Straightline is top notch. Blair was a pure pleasure to work with. He was very personable, attentive and kept me up to date on the repairs as they progressed. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They made a stressful situation, when I was rear ended, very pleasant and stress free. They not only repaired my car as good as new but also dealt with the insurance company directly and helped me get a rental car as they did the repairs. I highly recommend them for all your repairs. Thanks again Blair and team.

Let me tell you how pissed off I am with the douche bag hitting my car. He's a prick and I hope he reads this. But, on a good note...Blair is very professional and talked me through the whole process. My rav4 looks brand spankin' new! I love it. I thank Blair and his crew for working hard on my vehicle.

I was in a fender bender, not much damage to my car, but was able to put in a claim through my insurance. Straightline Collision was easy to work with. They kept me updated for everything through text message. There was a day that I haven t heard from them in a week so I called. They were polite and help me quickly. Stephen was the main person I talked to about my car and he apologized for the long wait but was going to call me that day about my car.They had fixed the front of my car but the part they ordered was a generic brand and he didn t like the way it looked so I got a hold of my insurance to ask if they can pay for the name brand part. Which took another week but I got my car today and it looks amazing. I am very happy and will be going to them for any car problems in the future.

I absolutely love the work Steve and his crew did! My car looks as good as new! I had body work done they even cleaned the car and helped me with my pedal covers! Absolutely everyone was super accommodating, friendly and kept me up to date with all work being preformed. Dana handled all the paperwork and rental work as well. I didn t have to worry about one thing! Felt very homey and trust worthy. I can t thank them enough!

After having someone back up into my car and hit it, I was recommended this shop and I m so glad I went here. They fixed my car up, looks like new!! Steve kept me informed at all times and answered any questions I had and constantly would update me and send me pictures of my car while it was in the shop being fixed . I m so thankful I found this place ! Excellent service. Thank you Steve for making this process stress free!

I asked Straightline for a full detail on my aged 2012 Ram truck. After being 12 years old, the paint had lost its luster. I followed their recommendations on how they would bring this truck back to life. My intentions were to freshen up the truck, then sell it. The results are astonishing, and I may forget about selling it and wind up holding onto it. Awesome experience for me.

I do not recommend getting into a car accident, but if it happens, I 1000000% recommend Straightline. From the moment I walked in for my estimate, the customer service was top notch to say the least. From the awesome ladies up front, to the guys explaining what had to be done, they were awesome. They texted me updates along the way, and my car was ready almost a week before they said it would. This is literally the complete opposite of every other body shop experience I have ever had. They handled every detail before I even asked, and my car came back brand new (and washed!) Thanks guys for making this an easy, seamless and impressive experience.

Steve and his team at Straightline Collision are some of the most professional people I ve met in the business. From the moment you walk into the shop they make you feel like family and actually listen to what you have to say. They were reasonable with their price and did incredible work. Steve was super informative and kept me up to date with text messages and pictures of my car throughout the entire process. Super quick turnover and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I unfortunately had knocked my passenger side mirror off and chose straightline to fix it. I was extremely pleased with my decision to do so as the desk staff was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. My mirror was ordered and installed in a timely fashion, and to my surprise was more affordable than I thought it would be. They told me it would only take 20 to 30 minutes to install and it was no longer than 30 minutes from start to finish! My experience was a very easy and pleasant one.

I had body work done at Straightline in October 2023 and at the time gave a rave review, which is why my experience today is such a disappointment. The molding between both front doors and windshield was coming off. I was concerned that it would cause damage by letting water in. I brought it to Straightline and was assured that it was cosmetic only and the pieces were held into place by double stick tape. I was told that each piece was $140 and I wouldn't be charged labor. I was told that to do the job right, I should replace both sides. Parts were ordered and today I brought the car in for the repair (which took about 10 minutes). I asked for a receipt and was expecting to see a part number listed but there is none. I paid $300 total. I came home and told my neighbor what I paid and was literally laughed at. He googled it on Amazon (Exterior Molding Pair Windshield Pillar Trim) and I could have bought the pieces for $45.50 (total for both sides - they are sold as a pair, which is probably why I was told to replace both) and installed myself.Shame on me for blindly believing what I was told and not doing my own research. But also shame on the shop for duping me (perhaps because I am a woman?). I will never go to Straightline again and will make sure to share my experience. I am so totally disappointed, besides extremely upset that I am out so much money.

Best bodyshop. Won't let anyone else touch my car. They do great work and stand by their work.Even after moving out of state, I still travel to them for any bodywork/cosmetic repairs.

