Alexis was so helpful! She went above and beyond for me putting a new battery in both my key fobs! She was so outgoing and had so much knowledge in this line of work. Will definitely come back to this Autozone and hope to see Alexis again. She was amazing!

They had parts I needed, but staff was only slightly helpful in an empty store. Came in looking for turn signal bulbs and asked for part numbers. Person behind counter see bothered thT I asked him for part numbers. He looked up part numbers and told me where to look and walked away. I then spent the next 10 minutes looking for part numbers on packages that were covered by shelf price tags. When I went to check out, I never checked to see if they were the right product and just used his look up to check me out. So, if I have the wrong product, it will be hard to return because he never scanned the items. So my receipt might not reflect what I bought.

Always get great service here!! If they don't have the part in stock I usually get it next day. But they usually have it. They give Veteran discounts.

The cashier was knowledgeable about what I needed to change my car s oil but he was condescending about my questions. I will not be returning to this specific autozone. I did not appreciate being talked down to for wanting to learn an important skill.Edit: Attempting to change my oil, it turns out I was sold the incorrect oil filter by the associate and he had also provided me an air filter that was the incorrect size for my vehicle. For someone who stated they had worked on cars for 10 years, I am less than impressed. I had to make another trip to a more reliable auto shop aka advanced auto parts where I was presented with the correct parts and incredible customer service. Advanced Auto will be my new auto shop from here on out. Shame on this man for his condescending attitude. His decade of experience was not evident. Maybe he should switch to bicycles.

I want to give high praise to Chad, at store # 2960. I went to the store to buy a battery for my motorcycle, hoping to buy the same make and model battery that lasted...7 years! He did not have that model in stock and showed me several other models, tried to match them up, but they were all the wrong size. He then did a search and found the exact model I was looking for at another local Autozone, and had it for me in 2 hours ! I also want to praise all the other associates at this store, I have done business with them for years, and always received terrific service. I will continue to do so.

Sometimes the store can be pretty slow if they are understaffed. So if you happen to be in there or you try to call on the phone, you might have a little bit of a wait at times.

I went in to purchase a new headlight. I'm not mechanically inclined so I asked the employee who was behind the counter if he could install the new one or at least help me. He hesitantly agreed to look at it. So I bought a double pack of bulbs then we went out to the car. After a brief look he said, "I can't do it. You have to take out the battery in order to remove the old lamp". I thanked him for looking & went on my way. BUT... When my nephew & I went to install the lamp it was clear to even me that the battery wasn't in the way. At all. 90 seconds later... DONE. My biggest issue? If the Auto Zone guy didn't want to help install, or couldn't fit some reason, all he had to do was say so. I told him my girlfriend could do it (go ahead & laugh). Why lie? Again, it was clear to me the battery wasn't in the way & he does that stuff for a living.Usually Auto Zone is great! But now I'm left with the negative experience lingering. That's too bad.

Went in to find a part that I looked up online and was met with horrendous customer service. The guy pretty much mocked me for not knowing the specific part number in their system and just said "that's wrong" when I showed him what I found online. Rang it up without even telling me the price first and then ignored me the whole time I was paying while he chatted with someone else in the store. Definitely won't be going there again.

Needed help with a flat tire. It was freezing cold out and dark and the staff was already spending most of their time out their helping customers. You can tell they were cold and tired, but they still have 100% helping me and others. Knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend!!

Worst auto store I've ever been in. Went in to purchase new headlights, and the man assisting me was constantly mocking the fact I didn't know what bulbs I needed. As if this wasn't bad enough, he sold me the WRONG BULBS!! To top it all off, the same employee wouldn't accept the bulbs back when I tried returning them as they were already "opened" and recommended that I sell them online. What a joke. Wasted $55 on bulbs that are useless to me due to an employees lack of knowledge, after he was mocking my "lack of knowledge". Will not be using advanced auto again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Always have what I need for my vehicle. One time an employee put on windshield wipers for me in a downpour, he insisted even though I told him not to! Very nice!

Been going there for our auto parts needs and accessories for a couple few years. They have a sharp team at this place. Never disappointed. Always treated with respect. Wouldn't go to any other auto parts store in Syracuse.

Came here to get a new battery and Rob G. Helped us. Let me say he did an exemplary job. Many others might have told us they couldn't do it or didn't want to try it, Rob didn't skip a beat and helped us right away. Thank you very much Rob!

I needed a part for my car this was on Friday, they told me on phone that if I came to store and order and pay for part before 3:00 I can have part the next day Saturday. I paid order around 1:00. Called store next day they said it was on Fed ex truck. Called store late afternoon no delivery, told me definitely be delivered Monday. I called store Monday afternoon no delivery, I called back at 6:30 the person that answer the phone said it was never on FedEx truck!! Went back to store Tuesday got my money back! I tried to talk to store manager to find out why they lied to me about part being on delivery truck. He was to busy to talk to me! Won't ever go back!!!

Very helpful staff. I found everything I needed. And stuff I didn't go in for. Ha. The only thing is stuff is a little pricey there. I usually go to the local independent owned warehouses to get my parts.. can't beat the prices. But the zone is my go to when my other places are closed

Bought expensive wipers 1 month ago that went well they put them on came back into store with my receipt and told them my driver's side wiper wasn't clearing right they told me they were not under warranty I said so you don't back the products you sell after 1 month I'll never shop there or go there ever again

Have gave this place numerous chances but yesterday was the last straw. Can't seem to ever order a part let alone find the part they told you they had over the phone... I only blame myself should of learned by the x3 time. Management must be a mess here! I gave you a star because 0/5 isn't available..

Had a battery message are on my truck. Took it to AutoZone. got a free battery check and free alternator charging system check. Everything checked out fine. I was not subject to upsell

Advanced wouldnt let me exchange a pair of tail light bulbs but I brought them to auto zone and they did it no problem. Auto zone over advanced auto all day

Usually slow to get parts, sometimes you will get a knowledgable employee. Seems like all parts stores are making transactions more complicated with rules and special clubs

I spoke with Randy he was very helpful I didn t even have to go in the store he answered every question over the phone...I will recommend this auto zone to everyone just because of Randy...thanks randy for taking the time out to answer my questions
