Great and fast service. Very honest. Always fixes things perfectly and has saved me tons of money. For example- instead of spending hundreds of dollars to replace fuel injectors- I cleaned them with $5 fuel injector cleaner. Been weeks and no more sputtering or stalled car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR SHOP.

I have been using Payless for over 10 years. I can always count on a better price (sometimes 50% lower!) and an honest diagnosis. In all my years this is the only shop that tells me ways to save money! Great company. The owner Zaid is truly knowledgeable and just a great human. I love their customer service. I also work with Dennis. I know my car is in great hands when with the both of them.

I should not have to wait for two hours or more for an empty shop to change brakes on my front two tires. Not to mention they didn t even have the correct parts in the shop. Now I have to wait for their mechanic to come back from south beach to start the job. This is unacceptable!!

Great shop with incredible prices. Me and my uncle have been going to them for the last 2-3 years now and the service is excellent. They know what they are doing and they don't try to cheat you which is the best thing. I have some work to be done on my w211 and will be visiting this shop again soon.

Minimal wait and amazing service. Adissa is always amazing and makes it a point to educate you on what's needed (I know nothing about cars). No shady mechanics here. fair pricing (I shop around a lot) and always willing to work with a budget. USE THIS SHOP!!!Update: These guys are great! Came back because my dealer wanted me to wait 2 weeks to diagnose my car. 2 minutes and Adissa diagnosed and was able to tell me which part to buy for the fix. Saved me a ton of time and money in the process

Very honest!! Went somewhere that said i needed work done the price they quoted me made get a second opinion. And i went to payless who ive used in the past, and they told me after diagnostics that i didnt need the work that the other place said i needed!! Cant get more honest then that!!

mechanic Adissa repaired my brakes. I drove home after the repair and at 50 mph my brakes just vanished. brake pedal pushed down, I stopped only because I turned off the ignition of the car. This is the worst thing that has happened to me in my life. I never recommend this place. unprofessional and very expensive.

After bringing my own car in for an inspection a few weeks back, today I brought my partner's car in for both an oil change and because his check engine light had come on. Both times, scheduling an appointment couldn't have been easier. Not only was I encouraged to come right over, but work is done promptly. Once the oil change was completed I was informed by the owner that the check engine light was simply an error code and that it was reset. Honesty like this is very refreshing. It feels really good to have a place I can bring our cars to and trust that this establishment will be honest with us about what does or does not have to be done. The owner and his staff are all professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Fair prices. Won't Rob you and will actually try to help save money. Not to mention they're super friendly. The only place in Staten island I'm comfortable leaving my car.

I went there after reading all great reviews they asked me to pay $25 for only test driving my car n seeing whats wrong with, put air in one tire.I paif $20 instead but I am never going back. Thats rip off!Not recommended.

Never Go Here They Charged Me 200+ To Install My Strudes & And Forgot To Bolt The The Stabilizer Links For 3 Weeks Coming Back And Fourth Cause Something Was Clearly Wrong With My Car STILL They Had No Clue Took It To Another Mechanic Shop They Found and Fixed The Problem Immediately And The Refuse To refund Me Money Cause they Did A Terrible JOB
