I had a front headlight bulb out and the front desk clerk helped me replace it! Very friendly and easy! I was going to do it myself but he just came outside and helped me out. Thank you very much!!

I want to commend your employee, Fred, for going above and beyond for us. We came in to get a bulb for our brake light and Fred took the time and energy to replace it for us. Due to the age of the car, it was difficult to remove the cover and yet Fred worked diligently and after 20 minutes, success! Employees like Fred are the reason we come back to this store time and again!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Usually have what I need in stock or able to order it in within a couple days. Most of the staff have a lot of experience if you're questioning how to DIY something on your vehicle.

Great assistance and staff were really helpful and friendly! I had a battery issue and a check engine light issue I ve been trying to solve for months and they got the job done fast. The Staff are very knowledgeable!

I went to the dealership where I had my wipers replaced a little over a month ago and can I say poor customer service and no obligation whatsoever to their customers. Needless to say I left without taking their crappy blades and drove directly to AutoZone and was assisted by a very kind, compassionate employee John M. He recognized my frustration: offered advice and I left with all 3 blades replaced with a much better product and also left with de-icer washer fluid. This young man made a bad day so much better. What a fantastic human and asset to AutoZone. Will recommend this store and this associate to anyone and everyone who will listen. Thank you John M you are amazing and going places.

The one was at the counters when I walked in, for at least several minutes. Needed to find tail light bulb for my car. Use the QR code tool. Referenced wrong bulb. It could be user error on my part. I felt like it inconvenience when I checked out. They were the wrong bulbs as I said. When I came back in the guy that was at the register was very helpful at that point.

Not a bad place if you need a part immediately, you can get stuff for less if you can wait for via internet, but if you gotta go, these guys will come thru most of the time.

Abe worked on putting in my passenger side headlight this week. Very helpful, friendly, professional, and did a great job. Was done in a timely manner and cost was reasonable. Would highly recommend East Syracuse Autozone and extremely appreciate Abe's assistance. Thank you!

Was able to easily find the wiper for my car on the website and arrange pickup. The guy who cashed me out even offered to install it for me in the parking lot for free. Great service!

A tech by the name of Dave helped me out. Not only did he go above and beyond in helping diagnose my car by bringing out a multi-meter, he did it all incredibly professionally. Employees like him make me return to AutoZone time and time again.

Chrissy & Jhon & willWas nothing but professional, respectful Chrissy and Jhon & Will made sure I received the best treatment with a battery as well as getting my fuses to my Nissan rogue situated helping me understand what the fuses do and pointing me in the right direction on what s going on with my truck after I purchase a new battery as well as how to treat it . Hands-down clean facility. Styff has great attitudes and great jokes. It s a true blessing to be around and get service from great individuals. Left a 5 review once already, but should be a 10 My ridiculous car alternator stranded me at Autozone. These guys did everything they could to help me (an emotional female new to the area, that lives 30 miles away, no way to get a hold of anyone and everything else you could imagine going wrong) and so much more!! Helped me find a place to have it towed and looked at. Rockstars!! Thank you!!

Fast and friendly service. I purchased windshield wipers from them. A week later one flew off while driving. When I went to purchase a replacement, they have it to me at no charge.

i offer a shout out to Doug and Theodore who were on duty tonight. Who helped a desperate car owner with a dead battery. the sale took five minutes but these two spent almost an hour between them taking out a badly corroded 85,000 mile battery and making sure the new one was properly and securely installed. I will definitely be back for future parts purchases. thank you for service way above and beyond!

I stopped in about 3 weeks ago, and was greatly impressed by the help and knowledge of two employees; Kyle and Abe. They were both SO professional and willing to help. In a time when customer service has almost disappeared, Kyle and Abe proved me wrong. I will go out of my way to return to this location

My car battery died and someone suggested i go to AutoZone to have it checked. They were pleasant and helpful. They checked the battery and it registered "bad." I bought a new one and they put installed it. The cost of the new battery was ridiculous and I will be comparing prices on that, but I felt they were being honest. I will return there for further car needs.

My headlight was going off every couple months and so I wanted to talk to employee about it. He was patient and helped me figure out the issue. Use gloves to replace new headlights bulbs. Otherwise the oil and moisture from hand may cause fuse.

Fantastic customer service this morning! The associate was able to walk me through checking my check engine light, and explained what needed fixing. They even complimented me on my car! Really helped turn my rough day around!

Blew headlight while driving. Headed to AutoZone and the young man behind the counter not only helped me find the part I needed, but he also came out and replaced it for me. In less than 10 minutes I was back on the road. Can't thank him enough for going the extra mile for me! Highly recommend!

So far I've not had an issue at any of the AutoZone's I've had the privilege to visit. They are always friendly and helpful. This was no exception. Very friendly and helpful people and I saw them going out of their way to help those others that came for assistance. Another pleasant trip to AutoZone. Great job, crew!

Helpful staff. I've never had a problem and the place is clean. The manager was really friendly when they didn't have only the caliper bracket, just the caliper with included bracket. He understood I was on a budget and made recommendations of places I could check. I ended up getting the set at this place because of the good service
