This service station has been in Eltingville fir as long as I can remember. Customer service is excellent. Honest. Trustworthy. Timely service. Fair prices. A place I trust to service my car. WHEN IT COMES TO LAWYERS AND TOP MECHANICS THEY ARE THE HARDEST TO FIND..... BUT I CAN HELP WITH ALL AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS..... WITH THIS NEIGHBORHOOD REPAIR SHOP....I HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS AND THEY ALWAYS DO EXCELLENT WORK AND FULLY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING....I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF IT WAS ALLOWED

Came into the shop with my 2006 bmw that was running rough and had a check engine light. The shop checked the car out and said it had a random misfire. After doing the work that was suggested, the car has been running like new since. These guys really saved my car! Very thankful for the smart and friendly staff.

This shop is the best! These guys do fast and efficient work, super convenient to the train if you needed to drop it off for any reason, and their hospitality is off the charts!! Would definitely recommend!!

Responding back to Jaclyn Grimaldi post , Customer has not been at this repair facility since 2016. When she was at this location in 2016 it was for a NYS Inspection and wiper blades. Customer was never at this location since that day. If there is a problem with the pricing from 2016, please bring in your bill and we can review it.

Been going here for years honesty is the best policy and Steve is wonderful and Charlie is great they know how to treat customers they are friendly great service reasonable prices clean place I bring all my cars here and I know Steve s father for I hate to say it 30 plus years wonderful people they are

This company does not care for the safety of their customers. They have unqualified people attempting to fix cars and over charging customers for work they can't deliver.

Terrible work and terrible customer service.Replaced brand new car parts claiming that they were defective and needed to be replaced and it would solve the issue.Parts were replaced with no change in condition of the car. Was then told there was no guarantee the parts would fix it.
