Needed new tires for my Buick which was an odd size. Premier had wanted I wanted in stock and at a fair price. Got a great deal on new tires and wheel alignment. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had A flat and needed new tires on my Genesis G70, Premier got me in and out in 30 mins, Excellent Top Notch service. Always helped me when i needed it even last second. Great staff, they check up with you every couple of months to make sure everything is okay. Thank you Meagan and thank you Premier.

This is one of the few honest garages. They always try their best to work for you. I've known the owner for over 20 years, and he's a very nice guy and reasonable man. Throughout the time I've been going from shop to shop and aways end up at this shop because of the prices and the way they treat their customers. I have recommended this shop to a lot of people, and they were very happy with the outcome, and I will keep recommending this shop to others.

If there was a 0 star I would that put that in. Dumb head mechanic dad try to rob me blind espressting when I had a classical membership Can you try the charge of me $60 for a the electronic diagnostic? Check. Call muffler that was bad also they. Wanna also charge me. Over? $500 more for a sweetheart link that was loose. I went somewhere else for just a muffler check which they try to charge me for a diagnostic check. Save me Millie $200. I will not recommend to go to this place. They are gonna try you rob you blind with the labor and the taxes and the parts which they refuse To let me buy the pots on my own which they were cheaper. Will you try to charge me a $100 a piece for the links? I want not go there.

Don't try to do car inspection there. Once your car fails, you will have to have them fix it or they will make pay for the inspection and they will formulate a long report as a reason for failure. That report goes to DMV and no other shop will be able to clear your car until after the items are fixed and a photo of everything item listed as a reason for the failure is taken. This store is a dishonest store!

That was the first time I used Premier Auto . The service was pretty good . I got there around their lunch time From 1pm to 2pm so I had a little wait . I will not go on their Lunch Time . Better than a 4 hr. Wait at Pep Boys and on top of a 4hr. Wait you have to drop your car off that was something I was not going to do . So I went to Premier for my oil change and I plan on going back to Premier for my inspection next week . What Happened to Pep Boys Service ?

Ken & Jonathan (father and son at Premier Auto on Forest Avenue in Staten Island) definitely earned my 5 star rating,1. for exceptional customer service (even after business hours !) and 2. for very professional work. My new, 2022 lease needed complex mechanical repairs and body work and they did a really great job on both counts !

Every time I enter, Jonathan goes out of his way to help me. Whether it is an oil change or a brake job they treat me with respect and professionalism. I have been a returning customer for 5 years now and highly recommend them.

Real Scam! I brought my car in because it was having a vibration problem from one of the tires on the highway. He told me he would check it out and give me a call back with the diagnosis. He called me and told me all my brakes needed replacing and he only changes the brake pads with new rotors. He does not just change the brake pads. He also said my control arms, all shocks, and all tires needed changing. He ran the bill up to $2,700. When I told him that I changed most of the things he mentioned within the last year. He then told me If you do not want anything done, I will have to pay him $250. I asked him for what? all I wanted you to do is just check a tire. He said I charge 125 and hour and it took us 2 hours to check everything. What a scam. He did nothing. All I asked him to do was to check the tires. He got really rude when I asked for the car back. He said he will bring the car off the lift after I pay him (for nothing). I then went to A&J's tires, they looked at the tires and replace only one with a screw in it ($65). No more vibrations and the car runs just fine

I have been going to Premier Auto Center for years now and I will tell you they are the most honest bunch of people I know. They are there to help and not rip you off. I recommend them to all my family and friends. 5 stars is not enough for me to give this business so I m adding another 5.

I went several times to Premier Auto Center to fix my Car and I really like the way they work.I never have to leave my Car for another day. They will call me in couple hours to come and pick it up.The manager, the staff are amazing!I really recommend them.

