Go to maintenance shop for our trucks! The work is done on time & correctly! They are great and personable! We recommend this to anyone who need auto work on there truck or vehicles done! Reasonably priced!

I was in Syracuse for the weekend and blew a tire going out for supper. I called up Big 4 Tire on Saturday morning, explained to them what had happened. They were able to find me a new tire and have it installed same day. The staff was very friendly and they did a good job replacing the tire. They saved my weekend and fixed my tire issue! Thanks again!

My wife was told they did an alignment, but checking the bill there wasn t one listed. I called and askedI was told my new set of tires didn t need an alignment by the snarky front desk guy. That sentence doesn t even make sense. New tires need an Alignment to ensure a longer life and even wear, and you can t tell something doesn t need an alignment by lookin at it, alignments are done with lasers. Then they charged me DOUBLE what was quoted for a hood cable.Used to love these guys, idk what changedBut I got most of what I needed. I guessSo two stars

So i thought i had a bad front driver side wheel bearing. Being a shade tree mechanic i figured i could knock it out in a weekend. Unfortunately it was frozen in the hub pretty good. I decided to bring it over to Big 4 on midler park.i imagined they would be pretty busy and the jeep would be down for a few days. Jon Hart greeted me and explained he might be able to get it done by noon same day?!?! I was really excited about that. He mentioned he would take a look and get back to me. Within a few hours he called and explained my options and that both hubs need replacement. With 130,000 miles i figured it was due. Jon said they could complete the job by noon. I was complete impressed. The price was more than fair. Definitely check out Jon and his team. I will definitely bring my service work to Big 4 tire. Thanks for getting me back on the road quickly!

I was in a real bind with a flat tire on 81 . I called them up they found the right tire and had me up and going within 30 minutes once my tow truck got to their shop. They really did me a solid, very much appreciated!

These guys are awesome. Fixed a tire leak that elsewhere had told me wasn't fixable (which was not true!) on top of being kind. So, I will be bringing my business here now and recommending to others. Friendly atmosphere, great service, and honest which is a refreshing rarity compared to many experiences I've had.

This is a good, reliable repair and tire shop. The staff is helpful, friendly, and personable. Their prices are good and their quick, no frills approach to service makes for a great experience. I guess it depends on preference but for me I like a reliable, honest mechanics' shop with no fancy frills adding overhead, keeping costs at a reasonable level. I found that at Big 4 Tire. Thank you for always being honest and fair. I would recommend this shop to a friend. Prices on tires are also very good and are competitive with the online stores. Don't Hassel with the online ordering, delivering, coordinating... Working directly with Big Four made the whole process really quick and easy with a lot less hassle. I have also had alignments done here and they have done a great job. Big Four even fixed the bad work of another mechanic who tried and failed to properly align our vehicle. If you are looking for the concierge service and a basket of free Kind bars this isn't the shop for you but if you are looking for good reliable service for your car or truck I think this is the place.Keep up the good work guys! I see your business is growing too with a new location, congratulations! See you again soon. Cheers.

Quick, professional, and inexpensive!I came by on a Monday afternoon for my vehicles inspection, and even with multiple other cars being worked on ahead of mine I was out the door in ~30min. Best part was it only cost $10!I recommend these guys if you need your inspection done.

Very timely service!! Great prices, and most importantly, honest! I got my car inspected there and it was done in 15 minutes and cost me $21 , versus the $500 the dealership was going to charge me for things that did not need repair. Very happy.

Best prices I've found for any tires. I had hd truck tires installed on my plow truck and snow tires for my car. They beat other shops by $100+ on each set and they have always gotten me in and out in a reasonable time.

I have wasted three hours of my day sitting here so I am upset with myself for even writing a review but something had to be said. I called to see if there was room for me to have my truck inspected they said bring it down we get you right in I was there one hour watch somebody walk in and get service ahead of me. Then they made me wait through their lunch hour-fine. And then two more people walked in and were serviced ahead of me and I had already been sitting there for two hours at this point . They told me I would be first after their lunch hour and then I guess they decided to change their minds. I would like to also make clear the two people they took ahead of me did not have appointments both of those customers asked if they had time to fit them in today ! The service is absolutely atrocious here. What a joke! I did not even want to rate them one star but they wouldn t let me post without at least that

After having countless issue's with tire shops around town I couldn't have been more happy with this one! Everyone was extremely nice and attentive. They didn't just have me sit there and stare at a wall actually conversed and made me feel welcome! Time flew by! I'll be marking y'all on my maps for anyone needing tires in your area! God Bless

Excellent service! Didn't require an appointment to come here. They did my AC repairs in one day and the price was very reasonable. 10/10 recommend.

Had a trailer tire blow out on the thruway and randomly called Big4Tire. John picked up the phone and had a can do now attitude. Had the tire ready by the time we got there. Guys in the shop were awesome and friendly. Checked out our hubs (which we suspected were of issue) found them to be a little loose and tightened them up, no charge. Got us in and out in no time with a new tire and a used for a spare (that we blew out a few hundred miles before) for 200 bucks. Highly reccomended!! Hope to get back there someday to pet the shop dog Poppy and shoot the breeze with these guys. 10 out of 10

In Syracuse on vacation when got an indicator light warning of low tire pressure. Big 4 Tire was open promptly on a Friday morning and took me in right away. I didn t have my wheel lock keys on me, so they applied the fix they could with the wheel still on. Very fast and a very fair price. I m so thankful I came to these guys for help!

My u joints locked up on my truck and my regular repair shop put me on a waiting list for repair. I called big 4 and they had me come over on my lunch hour and fixed it in 1 hour 15 minutes. Nice people and nice waiting area.

1st visit and disappointed my trailer tire flat I search online and reached there and one guy in office said we have 30 min to close so we can't fix tire they didn't help me
