From service to sales Staten Island Nissan is leaps and bounds above the rest. They make you feel welcome. They listen and try very hard that you come out on top every time. You have Samiya and staff in the service department who greet you like your part of there family. She has always addressed me and my wife by our first names & she has always remembered us. she has always taken care of us and made us felt like we were the most important people at that time. when it was time to upgrade the trucks, she pointed us in the right direction and put us in touch with Tommy who started the process with Joe, Joe and myself to get both me and my wife a updated and brand new vehicles. They made the entire process quick and painless. We are happy to be a part of the Staten Island Nissan family.

This place was very surprising. Fabio was fantastic with the test drive the info and of course the pricing. Management there Jamal etc were a joy to deal with. Best part THE PRICE NEVER WENT UP like it usually does. THE PRICE THEY INITIALLY SAID WAS THE PRICE I PAID. FANTASTIC PLACE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I ve been going here since purchasing a new Nissan Rogue Sport 2019 at the dealership nearby. Service used to always be efficient and always felt like I was being taken care of by Robert. However, he s no longer there and was given a service advisor named Lewis.Car was not ready despite their mechanic named Gabe calling me to tell me my car was ready. They called back 20 mins after I arranged for someone to pick up my car saying they forgot a service and will be ready first thing in the morning. No issue, stuff like this happens and I get it.However, it was not ready next morning. I called at 9AM, they open at 7:30AM, and the car is not ready. I commuted to work again and finally get a callback around 1PM confirming my vehicle was ready.Went in next morning, car looked great. Paid upfront cash $1900 including new tires, rear brake pads, oil change, brake fluid flush, and state inspection and a TIRE ROTATION, despite purchasing NEW tires at the service center.Not to mention they gave me Goodyear tires despite the Falkin s I talked about with Lewis, which is fine but just not what I expected.Lewis was very apologetic about the tire rotation charge has yet to return a call regarding my payment/refund processing. It s been nearly TWO weeks.Very disappointed with the money I spent here and the service I received. I have been a loyal customer since purchasing the vehicle and now have big doubts about returning here for maintenance.

Nice atmosphere. Everyone is dressed casually. Employees perform better in a casual atmosphere. There's no phony suit and tie salesman here. The staff got the car I wanted and everything went smoothly.The car was a Christmas gift from my mother. Finally, I don't have to pay for gas with this EV. Since we had such a mild winter and summer, our solar panels produced so much excess energy the past year. We can charge this EV for the next year with our net metering credits from ConEdison.

Yesterday I went to Nissan just to see how much it would cost for monthly payments. My intention was to go to 2 or 3 different dealerships to compare prices. To make a long story short the first dealership was Nissan and I actually left with a beautiful new car. What a wonderful experience and pleasure to work with Damiano. Damiano I know you re going to hear about this review and thank you so much for helping me make my decision. I m so thrilled with my Nissan Altima, and you deserve to get the 6-year award of excellence!!!Jamal is the Manager, and he is also wonderful. When I told him about an issue that I m having with a different dealership about trying to get back a $500.00 deposit, he was so kind and helpful to get the money back. He called them and now the check is in the mail.Thank you so much Jamal.

Hi, I left my new Sentra at he service dept., it was displaying a red engine light. It took three days to hook up the car to the computer to turn off the light. It's a new car, less than 6 months, yet I was told that the break pads were all rusted out and I need to replace them for $1,000.00.The car is under full warranty, yet I was charged $180.00 for absolutely nothing.I'm very unhappy with the service I got. I was scammed out of $180 and the story about the brakes was another scam to get $1000 from me.You should be ashamed of treating customers this way. I took it to a local service center and they said , all you did was turn off engine light.I want a full refund and an apology from your service people.

My experience was great & definitely exceeds my expectations, Somai the clerk always handles me & my family with care, any questions or concerns she address immediately, I've never seen Somai having a bad day, she remains courteous & professional @ all times. I use to travel to the Bay Ridge location until meeting Somai I now frequent the Staten island location for any needed repairs or services for my vehicle

The employees , especially Fernando Reyes is beyond the consummate Sales Consultant My past and present experience is better than any dealership. Myself and my daughters will only drive Nissan. Mr Reyes takes his time and explains everything in a manner that I understand. The process could be a little daunting but Nissan takes care of everything so that you can drive your new car home. I am very happy!

My wife and I were looking to lease a 2023 ARIYA because this car had almost $14k in discounts since Nissan can t sell this car without it. I was hoping to get similar deal other people have online from popular leasehackr forum but there was no chance. We wanted the Evolve+ model and when the finance manger came in and told us $600 per month without showing us any worksheet calculations I showed him other people deals. A few minutes later he came back and said he could do $400 a month. I asked to see the numbers for the $400 a month deal and he flat out refused. We left without doing business and went to another dealership in which I saw Nissan s values. I guess this dealership doesn t have any honesty or transparency.

Second time customer of Nissan of Staten Island. You have the benefit at this dealership having DMV, Finance and Allstate all represented on premises. The team work seamlessly to make your purchase less stressful. Special credit I have to give to Victoria Carrona - helped me find model of Rogue I was interested in. Chris Khalil as sales great at the job was tremendously patient and respectful making transaction smooth and easily answered any questions. Even after purchase makes himself easily available with any follow up questions you may have. He is the guy I strongly recommend you go to!! I also have to say Joe Messiha in Finance was great in I believe helping me with best course to finance my Rogue. It was a pleasure dealing with this team. I strongly recommend visiting this dealership!

We went to browse, get to know our options. Tommy greeted us outside, he spent most of the early afternoon tending to our numerous inquiries, showing us multiple cars, setting us up with smooth test drives. There were refreshments available, everyone offered us as we met and chatted with them.Finance was the next chat, so very helpful. He clearly knew what he was doing and how to provide thoughtful, clear top knotch service. That last point is actually applicable to all of the employees we encountered and or interacted with. I assume they have good training or their manager/hr person has excellent staff selection skills.Insurance was smooth as well. I'd highly recommend this location. They're a good thoughtful group, their manager was also present and welcoming & helpful the entire time.We never felt like at any point that we HAD to buy anything. Every step was guided based on what we wanted and what fit our budget.

I recently had the opportunity to lease a Nissan Evolve+. The staff here is extremely organized, helpful, amazing, friendly, and know what they are doing. Mr. Damiano, who helped me a great deal and was very patient with all my questions about the car I picked, deserves a special thank you. Moreover, the car was completed the entire official process in less than 24 hours, even though it was not available there. Also, I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Joe in the finance department and Mr. William in the insurance department for their incredible assistance. These guys make a really good team.

Everyone at Nissan was friendly, helpful, and not pushy. Dominion was a great salesperson. William, too, regarding insurance. I swore I was not going to make a deal the same day, but they made it worthwhile and affordable, offering different options to suit what is best for me. I am satisfied and recommend them. Also had service experience. Ande is very nice and helpful, along with the service and repair team. Thank you!

Dealing with car dealerships is my worst nightmare but I honestly have to say dealing with Fabio and Igor was a pleasure. I had zero knowledge of an electric car before I entered the building, but they showed me a whole new world and I am so happy for it..

I returned the next day to service. They started diagnosing my car again. As a result, some malfunction was identified in the operation of the vehicle system. The general manager contacted the management of the Nissan company and asked to provide a free spare part for my car. They initially refused the request, but the main manager insisted, arguing that it was not my fault that the car was malfunctioning. And the company made concessions. Soon after the next visit, my car was repaired. I express my deep gratitude to all the service workers and especially the main manager. I recommend contacting professionals in your field. Thank you.
