Best shop on the island by far good fair pricing Andrew will go above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied without causing a big dent in your pocket. All the staff there is great they find the issue fix it and get you back on the road. Wouldn t go anywhere else.

Tune it up is the best because they took a job that another Mechanic failed on. They rebuilt and overhauled. My engine other shops, said if somebody else touched it. I don t wanna touch it they took it and my car is running great right now I m road testing it been in it all day .

This is the one mechanic shop that I feel they are honest, for me the prices are great. and I feel when you go there with a problem and they fix it and if the problem comes back, they will always take care of it. no stress to you. this is why they are my number one mechanic shop. The owner is great. He s name is Andrew. The workers are amazing. They always work together as one. I like that teamwork. As far as I seen, there s nothing they can t do from an oil change to replace an engine. I don t want to make this review any longer, but they deserve it. Had my sway bars and brake job done. Very quick turnover time and professional. Price is very good as well. Glad I found this place. Definitely worth the 20 minute drive from the other side of the island. 100% will be back for future modifications to the car.

To Alberto and Andrew the owners you guys are the best and I ll never forget you helping me. I told everyone at my job about you guys, management included. Christmas Eve my check engine light came on car shaking couldn t go above forty mph. Instead of being alarmists and taking advantage. The owners calmly told me what did and did not need to get fixed and gave me a fair price. Not only that they stuck to their word and got enough done within a very short window of time to get me home safely. Then finished it the next day. I was in a tight bind and the owners and head mechanic were insanely nice and really helped me out. For this I highly recommend this shop and would like to personally thank everyone who worked on my car. You really saved the day and my holiday.

Brought in my pick up because of a strange rattling sound near the engine. Andrew (the owner) made sure to provide me with a detailed invoice for what needs to be done and transparent pricing for the parts and labor.Very rare that you find a shop this detail oriented and takes so much pride in their work. Awesome mechanic shop that tackles any problem with cars. I use them for my fleet of work trucks ( oil changes, brakes, wipers, tires and tune ups ) and also my personal vehicles ( inspections, tire rotations, oil changes etc ) ! Customer service is top notch and very accommodating. I never have to wait I just drop off and pick up later. Andrew the owner is my go to guy and always available to text when I m in need of a mechanics services. Went there to get my AC fixed on my old 06 Hyundai Tucson in May 2023. It was just blowing hot air. Job took a bit longer than I expected but I was informed that it was a complicated electrical job. The AC was fixed and I was charged a fair price. It is hard finding a shop that doesn't overcharge you. I'm glad I found an honest car shop. Will be using this shop for my car needs from now on.

This shop is simply amazing. If I ever have an issue with my car they are fast and very reliable. Every time something is wrong with my car it s fixed well taken care of and never any issues after. I ve came here a few times now and I have yet to be disappointed. The staff is very communicative and the work is always done right the first time. Also they don t beat you over the head with their prices. I was introduced to Tune It Up by my friend and I m glad I was because they were amazing and very accommodating. I needed brakes & rotors done along with an oil change and Andrew was awesome and had my car taken care of almost right away. I am very satisfied with the service I received at Tune it up auto.The owner is honest, and transparent, and the prices are fair and the work is done right! I'm so glad I read the reviews and and gave this place a shot.I have been back three times, once for an oil change, then brakes replaced and lastly I had slow leaks in my tires from pot holes, and I had all the tires replaced.I highly recommend this place, Tune It Up Auto is now my go to shop for my truck.Services: Tires, Brakes

No communication with customer very long wait if when they call they don t even leave a message stating your car is ready for pickup they will tell you 2 hours but in reality is 4-6 hours guys just be honest customer and they don t inspect car before they install a part if they install one part the part right next to it gets damaged aha what a coincidence! Would not recommend not honest prices are cheap for a reason hello do not go there no wonder why there windows are shattered they probably did a customer wrongService: General repairs & maintenance
