Richmond Auto Glass gave us an excellent service when we went to change the front glass of the SUV which seemed to have been hit with a rock and cracked it. The owner assisted and he was very professional and friendly. He didn't waste his time and got to the job right away. We stayed comfortably in the waiting room. It was easy to schedule the appointment and make payment.

I had a water leak in my car (front and back rugs were soaked) I needed to find a glass place because I thought my passenger side window needed replacement. I left a message off hours for someone to contact me. I received a call immediately and was able to bring my car in. Craig assessed the problem and assured me that my window didn t need to be replaced. After inspecting the car, Craig and his employees cleaned out all the debris from the sun roof and door drains, checked and cleaned windshield seals, removed glue from old tinted windows, checked and cleaned all entry points where water can enter the car. I couldn t believe the work and time they put in to make sure everything worked properly. Craig was up front with me from the beginning. There were no surprise fees. His price was very reasonable and ensured me that if I had any problems just bring the car back. I am extremely happy with his service. I highly recommend Richmond Auto Glass. You wouldn t be disappointed. Thank you Craig.

All I needed was my windshield resealed and I spoke to Craig who said they would be very careful and try not to break it. Got a call from him the next day lo and behold they broke it when I asked Craig how did happen he said they must not have been careful. Which means he didn t take care to oversee his team and I have to pay for it. Not that I was expecting any kind of special treatment but I certainly didn t get it anyway picked up the car today had an aftermarket fuyao windshield installed, and they broke the clips for the molding that seals the windshield to the car when I asked what they could do about it they said we could put some polyurethane in there instead of saying we ll get the clips and replace it like a quality shop would ve done. Not to mention I discovered my battery cover was loose in the engine compartment. I would not recommend this place to anyone that cares about quality or service.

I can t believe how helpful they were at such last minute notice. I got into a bad crash and my back door was slammed in and no back window. Within an hour of being there they were able to bang the dent out and open the door and replace the glass window to where it rolls up and down as well. I am truly impressed and all together completely satisfied. And the price was really reasonable especially the damage I had to my car. I 100% recommend this place to everyone. For I was recommended by my mom and they haven t let me down. I came here once before for a new windshield and they were so professional and helpful!

Really a pleasure to deal with. Had the windscreen of a 2019 Outback with EyeSight replaced. They were happy to use my insurance and were able to program all the driver aids etc. Perfect.

I had the BEST experience with Richmond Auto Glass! My car was vandalized and one of my windows needed to be completely replaced. I called around and Richmond Auto Glass had the most reasonable pricing and best reviews.. Well, now I know why!Also, Tony is super professional and friendly. My window was ordered and installed all within about 24 hours. I will definitely be recommending this place to ANYONE who needs any type of glass work done on their car. Awesome place I called spoke to Tony, he told me come 9am the next morning. I had a chip that was spider webbing. He quoted me $65 and about 40 minutes. It was $65 and 40 minutes. Looks much much better. People are really nice, fast service, inexpensive.Service: Window repairService: Window repair

Had a cracked windshield on my semi, called them they placed an order and came by to make sure it was the right fit. After that i told them where it will be parked(not too far from their shop maybe 4-5miles) and they came by early and replaced it. Great people and communication since i wasn t there while they replaced it. Thank you

UPDATE: The number they had on file WAS correct. They never called me back and someone tried after I posted the review. No thank you.I had messaged them and requested a quote for my truck, they did have the best price BUT the associate I was chatting with said they had "ordered" my windshield and that it would get to them by the day of my appointment, which they said they were going to call me that day to confirm they had my windshield and what time I could come in for that day. Well it's been well over my "appointment" day and no one ever called to confirm, to let me know if they had it, ask me to come in or nothing. So we are back to researching other places.

It's really always a pleasure dealing with these guys. I've had probably 4 windshields replaced over the last six years or so. Today I had them replace a passenger window and the power regulator that broke. Their customer service is really good and I'm confident in their work. I think their prices are reasonable and they're honest.

Excellent service, I got my wind shield replaced on my Express 3500 a couple of weeks ago and there are no leaks. He even took the time and get rid of the rust around it too. I took it to him in the morning and was ready for pick up that same day. Also very helpful over the phone. I would recommend to anyone who needs it

LOOK NO FURTHER! This place is fantastic! Had something hit my windshield while i was driving and it completely shattered it. I called several places and wasn't satisfied with the prices. Was about to go to Safelite, but all their google reviews were horrible. As a last ditch effort I just emailed Richmond Auto Glass on a Saturday evening for a quote and Craig responded within minutes. He gave the lowest quote out of all the other companies (even Safelite) and said he can replace the windshield on Monday morning. We set up the appointment and dropped off my car Monday morning. After a couple of hours I got a call from the tech saying that my car was ready for me to pick up. When i got there I inspected the windshield and all look perfect and the I paid the exact price I was quoted. I waited 6 weeks to leave a review because I wanted to make sure that all was well with the windshield and that no leaks had formed. I really applaud this place for not taking advantage of people when they most vulnerable. Everyone that worked there was kind and friendly. They will have my business should I ever need another windshield!

My daughters 2008 infinity g35 was leaking water from what I thought was the door rubber n seals. Read some really good reviews on this place and decided to place the call. Once I spoke to the guy on the phone right away I knew I called the right place. He was very knowledgeable about the Situation and knew right away what the issue was. Brought it in to him. He told me it s the sun roof Chanels that were clogged up n even demonstrated it so I can see what the issue was. Said to bring it in the next day early Bc he was all booked up n I called prior to closing time. It was about to rain and he was nice enough to tape it so it won t leak. Next day he fixed the issue within couple hours. I highly recommend this place for all your window needs. Give them a call and you ll send everybody you know there as well. When my car window was smashed by someone I was frustrated and mad. But calling Richmond glass made the whole process of replacing the glass a breeze. The phone was picked up at the first ring. Toni was a delight to work with. He gave his cell phone number to send the picture of the window and within 10 min I got a quote which was the best price from anywhere. The next day morning his staff came to the house and installed the glass exactly at the promised time. I was kept in the loop at all times with perfect communication at all times. When I later realized that the insurance will pay for the glass Toni was more than accommodating in helping me getting a refund from the insurance.Here is a small business that deserves all the accolades that they are getting. Use them and you will not be disappointed.

Wow, all I can say is these guys are very very nice and go out of your way to help you. I live in Texas and they had some vintage glass for sale on eBay, so I decided to call to see if they had the right glass for me. While they did not, they looked long and hard to find someone that did. You just don't see that kind of service these days, so there's no doubt I'd recommend Richmond to anyone.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Got my window broken in this morning. Called Richmond Auto glass and they were able to have me come in the same day. At first I was going to have to leave my car and pick it up tomorrow, but they were able to find a replacement for me the same day. I got my window fixed within 3-4 hours of me coming in. It was a fast and easy process and I am nothing but happy with my service. Thank you!

Called ahead and spoke with Tony for an estimate on fixing some loose trim. He suggested I come right in and he saw me right away. Fixed the annoying trim in less than 30 minutes for a good price. Really nice guy and great service.

Small business, family owned! Very Reasonable pricing and the window was replaced within an hour, and people were very nice. And you are supporting a family business.