Was quoted the wrong price for tires upon getting there. Was told that I could get 4 brand new tires for $50 a piece. I approched Jonathan when I arrived there,when I told him what I was quoted per tired,he just looked at me like I was crazy and told me the best he can do was $100 per tire plus installation cost.I was at his mercy because upon arriving there I got a blowout. The installation cost seemed a little high. Cost nearly $600 for tires. There was a few other tires center around there but to to the blowout I was kinda shuck up.I am a senior citizen and not in good health. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We were searching for a good price & service and when we called Ken was very helpful and friendly he offered the best deal possible with great tires an oil change. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. We are just glad to be given such awesome service in Staten Island. I highly recommended this place.

This was by far the best experience I have had at an auto center in Staten Island, or anywhere. Kenny was very helpful, knowledgable, friendly and HONEST. The prices were cheaper than anywhere I have been and I had done my research before going. They said the car would be ready in a half hour and it actually was. I am a very happy customer and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Worst experience. Simple wheel alignment. Not so simple. At least not here. It took two visits band about 8 hours of my time and they made my car worst than it was. I had to go somewhere else and they got it done in less than half hour. I was very happy with the results. They had the same equipment. The only difference is that they know how to use it. To top it off they refused to give me a refund. Stay away from this place, they are exactly what people fear about going to a mechanic.

We can't say enough good things about these guys. TOP NOTCH FAMILY RUN SHOP AND HUMAN BEINGS. We were from out of state and late Friday afternoon we broke down on a major highway in Staten Island. I had my wife, my sister and my three young children with me-6 people in total. We were fortunate to have our car towed to this shop. These guys were not only honest and professional but they made sure my family was safe and personally drove us to a nice local hotel to stay while they fixed our car. They got us back on the road early the next day. We highly recommend this shop-ethical, honest, caring and fairly priced.

Very, very good customer service. I have been coming here for years & I have always been treated with respect and professionalism. Staff is very respectful to customers. I would recommend people to come here from now on. Prices are reasonable. Courtesy is Premiere 's number 1 priority!

Got a great deal on front tires Made an appointment for next morning was in and out. Did everything he said he would. Ask for Jonathan. Trick is to know your car and what it needs and nobody can sell u unnecessary stuff.

The energy is amazing here. Any and everything I needed, was provided hassle free. They even corrected an issue with my car that went unnoticed at previous shops. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service mixed with great attitudes. Outstanding experience.

Went in for an oil change, 2 days later after my car sitting without it being driven, not 15 minutes later I have a brake fluid leak, last person to touch my car was this shop and my car had no issues before the oil change, after the oil change I had a problem with my brake system. Shop decided not to offer any help but be in denial of what happened to my car.

I had two good experiences with them in the last few mos. One was for inspection and today to address a slow leak from a nail in the tire. Service was prompt and everyone was very nice.

As a woman , going to a mechanic can be daunting task. Some tend to take advantage because they know most of us don't know Jack about cars.Ken and Jon ( owners ) are the most amazing mechanics on Staten Island! They have been taking care of my cars for 5 plus years now. They genuinely care about their customers, go above and beyond to help. It's all about quality work without overcharging . Went somewhere else ones to get new brakes, but my car was still making noises. Went back to Premier to find out the other dudes put on one new brake and one used!! Jerks. Never again..Not all mechanics are bad but Premier Auto guys are the best in my book.

I have been dealing with premium auto repair for a long time now. They always explain what exactly is wrong with your car before they do any work. They are very professional and pleasant to speak to. I would recommend them.

Randomly found this mechanic about a year ago. Seriously may be the only honest shop on Staten Island. Serviced my brakes/rotors, calipers, alignment, etc in the past year. High quality service and gives better prices (I shopped around). Highly recommend this shop!

Long wait...I have warranty on new tires n I got a nail in 1 n had 2 wait about n hour n 10min 2 get fixed...started 2 wonder was it worth it because it's so time consuming verse going 2 a tire spot that takes about 15min 4 about 15-20$ a pop! Humm??!
