On the day March 15, 2023 they have fixed my car battery drain I paid $927.98 cash. I haven't drove the car 3 to 4 months after getting it fixed I was still receiving the same problem I have went again on December 28, 2023 they checked for me and they haven't charged and they said my car is no problem I am not happy because I had to go again on January 25, 2024 they told me they will check it if you want to change a part you will have to pay for that part which I agree with them. Later they said they couldn't find the problem with it with the battery drain this is why I am complaining why should I pay for this I have to pay for the diagnosis fee of $174.20 it is supposed to be I shouldn't be paying for this amount because they told me the last time if any problem they will check it for free of no charge and now they charged me this and the battery is still draining still and nothing has been solved ever since. The total for this was $1,102.18 I paid in total and nothing has been fixed I am still receiving dead battery in the morning and have to keep jump starting my car every single day and it is very annoying of the situation. This place lie and charge you fees that shouldn't be when they said they won't charge you never coming here again. Waste of your time and money waste when no issues are solved when it is spent.

FOB keys were recalled on my Rogue. I was immediately taken care of by Andy Abdenour who was professional, courteous, well spoken and friendly. I give him a 10 rating! Your company is lucky to have him on your staff. He deserves a compliment by his superiors.

Drove all the way from NJ to see a car that was posted to their website, only to be told it was in their Queens NY location. I was still interested in making a deal and after about 1/2 hour of sitting around finally a manager told me the car was actually sold the day before. Here we are 24 hours later and the car is still listed for sale on their website. Folks its 2023, we should have some real-time inventory management that removes a car once its sold. Waste of my time and yours. poor business!

Nice staff very friendly.. They allowed me to come in early for my appointment.. The only concern was I couldn't deal with the cigarette smoke filtering into the office.. I wish they could make some changes in this regard.. that's why I gave 4 stars.. I like the variety of different races of people. I felt comfortable in the environment.. Nice shop..

Worst Nissan of them all , waited 8 months for a part on back order for them to tell me to bring my car in for it still to need another part. Everyone here is slow . . . Nobody does their job. They lied to consumer affairs and said my part was lost in the mail. Here it is 2 weeks later and my car is still there. WORST SERVICE EVER . . .

Was quoted at 4,900 for maintenance. Went for a second opinion elsewhere, and found my cost dropped down to around 1,800 for what they saw. They stripped my oil pan drain plug last time I went in for an oil change, yet still charged me full price after bringing this to their attention. Great place to get a *diagnostic*, so you can go to a reputable organization afterwards and see what problems they fabricated to get more money out of you.

Extremely unprofessional, rude, horrible service. My car's suspension is apparently broken, it makes loud noises when I turn and it's a brand new 2022 Rogue. The dealership was unable to reproduce the noise so they just kicked me out!!! Great way of dealing with a customer...Can you believe it?I don't suggest anyone ever get a Nissan. Bad quality car, bad quality dealerships, horrible service, very unpleasant experince.

Stay away from this place. The worst customer experience I ever had. I am Nissan owner since 2015. Had a mixing experiences working with this dealership during years. But my last experience underscored very unprofessional customer service and luck of any understanding from the staff.We brought the vehicle with tow truck to fix manufactory recall on Nissan 200nv. Waited more that half day just to look at the truck. Immediately quoted over $800 + tax + 4% transaction fee if you pay by credit card for changing the starter.This price is twice overpriced with other 2 mechanic shops we working as well.Our request to remove transaction fee didn t end up well and we decided to taw our truck to our mechanic but still had to pay $140 just for 5 minute look and unrealistic quote for service with horrible experience overall.Definitely never come back.Sorry that business like this managed in such a poor manner.

we went to look for a used car, quoted 25k and turns out there are 3k CPO cert fees and delivery charges and ended up 30k before tax! I had never dealt with any dealership where CPO fees are not included in the listing price! I would never buy from such practice. very shady

I went there for service recall of the hood latch, and after the service the technician and the adviser told me to check the electrical component of my headlight because they were very dim.Few month later there is a recall on the headlights and the same technician and adviser told me that my headlights are fine and dont qualify for the recall( im done with nissan)My advice replace ur headlight and submit receipt for reimbursement if u qualify for the recall

This place is absolutely brilliant . They actually heard the rear tire bearing and replaced it along with the emergency brake sensor. I know it might take a while to get you car back since it s a dealership and they are super busy, but if you want you car to get done properly and under warranty, that the place to go. Idk how come this place only has one star. I would like specifically thank Robert at the register for his dedication who is actually trying to help customers

Terrible experience. The service is very bad and unprofessional. The person on the front desk, Robert, does not tell a customer all the expenses which the customer is supposed to pay. He told everything already after the service, post factum. Also, he does not tell the customer that if to pay with a credit card, there is 4% charge and the customer already gets this information from the cashier. Also, he speaks to the client very impolite manner trying to manipulate the customer.

I had an issue with my wheel lock key being missing. Got a hold of Robert in the service department. He told me to come in immediately and the issue was taken care of. I was in my way home in less than an hour.

I went there to buy the new 2022 nissan pathfinder because for my nissan rogue they sent me an offer 20% more to trade in, but when manager estimated the value of my Nissan Rogue 2019 was extremely low, even half price of the kellybluebook. I would rather sell outside on someone else and than buy the new car instead of just throwing away my car for the very very cheap value on this Hylan boulevard Nissan Car dealership.

Robert is good he take care you but the dealer parts when you order Something you have to wait and they dont give a day when are they getting the parts for your car So you pay for your warranty for what no good this dealer after you take the car out you have a problem is on you basically is your problem to fix your car
