must be understaffed. I'm going to have to go somewhere else.

Wonderful experience - the gentlemen were extremely helpful and put a whole set of tires on before the time they said they would begin work. Definitely will return.