Even though the reason I've had to use Straightline Collision were very unfortunate (due to accident's) I'm very fortunate to have had the chance to work with this shop. From the girls at the desk to the guys who fixed my car were are all so friendly & courteous. They take care of everything down to a rent a car waiting there for you. Great experience! Highly recommend using Straightline Collision!!

The whole process was simple. The rental car representative was onsite when i dropped off the truck.Everybody was super friendly and they had all my information already. I was told 2 weeks and it was ready in 10 days. Upon picking up my truck I left my rental with them and it was a very convenient process. Very happy with the whole process and the repair work . Highly recommend.

I took my 2012 Mini Cooper to straight line on 1/24. My drivers side door would not open from inside or outside.They looked at it right away, I thought I needed a new door handle which is quite expensive. Didn't need a door handle, however they fixed it!Something about a rod and U thing. They were so nice, did a great job! Thanks to Steve and his team, girl up front think her name is Dana? Excellent service. One stop shopping for Geico estimate, a rental and a fair price for the repair. Repairs were done quickly and every person that I worked with was kind and responsive. If you unfortunately have to go through an accident or repair, this is the place that will cause the least amount of stress. Highly recommend!

Vehicle was estimated to take a little over a month to complete and get the parts. It only had 4700 miles but 18K worth of damage. Straight Line got it done ahead of schedule. Blair kept me informed of the progress by sending pictures to my cell. Vehicle looks great, like it never was damaged. Thanks for taking care of my vehicle and being accommodating

The facility is modern, well organized, and well managed, the repair crew are experts at their craft, the office staff are cordial, and accommodating, Blair; the manager that handled my claim, was reassuring, although it was just a minor claim! He was professional and knowledgeable, he had the office staff make all the necessary arrangements with the insurance company! Blair had my car back in under a week, no muss, no fuss! If I ever need body work again, I ll be returning to Straightline Collision!

I brought my truck in recently for repair to the rear bumper and tailgate. Steve was great, and the work performed was perfect. It is a new truck and you cannot tell that there was any damage at all. The alignment of the tailgate is better than factory. I have been using Straightline when needed (thankful not often!) and I have never been disappointed with their work. In the odd instance I had an issue, it was dealt with by the staff quickly and without any stress.

Amazing Service! I brought my car here after being rear-ended and they alleviated so much of the frustration that comes with a car collision . The repair was completed in half the estimated time with consistent communication via text. When I came to pick the car up, it looked just as it had when I bought it. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs an auto repair shop.

We had a little scrape with our foreign car. Nobody was involved but us. Straight line made it look like new. They were extremely courteous in the office and helped us obtain a rental which was covered by our insurance. I kept getting texts along with pictures of each step of the repair which made me very happy. Straight line is the place to go. I wouldn t use any other repair shop.

I wish to give an excellent rating to straightline collision, however I could not based on my experience. They did a pretty good job on fixing the damage happened on left side of my car's bumper. However, there was a blemish on the right corner of bumper piece which could have happened during installation. I went back and it looks less noticeable after touch up but not perfect. They did offer to fix it if I leave the car again for another day. Overall the repair was quick and well organized. I would expect straightline collision to improve their quality assurance process before handing over car to customer.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Dana. The price was more than reasonable and the workmanship far exceeded my expectations. My 7 year old car was sideswiped, mirror gone, crushed in door. It was in bad shape. They made it look brand new!! It looks better than it did before it was hit.I will recommend Straightline Collision to all of my friends.

Having an accident is very upsetting. Blair and Dana were calming and reassuring. They took care of paperwork and my car. Using their services made all the difference. I absolutely cannot recommend Straightline Collision and Auto Body Repair enough- if it were possible to give 5+++ stars i would!!!! I dealt with Steve, Dana, and Krissy, who were each extremely professional, friendly, and kind, Straightline was recommended to me by a friend, who also had an extremely positive experience there! Steve actually texted photos of my car to me, during the repair process. I brought my car in on a Tuesday, and it was ready on Friday!!! My car was repaired perfectly, and looks gorgeous!! From the beginning to the end of the process, I received the most excellent customer service possible! The store is absolutely beautiful with many comfy seats, a lovely coffee set-up for customers, and an immaculate restroom. It is also very easy to park in a special lot right in front of the store. I truly cannot say enough good things about Straightline Collision and Auto Body Repair. Thank you so much Steve, Dana, and Krissy, and of course, to the mechanics who repaired my car!!!Service: Auto body & trim repair
