There is no better place to take your car if you are in need of auto body work. Andrew made the whole process easy and kept us thoroughly informed and updated all along the way. Our car looked brand new off the show room floor once all the repairs were done. I highly recommend TNS Auto Collision. All the staff are friendly and professional. If you are looking for a honest and reputable place TNS is it.

The service I received was incredible. Terry made sure I had a way to commute and even went above and beyond to clean the interior and exterior of my car. I went in after being rear ended, and when I went to pick up my car a few days later, it looked brand new. He took care of the damage I received and made sure the process was as smooth and seamless as possible. If he s reading this, Thank you again for all of your help! Would 10000% recommend TNS auto collision if you need repairs or any car troubles.

So I came her because I Got into a car accident. I came to this place because the Insurance told me to go there however, I am annoyed that they did a terrible job on my car. The paint job that was done to my my back door was done terribly. The gas tank cover looked disgusting in the inside (it s like they were rushing to get the job done). After I got my car I kept hearing this noise in my car that something was rolling I went to open my truck and the truck cover popped out of place and my trunk wouldn t close. The noise continued. I was getting in my car today and the paint under the gas pump was peeling so I took the car back to them so they can fix all that was wrong with the car. They couldn t tell me why the paint job on the door was terrible done first he said it was because they Change the outer part of the door but then he came back and said he replaced the whole door.. he didn t know what he was saying. Told him about the noise in the truck he told me it was a metal screw (why is there a screw in my truck and where does that screw belong?) Once I told him about the paint job he told me that someone hit my car in a little spot and that he can t help me because when I got the car back it was fine. Meanwhile my car was parked in my driveway for a whole week during Christmas break so no other car could have hit my car. Once I told him my car was parked in the driveway he was coming up with different excuses on what happened to my car. I just know I will never go back to this place because they Do a sloppy job and then tell you that someone hit me. Because they Apparently see a dent in the spot that the paint is chipping. And his name was Terry. He didn t wanna help. It s a little spot that doesn t have paint and he couldn t help me after him fixing it. He told me that in 6-7 years no one has every complained about his work but there is a first for everything. I m not the type to write reviews but he really was no help and just kept telling me that he can t help because his Manger said no meanwhile he never spoke to his so called manger.

I normally don t leave reviews, but I felt that I really had to after visiting the shop. Everyone was super nice and helpful. They made sure I knew everything that they were gonna be doing and how long it would take. My car was ready before the time they told me and I even got it detailed it came out looking better than Before the accident I got into I couldn t believe it. I was even a little bit late picking it up Because of traffic and they waited for me without an issue and were so kind.

Vicki gave me a competitive estimate for the damage to driver side fender & headlight & front bumper replacement for my Honda Civic.TNS did a beautiful repair. It looks new . I would definitely use TNS again if I need body work. Thank you!

This is absolutely the best auto-body shop I've had the pleasure to do business with.I live in NJ - and unfortunately had been rear-ended by another driver.After going through all the insurance BS - I originally took my car to another shop that was more local, in New Brunswick.I won't name the shop, but my experience left me feeling uneasy about whether or not they could do the job without totalling my car.Luckily, a friend referred me to TNS in Staten Island (they have another in Brooklyn).From the moment I met Joanna, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease - telling me they would have my car looking like new, and work with the insurance company to pay for all the work.She made all arrangements for my rental car and pickup - and kept me informed each day about what needed to be done, and when it would be done.On top of that, I had additional body damage from an earlier accident - and she gave me a very fair offer to fix that as well while they were doing the work(at my cost of course - not the insurance company's).By the time the work was done, my car looked like the day I bought it!The two mechanics, Jackie and Simon, did phenomenal work!They perfectly matched my paint, and cleaned and detailed my car beautifully.I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience here, and i would HIGHLY recommend this incredible group of professionals.Joanna was unbelievable, and provided absolutely amazing service.I would give 10 stars if I could!

I met with Eddie at TNS based upon a referral from a friend. He was extremely friendly and attentive. He set up an appointment for me to drop my car and when I did his staff were ready and knew exactly what I was there for. They gave me excellent service and were very polite and friendly to boot! They also told me I would have a 5 day turnaround for quite a bit of work and I was skeptical, but they were right on time and when I picked my car up it looked like new. In this day and age, with so many choices, finding a place where they treat you well and do flawless work is rare, but not with TNS. They are a shining star in the auto body industry. I highly recommend them if you have the unfortunate need to have body work done to your car.

