The south side Salina St. location used to be my preferred store for auto parts. Recently I went in to buy a part, it was defective so I brought it back within a half hour of buying it. While the young lady working the counter was very pleasant, the manager approached with a very much "I don't want to deal with you" attitude from the jump. I asked if he could exchange it if they had a different brand of the same part and was retorted with implications that A) I had no idea what I was talking about (clearly I wasn't the one who had no idea, considering I'm actually a mechanic and not behind a desk guessing on parts all day) and B) implications that I was bringing back a "used" part, therefore trying to rip off the store. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a parts store, which speaks volumes. The only way I'd come back at this point is out of desperation. Even then, this experience left such a bad taste in my mouth id rather wait 2 hours at a Napa desk or 2 days for shipping from Amazon. If this is how you want to treat your customers then I'm sure you'll run out of good customers sooner or later.

Shopped at the 4004 S. Salina Location. Workers very unprofessional. Didn't know answers to simple questions related to customer service issues and their job. Dont ask may i help you you have to tell them what you want. Not all this way but most i encounterd are. Very ghetto, eating snacks while working, pants hanging off bottom. This location needs more training in customer service for their employees. Again not all this way but enough to cast impression on the establishment.

I came to auto zone for assistance with installing an air cabin filter.The guys working (Wonquis and Tyjahlik) were very helpful. They both helped install the filters I purchased. They both were very kind and courteous while helping take care of this. I want to thank both of them for taking time from their busy day to help me.

Been a customer of AutoZone for years I will take them over everyone, even though Napa might have a higher grade selection of parts I wouldn't say better quality, but what I feel will put every AutoZone over the top is if they would just carry one product that product's name is alumaloy, even though it threatens very welder on the planet because it shouldn't do what it does and it does it well I feel like if AutoZone puts this on their shelves markets it properly they could steal a lot of customers away from their knockoff competitors advance Auto who basically has AutoZone parts at more expensive prices with less customer service more confusion twice the stress and three times the headache of dealing with the people they have working behind the counter

I guess good help is hard to find. I asked this dumb kid to help me find the anti-seize and he goes to look up the model of my car in the computer. I tell him It wouldn t be in there and he insisted to look anyway. I just simply quit talking to him

I've been there a few times lately and the service is excellent. Aaron went out of his way to help me fix my window , when I initially went in to get a hub- puller. He saw my taped up door and took the initiative to come outside and tell me how to fix my embarrassing window. The manager Joe is always great and I just wanted to give some recognition to some guys that really seem to care. Thank you again

Employees know absolutely nothing about cars or service or parts. Tried to get help to put on windshield wipers and he couldn t do it or check a battery for me. Has no clue what he was doing. Absolutely no help tag help. Also asked for a tip on top of that. DONT SHOP HERE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I placed an order for in-store pick up. They were attentive and super fast when I arrived the next day to actually pick it up. I said my name and because it was already paid for, I spent all of 5 minutes in the actual store. Sublime.

Not professional and Worst service is in this location.They lie ..Tow Days just to charge a battery!!!!!!!After the first day they said they will definitely charge it this time!!!I come to store the second day and they said it is all set!!!!! However it was not charged at all..I will never come back again

Over the past 10 years I have always come here when I need auto parts. Their staff is friendly and courteous. Always quick to help me find anything I need or answer any questions the best they can.

When i ordered my part in the storetge cashier told me that it would come in the next day that was on a friday Saturday came and no call i come in on monday and they have no clue of my order. Stood their another 45 minutes waiting on them to "find" my part. I always shop at this location but i will be taking my services somewhere else. The staff was rude and unprofessional

During an 8 hour drive from New England, my car's check engine light came on. I pulled into AutoZone about 20 minutes before they closed only to discover their mechanic just got off the clock. But he was a nice guy and performed a diagnosis on my car. The O2 sensor died. It was a nice way to start the holiday season.

I went up for a product but they were sold out staff never offered to order it.So there's nothing they could do until next Friday when their truck came in.Wasn't happy

They were overall friendly but I went out of my way for this location because the one closest to me didn't have the parts I needed and they ended up giving me the wrong part anyway. Ended up just going to the local location and having it ordered.

I pre-ordered parts. There were there on time. Two items were not as pictured on the box. (Cheap mfgr.) They were opened to show me that they were the correct items.Clean place also.
