My girlfriend traded in her Jeep for a fully loaded Chevy Malibu, worst thing we ever did. The Chevy Malibu had an oil leak that they seem to not be able to fix the technicians aren't knowledgeable enough to fix the problem and that wasn't the only problem with the car she's taking it back five times already in 5 months and we're ready to give it back would never buy a car from this dealership again. They definitely did not make it easy or enjoyable.

So I'm on my second used car in 2 years from this dealership, bought a thousand-dollar extended warranty this time, put 3,400 Mi on the car, start it out with a squeaky belt that went to an oil leak to a hole in a thermostat casing and costing me $1,000 out of pocket for the things not covered under the warranty but they told me to come back in and they'll offer me a great deal this time on a trade up. WOW

Salesmanship has gone down, I bought a car from here once and I remember walking in having no idea what car I wanted but the salesman helped and I walked out with a car. Once again I was ready to buy a car and I walked in with no idea what car I wanted, looking for recommendations I asked the salesman if they had anything sporty or something that looked sporty with a sunroof. Instead of looking through their inventory the salesman directed me to their online site and said you're welcome to come back once you've looked on there. In my opinion he didn't want to work today cuz the last thing I wanted to hear when I was ready to buy a car was going look online and come back to me. If I wanted to look online I wouldn't have gone to the dealership. If you're looking for a place to browse and get advice on what car you should buy I don't believe this is the place.

We had to have our 2018 Forester towed to the Bill Rapp Subaru dealer, twice within the last two weeks for it failing to start. The car had an extended warranty. The first issue was a fuse problem. Loaner cars are advertised on the website, yet none were available. The car was at the dealership for a week. Two weeks later, the second issue was a shift cable problem. On both occasions the car parts were unavailable and no loaner cars were available once again. When questioned what we could do for transportation, we were met with dismissive rudeness and condescension. No solutions were offered in securing transportation back to our home or to pick up the car upon completion either time. We had to use Uber services for two weeks and the dealership continued to be dismissive and unhelpful. No suggestions were offered, no overall concern for the customer was demonstrated and I would not recommend going to this de

This is the best place to buy a car. I am a college student and didn t think I had enough credit history to get a car. I put in an inquiry for a car and Kat immediately called me. She was extremely reassuring and told me that I would definitely get a car with no problem. Jay was my salesperson and was absolutely amazing. He thoroughly helped me and gave me great options to pick. I was extremely anxious in whether I was going to get a car and without a doubt he told me to relax. He showed me a Jeep and I fell in love with it and he got all the information ready for me and I was able to purchase a car. I highly recommend Jay as a salesman because he goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy and leave with a vehicle of your liking.

I went into Bill Rapp "just looking", I had no intention of buying anything that day. The salesman, Jay Britt, was helpful, but not pushy. He made a very smooth transition from "I'm only looking" to "you could drive it home today". I am very happy with my choice. Every person I met, from the salesman to the person that did the paperwork, was helpful and I didn't feel like I was "pushed" into the sale. Thank you. I would definitely send someone that is looking for a new car/truck to your dealership.

I experienced the most pleasant buying experience one could EVER have. After driving 2.5 hr to get there, upon arrival we were welcomed, greeted, did a test ride, and got right down to paperwork. Was out of there and back on the road in my 2018 Ford F150 Lariat in about 30 minutes. Definitely will be my #1 choice for referrals.

My car was totaled by a deer and I was super stressed about choosing a car and making sure it was the right one for me. I am only 22 years old and didn't really think that I would have to go through this process until a few years later. The salesperson I had was Honey and she made it so easy for me and answered all the questions I had even though some of the questions were a little stupid but needed to ask to make sure. She was funny and kind and she has such a warm personality that makes you feel comfortable and reassured about choosing the right car. I'm glad I went to Bill Rapp for my first car, Honey made it an easy and fun experience. Thank you Honey so much!!!!!

