I had been having trouble with the hybrid system on my Sonata, loosing power while on the road, for a couple of years. The last time it happened I took the car to Rafi's Auto Repair. He pulled up the diagnostics, there were a lot of problems. He then suggested I go to Hyundai as many of these issues might have been covered under warranty. They were! Rafi saved me over $1,000, when he could have done the work himself and billed me. Honest and kind! I recently went in for an oil change and Alex, a mechanic, came to the front desk to tell me he had also checked my tires, and everything was good. Kind and thorough! I recommend Rafi's to everyone I know. They are a business you can trust!

Where was I when I was looking for such a hard worker, honest, most humble, man that tells you how it is. I am EXTREMELY picky who works on my BABY. (Ford Expo XLT 2010) . She got a boo boo and now my BABY drives better than the new Expo. I m very happy I found him. I would give 10 but Google only allows 5. I highly recommend Rafi s. And his wife a such a charm. May God continue to bless you. Thank you so much. I appreciate you greatly.

My only regret is that when I bought my car from island auto is that I couldn't use Rafi's for my warranty repairs. They are honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I've been a customer for a long while, none better

Great place. Raffi was quick, professional. They gave me the price upfront, no gimmicks or tricks. He looked into some other things, made suggestions, didn t push anything on me. Will be back for oil changes and inspections for sure!

Excellent place to bring your car! Rafi is amazing and honest. They don't try to rip you off, they treat you like family. They give you the best deal possible. In all the years I've had car trouble I never met such a wonderful mechanic. He will never turn you away and he works past closing to make sure all the work is done and everyone is happy. This guy puts his heart and soul into this business and it shows. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

When I got to Rafi's for my appointment, all the parts for the work I needed done were waiting on the side, ready to go. After my appointment Rafi took the time to check my car's computer system to make sure there were no error messages/warnings. The work (tune up, coolant flush, tire rotation, etc) was done in about 3 hours and at a great price. Such friendly and capable people - it feel great to have an auto repair shop I trust!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Air conditioning

Fast, quick, spot for inspections. They are also very honest and won't take advantage of you. My friend had work done on his car here as well and was given a fair price. Before touching your car, they will show you what they will repair/replace (if needed) and show you what potentially could have caused said issue and even give you tips on preventative maintenance for other common car issues. I definitely will be coming back if I come across any issues on my car or my wife's.

They took us in in a storm on short notice with all our pets to try and fix our brakes. I got nervous about the price they were quoting me because it shouldn't have been broken so soon, but got it confirmed later. Ended up limping the car to our destination to get it fixed near there, but would recommend them as honest and very friendly.

Took my car in for a inspection. Told me all that was needed to do to pass. Didn't try and sell me any unnecessary services. Whatever, they said I needed was what I needed. I appreciate their honesty and courtesy.Will be going back for sure.

They are either crooks or extremely incompetent. Either way you will waist your time and money. I lost my time, money and car!!! Terrible!
