I highly recommend you use Premier Auto Body for your car repairs. Tony Soto is a very honest and caring individual who makes you happy that you chose the right repair shop.He immediately calls your insurance company and acts on your behalf . He explained the repair process clearly to me which is very comforting and reassuring.This process was smooth. I didn't know I had so many rights.His staff is very friendly and professional too! They were able to get my car in and out in a couple of days. But most importantly my car looked like it never got hit. I was totally Satisfied with the work.

Great staff and body work. The owner and his wife are amazing. This shop let me know that that there are still good business out there that take time to connect with clients. Great experience and they have my business for life. So if you need body work, stop by and enjoy the experience. Thank you guys for everything

I don t often leave reviews but the work & service I received from this place was outstanding. Had my first accident & they got my car looking newer than when I bought it. Not even a year later, my car was stolen and recovered after 2 weeks with severe damages inside & out. I was at a loss and had the car towed to them. I didn t know a thing about dealing with the process, insurance, etc, but they filled me on and took care of so much of it for me. I would have miss out anywhere else because you re expected to just know these things. There were options I didn t know I had. The owners seem like genuine people who want to help. My experience with Premier auto collision is outstanding, he did a great job on my 1964 Ford Ranchero, I would ve taken it to anyone else but Premier auto collision . The candy color he used on my car is truly Poppin and brings home a lot of trophies. Absolute best place to have your vehicle worked on. They went above and beyond to get the parts needed and Tony did a fantastic job. It s as if the collision never happened. Got my car fixed from Tony last week. I recommend 100% to bring your cars in here. Not only do they beat the competition with prices and the amazing work but they also treat you like family. I will definitely go back for any fixes i need in the future. Thank you guys!

After an unfortunate fender bender, a neighbor recommended Premier Auto Collision to get the repairs done. I was wary, having had some not so positive experiences with other places, but from the very beginning Tony and Ro took care of every detail from repairs to report for insurance, in a professional AND friendly way. But they also did a wonderful and detailed repair job, and went beyond the essential and were able to fix a few additional annoyingly pesky issues in the car at a very reasonable price. Even in the midst of the current circumstances and staff absences, I felt taken care of and that my car's issues were their highest concern. Definitely recommending them.

Upon recommendation I came to Premier Auto when my daughter got into an accident with her new car. Ro and Tony made us feel at ease. So personable and helpful. I told my daughter she was lucky she had great people to get her through her first (and hopefully last) experience getting into accident. I highly recommend this shop!!!

My feedback is based on the characteristics of the owners. I have had the privilege of knowing the owners Tony and Roya for over 20 years. They have grown into their passion for auto services since I ve known them. Tony is an artisan with his work, he takes pride in providing quality and overall professionalism. Roya has always been supportive, encouraging, adaptable and relatable in supporting their family and business. It is not easy what this duo does, but they are resilient and make it happen!Premier Auto Collision is located at 285 Maple Parkway Staten Island, NY 10303 and they are always working hard to gain your business and trust. If you want quality and transparency try them out for your mechanical needs.PS Tony is excellent with color matching his facebook shows what he is capable of!

Man I love my boy for they way he conducts his business. He s a great man and a wonderful Body Technician. My car looked was hit hard and looked really bad. He took that and made it into a perfect show car again. I love him and he will always get my business. Along with some friends I m going to refer Great job Tony!!!

Good people, work with you on pricing, good paint job and great customer service, definitely bring my truck there again for any body work or custom work. Also would definitely recommend to friends and family without having to worry about any let downs.

I got into a fender bender and brought my car to Soto premier. From the minute I walked into the place, I felt very comfortable and at ease. Ro and Tony Soto are the type of people you want on your team. Ro singlehandedly did all the paperwork and helped me put in my claim and got me into a rental before leaving the shop. She updated me daily on the repair status of my car. My car looked like it was never hit at all when I picked it up. This shop should be called Soto magic premier. Hats off to Ro for her work ethics. Thank you guys for giving me my baby back spanking new.

They didn t do a bad job on my car but when I went inside afterwards my leather / interior had white spots all over it . Luckily it came off when I cleaned it . It was As if one of the workers with dirty hands / pants sat in it during the job and they did not clean it afterwards .Service: PaintingService: Painting
