Dom and Ray are great guys - I had ordered from Tire Rack, and though they're not listed as an installer on the Tire Rack website, it didn't matter to me. It was a 20 minute wait to get 4 tires w/ TPMS unmounted, mounted, balanced, and out the door - very fast and clean!Update 2024-01-20: Met Sal today for the same thing as my review above from Feb '23 for a different vehicle, just as fast and kind to me as Dom and Ray were during my last visit here. I still highly recommend them.

Just went and had 4 Tires mounted nice clean shop! Owner Dominic real nice guy along with his staff! Definitely will be doing Business with him when needed. Highly recommend if you need anything done with the wheels!

Avoid going here. Went first time to get my tire patched ,this young guy didint even use the soap water to check air leak. And I went back home. The next day I got a flat tire went back again and get another guy help me and found out there s another leak and replaced it with a used tire. Drove for few minutes and the tmps light on but I didint bother to go back and decide to ignored it. After few days I went to another tire shop and they check my used tire and told me it doesn t match thars why the light is on.end up getting a new tire. Waste money here and time .

I don't usually give a lot of reviews because I'm too lazy to take the time but I have to give one for this. Amazingly friendly as soon as I walked in And very helpful. I had to fix 2 of my rims. Instead of driving on a donut they lent me 2 Cadillac tires so I was able to go farther than I could on a donut. I would definitely recommend this place they are very nice affordable and they get the job done right and quick

I needed 4 new tires on my BMW. I received a quote over the phone that was competitive with the largest online tire outlet. They had my tires ready for me the next day for installation. The location was conveniently located on Hylan Blvd on Staten Island. The environment was clean, with tables to wait and watch my car being worked on. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I was offered a beverage by one of the staff members Alyssa, who went out of her way to be helpful. The service technician was extremely knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently. An overall excellent experience and I will recommend SI Tires & Rims and return for any future tire needs.

They do a good job, very friendly. Im a regular here as my 275/35/R20 tires really aren't great for these roads, they take care of me every time. Highly recommended. My car and rims always come back spotless.

My wife went there for a tire and the people were very warm and helpful. They did not take advantage and try to sell her things she didn t need They have a new customer for life. Thanks very much

Amazing customer service, VERY welcoming. My car was serviced with zero waiting time. These guys work fast and are professional! Had four new tires mounted, balanced, installed and old stock tires loaded in the trunk in 20 mins flat. I really couldn t be happier with the service I received! Great way to bring my car into the new year!

First time i was there they stole my old rim and tire after putting on new rims i had. Said they couldn't find it.The second time i had a nail in a brand new tire, they actually took the tire off the rim and grinded out the whole inside of the tire out down to the metal, then told me the tire was no good and showed me all the grindings saying that was there, i put the new wheels on myself a month before and it's impossible for anything like that to happen.. They charged me 100 for an old used tire as they were smirking. I'll never go back and calling the better business bureau now. Thieves.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND... I went to several tire/rim shops on Hylan Blvd and feel very lucky to have found these guys. I needed to repair my rims and everyone else needed several days, but not them. They restored 2 deeply scratched rims on a Saturday, under 3 hours and charged me less than half of every other quote I had received. They were also VERY nice and courteous to deal with. Ray (mechanic) did an unbelievable job and Neil (manager) made it possible on a very busy day and with no appointment... many thanks!

I bought 4 tires from them 3 months ago and I just went to get my car inspected and it s not passing inspection because 3 out of 4 of them are dry rotted. I called to see if I can exchange or get my money back and they told me there is nothing they can do because it was three months ago and I should have checked the tires before they put them on my car (which I tried to do but the dude told me it was the only tires they had in that size). Like what? I m not the tire expert here and I m pretty sure it s illegal to sell someone unsafe tires. They should be checking before selling them to customers and clearly they aren t. After that he proceeded to tell me that the guy that was doing my inspection was lying to me to try and rip me off (when he literally pointed out the dry rot). They put blame on everyone but themselves.The manager or owner or whoever I was talking to was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Now I m out $300 and stuck with crusty tires that won t pass inspection. Don t get tires from here unless you want to be ripped off.

My Tesla model Y had a nail in one of the tire. Went to Firestone and they have a 2 hour wait. Went to SI Tires & Rims and they took care of it immediately. After 15 mins I am out the door. I do appreciate how they are very careful when jacking up the car.

The place is incredible. Noticed a screw in my tire. Went in minutes before the shop was scheduled to close. Repaired my tire in minutes. Couldn t be more pleased. The shop staff is very punctual and concise.

Waited so long just to get a screw taken out of tire, saw 1 guy working with a car and 2 others just working register and almost $30 for a patch job. If on a hurry like if late to work do not go here. As for the price, I have been to different places where it would be a third or half the price. If it was not for the fact my tire was severly low I would have kept driving past this place.

The friendly and great service provided by the staff had my vehicle taken care of immediately as well as running much better than it previously did. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for repairs and assistance on their vehicle. Prices for repair are also very reasonable and are taken care of much quicker than any other place I have been to!

Tire exploded 5 minutes from this location and it was the only location that carried the size tire I needed. They replaced it in 10 minutes and I was on my way. Solid people and prices too.

Be careful if you need to fix a tire they say it's wheel balancing but they don't really do it. I told him about it but he started to be rude.

I highly recommend this place for any used or new tires, they made my experience quick and easy. I came in asking for used tires and that s what I got Joe didn t try to sell me new tires like some other shops would. Thank you again guys.

Second time i came i to this shop.. Hispanic guy with NASTY attitude .. $20 to take each tire off rim. Scratch and destroyed my rim (second time this happened) on my m3 competition. They really dont care what happens to your rims. Never again

I went to this place to get a flat tire fixed my custom size tire is a couple of months old when they take it off they notice some rubber shaving on the inside and tell me my tire is no good I need a new tire which I absolutely know is not true so I told the guy just fix the flat and put it back on he refuse to do it because I wouldn't buy a new tire from him I want to Tire Empire and the guy said that was absurd the tire is fine this place is a joke and by the way the guy had a bad attitude even be oval white gentleman had an attitude I told the guy it went flat in front of my house and I took the tire right off and never drove it he's telling me I'm a lying and I drove it on a flat tire

Broke my wheel lock key right in front of me, and then tried to deny it was them. Said it was already broken .. Said they would take my wheel off only if I bought tires.
