Don't go in the middle of the day because they don't keep people on staff all day, they break for lunch without keeping a single tech there for even a simple plug. Also no veteran discount. Plug cost $25, don't accept cards, and had to wait almost an hour. Mediocre AT BEST

I've been going to West Shore Tires for around 25 years. The service is excellent and prices are comparable to anyone else in the area. To the people with frivolous complaints like the price of an oil change, do some research, the newer vehicles today use full synthetic oil which is much more expensive than the old conventional oil. Just do some research before you post ridiculous complaints.

Joe patiently worked on my 2007 Honda Pilot thru what I thought was major work and brought my car back to health like a trained surgeon. He knows how to deliver great service without undo stress. Highly recommend....

Brought my 1982 Corvette here for a oil change and inspection. Joe took care of everything for me fast and efficient. Very resonable on there pricing as well. 5 star service - will be back definetly.

I no longer work here but just looking out for the guys in the back as a customer if you intend on giving any tips please give them to the person that worked on the car & not the desk just a heads up theres been two or more cases of me needed to address the desk after customers told me they left me something I purposely waited till the end of the day in one instance

Came for a slow leaking tire was asked to return for a 1PM appt. Sat and waited to be checked in for over 30mins before just walking out, guy saw me getting in my car to leave and didn t acknowledge me STILL! Waste of my time.

Well, after seeing something fly off your tire and some alerts & red lights appear on your dashboard while you are on the highway, the least you can ask for is a good, decent, honest tire shop.But little did I know that I will actually bump in to most honest and best service tire shop I have ever crossed paths with.The price was really cheap, but the service was outstanding & first class!

My recent visit to West Shore Tires was again great. I brought my car in for brakes rotors, 4 tires and an oil change.Joe and his men made me like my car again it's an 11 year old car that feels like its brand new. Thank you Joe you have a lifetime customer with me.

Had me 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee's wheels refinished along with new tires and an alignment, everything turned out great. Wheels look brand new! Posted prices for other basic maintenance looked reasonable but the staff was friendly, knew their stuff and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary work like the dealership does. You get what you pay for, so I don't mind paying slightly more for work you can trust.

Went for a flat tire on my Honda CR V 2018. Showed me the tire with the scew that it Couldn't be repaired was very honest. Thought he had the tire in stock but didn't unfortunately. Sent me down the block to another place that didn't have the tire either. Didn't charge me to look at the tire either. Would return if I needed tires or any other services. Highly Recommended!!

It is my pleasure to review this establishment. When 3 other shops gave me a difficult time and were rude in getting my issue sorted, Pino and then Joe were friendly, accommodating and helped me within 25 minutes. It was an awesome experience and I will be going back any time I need work done or an inspection on my vehicles.

I was passing by and Went just to put some air pressure on the tire . They told me about a hour wait just to blow the tire .

If you want an honest appraisal of your cars mechanical problem go to West Shore. 'They have kept my 1999 Lexus purring like a kitten for fifteen years. Can't ask for a better recommendation than that.We use the car for extended road trips throughout the United States. and always bring it in to be checked from top to bottom before we start. The owner Joe makes sure i get excellent service and goes out of his way to accommadate me when I call.Best Auto shop on Staten Island !

I would NOT recommend going for an inspection or an oil change. The oil change is very expensive about $75 and then I get home and realized they never returned my DMV registration. I called them 3 times about it and they could care less. Each time they said they'll call back and of course they didn't. I will NEVER give them my business again.

Dented whole side of driver door plugging a flat. Took zero responsibility and claimed didn t happen there. Brand new car. Livid. .Response to reply:Brand new car joe. Not saying you did It but It 100% was not there before the car entered your shop. I am very particular with my vehicle. You don t get into your car and not see that when in fact was right next to driver side door. But you win I have no proof right so I have to eat it. But for future reference and your business maybe you should implement marking damage on your customers car before they enter your shop and have them sign off on it so this does not happen again in the future.

Excellent repair service. Joe had my car in & out in the same day. Didnt recommend unnecessary services to my vehicle. It's hard to find a Honest Mechanic that doesnt overprice.

Recently retired from US Army and damaged my tire on the way home. Contacted Joe, he responded immediately, got me a new tire, replaced it, fixed the old one for use as a spare, and threw in an inspection all within 24 hours. Can't thank West Shore Tires enough and very Veteran friendly.

The guys down at WestShore tires are the best I will never go anywhere else the owner takes the time to explain everything and always gets me in and out.his prices are fair but the service is outstanding. Thanks again Joe.

$32 to put a patch on a tire. I knew I was getting ripped off. I just didn't have the time to go anywhere else. The other side of Staten Island$15. My car will have to be running on the rim for me to go there again. The guys a crook

Just moved to SI and needed an oil change. I knew I had to wait because it's first come first serve. Thankfully Joe had me in and out in record time cause I had my grandson with me.

If you want bad service and a damaged car bring your car here, never have a had a part replaced just to create more problems, they never even fixed my original problem , overpriced and a rip off
