Upon reaching out to Viraaj and Nick on a midday Wednesday, I found myself behind the wheel of my new vehicle by late afternoon the following day. Prior to contacting them, I meticulously researched the truck and determined the price I was willing to pay. Without even disclosing my desired price, Viraaj and Nick promptly responded with an offer that exceeded my expectations. By opting for VIP Auto, I not only saved myself a trip to the dealership but also encountered a service that merits a perfect score of 10/10. Got a brand new 23 Nissan Rogue Midnight Edition and I love it! I was helped by Marisol who was very helpful, kind, professional and patient through the whole process. Got me exactly the car I wanted/needed for my family, plus options and a package that stayed in my price range with a great deal. The car was delivered to me by Ari who was also very professional and nice. They were even able to take my old lease off my hands and pick it up when the new car was dropped off. They made the process quick and easy and will definitely have my business in any future car leases I may have!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Our salesman Max found us the perfect car and worked diligently to get our deal done (literally over the phone). Our car was delivered promptly by Jacob who took the time to show us everything and set everything up, all in like 15 minutes. I would recommend VIP to anyone who wants a no hassle, stress free car buying experience!

Worked with Orkhan on selecting a car. Super easy to deal with and gave me a lot of options with good pricing worked with my schedule to get the car delivered the same day. Noel delivered the car right to my apt, and came with all the paperwork ready- even worked overtime to deliver the car in the evening. Extremely nice and answered all my questions.I have had 5 leases and this is the Easiest, fastest, and most affordable experience I have ever had recommend.

Had the pleasure of working with Orkhan again for the third time and I couldn t be happier. When I couldn t decide on what car I wanted, Orkhan was nothing but patient. He got me exactly the kind of car I needed for my family & within my price range. The car was delivered by Ari who was extremely nice and professional. The transition went through so seamlessly. First time dealing with this company. They deserve a 6th star! Ryan was so professional and easy to work with. He handled everything from beginning till end. I almost couldn't believe what a great deal he got me!Noel delivered my car and was just such a nice guy. Yesterday our car was delivered by Noel. He was very kind and patient. Our transition went very smooth. I am very happy with my car. Scott helped me as always, he is the best. I would never go to anyone else but him. This will be my third car that I got through him!

Leased my second vehicle with VIP and worked with David both times. His follow up and professionalism was top notch. Went through comparable vehicles with me, pros and cons of each, best lease deals and offers, and got me into a Cadillac XT6 with amazing features and the color I wanted. Exceptional experience with VIP auto leasing. With dealerships struggling to meet preferences due to low inventory, VIP leasing came through and got me the exact vehicle that I wanted at a great deal. Their customer service is fantastic. Love VIP leasing. They have Never let me down. Anytime i had issues locating a vehicle i liked, they came through with exactly what i wanted. Nick the salesman is the man, he literally stays in touch through the whole process, gives you options and makes sure that you are happy. I have been dealing with Him for years now. Thank you for getting us into a beautiful truck.Nick C, delivered the car to me in manhattan and that in itself deserves credit! Nick was awesome, he called me and kept me in the loop on his location and how far he was. When he got here, he switched everything over from my return to the new vehicle. This was my third time working with Viraaj and the flawless experience. Thanks for understanding my needs and finding me the right deal. Beautiful car and an amazing price. I got the features & color I wanted as well as a smooth delivery. I spoke to several other leasing companies that couldn t get me my desired options plus they were charging much more. Thank you Dima for blessing me with this deal.P.S.The driver Justin was incredibly professional and made the delivery process seamless. He even returned back with the garage remote I foolishly left in my old car. 5 stars for the VIP auto boys!!!!

Another great experience with VIP! Ryan was incredibly helpful every step of the way-providing me with figures within my budget and answering a ton of questions. Within a week I had the CX 90 in a trim I was hoping to obtain, delivered right to my front door. Eli was helpful in the exchange of my lease and all of the paperwork was super easy to complete. Superb communication by all! I would highly recommend VIP to anyone looking for a seamless lease transaction.

Nicholas delivered the car to my home. He was such a great guy! He explained everything about the car! He had patience and knowledge! Just leased for the second time with David at VIP staten Island, as usually he has gone over and above with his service. I was so happy a few years ago the first time I was recommended to him that I have referred people to him as well since then. ALL JUST AS SATISFIED AS I WAS.VIP makes the transition so easy. David and VIP staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They are very accommodating from the very start all the way until delivery.My car was delivered right to my door from Justin who was also very professional , polite and patient. He went over every detail with me in showing me the car and its features. Thanks to Ari as well for going out of his way to drop off paperwork at my home.Sorry to say but as long as David and his team at VIP are around its the only way I will shop for my cars now. :) Fits right into anyone's busy schedule. I highly recommend them.

Ryan Levy was great to work with and was extremely helpfully in helping me find a good affordable vehicle for my daughter. I highly recommend using VIP Auto and ask for Ryan. Brendan the person who delivered the vehicle was extremely Professional and kept in touch with me as far as when he would arrive with the car. I d give them 6 stars if I could.