This was my first time using TNS Auto and it was a great experience. I received excellent customer upon my arrival. They were very transparent with all info and the turn around time to have my car serviced and fixed was awesome. I highly recommend!

On May 13th our Nissan Rouge sport SUV got into a fender bender on the east bound Brooklyn Queens Expressway when a young lady tried to use the lane I was using while I was using it.Both vehicles suffered damage as a result I had some dent and transfer to my vehicle on the rear passenger door and quarter panel.Gieco handled the no-fault claim for me and requested I use TNS auto collision. I agreed because they where close by incase there was a problem with the rental car, it was convenient for us.When Gieco informed me of the location, I was very apprehensive about the service I'd recieve, due to the fact I had seen the collision group that operated out of that location in the past. Not pretty.The old group had a messy yard with broken down vehicles that seemed abandon, broken fencing, filthy vehicle bays and didnt look like it was doing good business.When I arrived to drop my vehicle off, I was surprised to see a repaired fence, new signage above the garage and a very professional guy waiting with a clipboard to check me in. Jason was very professional, very clean cut guy, took all my details, insurance, checked me in with the rental group, and seated me in a very clean waiting area, clean like at a major dealership, airconditioned, cable TV, food service area for customers, bathroom, new furniture, I was thrilled about the service we'd recieve.The vehicle bays where clean, well organized, the service staff was professionally dressed, and busy working, I was very happy, very comfortable our vehicle was going to be well taken care of.If you look at the damage my before and after photo's, you will see that our vehicle looks like nothing happened to it after the service.Not only did they repair all the damage, I got my car back like 2 whole days earlier than they had originally predicted, and the service mechanic detailed our vehicle, which was filthy inside, they vacuumed and cleaned the outside of the vehicle.I even got a free air freshener. lolF'n Wow!Jason, if your reading this, 'your the man'! Working with TNS was nothing short of perfect. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, and professional. I took my truck in to repair some scrapes on my truck, but after returning my car to me, you would have thought that it was coming right off of a lot at the dealership. The detailing work was nothing short of excellent, both interior and exterior. I feel that aside from the excellent repair on the exterior, my car, where I had the scrape, I would have paid almost the same to just get my car detailed. I plan on using TNS for years to come. Thanks guys!

As usual TNS does an amazing job repairing my vehicle. The customer service is always professional as they inform you of every step and everything that needs to get fix. The repair is done before time and the vehicle looks and works as new.

A big thank you to Sherwin and the TNS team helping me repair my honda CRV. I had a ridiculously bad experience at a previous auto body shop in queens (Wayaide) so I was super skeptical about finding a new one when my issue arose. I moved to staten Island in hopes to find 2 things, a good auto body shop and a good barber. So for now I'm still looking for a good barber because the team at TNS not only took great care of my car but they were able to get my car repaired in a very short time! I will be taking my car back to this shop since they know what they are doing and will help you the right way!

Front corner of my Nissan Altima was cracked when hitting a rock. Instead of replacing the bumper, Jimmy suggested they repair it to keep costs down. They finished it in 24hrs and it looks brand new. They applied 3 coats of paint, touched up the entire bumper and shined the car. A very positive experience! Highly recommended! I forgot to take before photo, but circled where the hole was.

Highest marks to TNS Auto Collision for customer service and quality work! My Honda Pilot rear bumper was "tapped" while driving to Bklyn over the Verrazano. Jimmy was courteous and professional, while providing a fair quote. He made the repair and even suggested I order a cheap bumper attachment to serve as a deterrent, which I brought back to the shop and he installed personally for free! There's no avoiding minor incidents while driving in NYC, but it's good to know there's a reputable place on Staten Island I can go to. Thanks again guys!

Had pretty extensive body work and painting done after an unfortunate slow motion accident. The entire driver's side needed work, including a new door. The folks in the office were informative and easy to deal with, work was done exactly on time and the driver's side now looks better than the untouched passenger side. Car was spotless inside and out. Couldn't recommend them more.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