Wonderful experience was quick and simple. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Corey Herrington was very Compassionate for my needs and a Great person to work with. Our sales person Russ and one of the managers Dan we're extremely accommodating and amazing!!!!!This was my first experience with Bill Rapp and it will definitely not be my last. I highly recommend Russ if you're looking for a vehicle. Even during covid these guys/gals got it going on.

I was over whelmed with the great service at Bill Rapp. Julie Moore was over the top helpful and went above and beyond my greatest expectations. She was knowledgeable about the car I was intetested in. She put all the paperwork together for me. No trip to the DMV. Or waiting to reach my insurance company. It was all done for me in a matter of a few hours. I love my car and will tell everyone I know about the way I was treated when I purchased my car at Bill Rapp. Thank you Julie

Rachel was super easy to work with and knew the product well. The entire group worked together as a team and made a stressful process quick and smooth. We were glad to make the drive up to Bill Rapps. Great prices! We will be back when it's time for the wife's next new vehicle.

Jay Britt, the man who sold me my car, was truly amazing, I found this car online and went in the dealership the next day. Took a quick test drive and two days later I'm driving this amazing Buick Verano. The whole process was quick, easy, and there was no pressure or up-selling at all. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a new or used car to go to Bill Rapp for their next vehicle purchase!

I would never recommend this to anyone. My sales agent did not seem to know much about the car I was purchasing. None of the sales agents did not seem to know much about the warranties their dealership offered. They showed me a car inspection report where the car passed with flying colors... And when I took the car to an independent mechanic the day after, we find a dead battery and a rotted out rocker. The battery could be dealt with, but Bill Rapp won't fix body issues. There's no reason I should not have been informed about the body issue before purchase. Even the battery, while test driving the car I told the sales agent that I was concerned the battery would die soon and he informed me that there's no way a car this few miles would have battery issues... Except it did. Everything about this dealership is unprofessional and disrespectful entrapment. Don't waste your time and money here.

This was the first time I have ever picked out the exact car that I wanted and was able to get financed on my own! Thanks to Salesman Jay and Manager James for all the hard work and dedication to making this my best experience ever with the whole process! Great service by the sales team, great service from the finance manager, and great price for a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. Highly recommend Honey as your sales agent, We've bought cars from Fox, Fucillo, Maguire, and Romano. Bill Rapp was by far the better experience, no pressure, quick and easy. Thanks Rachel, Honey, and Gary....and whoever the Subaru service manager is who took the time out of his schedule to show us how the car works.

Bill Rapp East Syracuse is AWESOME I m soo glad that I chose Bill Rapp. The customer service was outstanding . I m a father of five and was looking for an SUV with 3 rows. Jay Britt and Jenelle handled me with so much care and never stopped until I was satisfied! Now I have a 2016 Ford Explorer and boy is it a thing of beauty.

As someone buying a car for the first time, I thought the process would be long and painful. Jay Britt made sure that my experience was a positive one. He was extremely patient, thorough, and never made me feel pressured into buying. I left the dealership with a Subaru Legacy and have nothing but positive things to say about Jay and Bill Rapp Subaru overall!

Must to say that having a deal with Frank Weichoski was a pleasant experience. We bought a 2017 Subaru Legacy from him a month ago. We get our ideal price without too much bargain. He also handled every paper work for us. What we did is went there and drove it back. Also, the car just like he said: reliable and easy to maintain. Bill Rapp will be my first option if I am going to buy next auto. Thanks Frank!

As usual Russ Lee did a superb job for us. Called us when car arrived on lot, and paper work was ready and waiting for us all ready to just sign on the lines. I can honestly say I felt extremely comfortable with purchasing my Kia Forte from Bill Rapp in Julie Rotella Moore's care. Not only was she personal, and compassionate , her customer service demonstrated the upmost professional demeanor in sales. Bill Rapp has been amazing with customer service ! They were very understanding , patient and great when it came to the obstacles we had when it came to me financing my very first car ! They got me into a 2012 Honda Civic that we really wanted . I reccomend this dealership to anyone needing to finance or getting ready to purchase a new car !
