The oil change is very expensive according to the car wash membership. They give you a 15% discount but on the receipt they charge you 20.00 dollars and it is not specified what they are, and I asked the worker and he says he doesn't know, they are thieves, don't take your car to change the oil there

DO NOT GO HERE!I came in for a wash earlier today and i went in the first time. My car wasnt clean so I went back and they kindly redid my wash. BUT the first person was so ROUGH with the brush. They scratched my car, this was my FIRST and last time going to a car wash that isn't fully hand wash. I only came here on recommendation but clearly that person didn't know they were being scammed as well. I got the $19 wash which was the most expensive, i only wanted the outside due to the weather. Incase it snowed or rained again. After a few mins i realized there were these marks on my car. Now i inspect my car always even once a day. I am very distraught due to it being a new car. And they do have the liability notice that they arent responsible for any damage. Absolutely ridiculous. I will go back to show them even though I think they will do nothing due to their policy. Absolutely insane

Don t waste your money or time getting a car wash here. I run my pick up truck through the car wash twice because the first time it did not clean it the second time they did not clean it again. Spoke to the manager he said we cannot help you, the machine does not get the back of your truck. Take it somewhere else to get a car wash. Also to remind everyone I ve been a customer for a good 10 years bring in my cars and trucks there for oil changes. I will find a new location.

I have come here a couple of times and my car always comes out dirty (inside and out). It is a waste of money. I would not recommend this place.Other than paying for a dirty car the workers are also rude. I waited on line for 20 mins only to have a worker cut me off when it was my turn without permission. When asked why I was skipped and the worker shrugged his shoulders. Another worker told me this is normal on busy days and invited me to leave. I washed my car and saw it was still dirty. Won t be returning here again.I called my credit card company and did a chargeback. I ll let the merchant deal with the chargeback fee.

Absolutely horrible service. Went in for the "Spa treatment" and my brand new car came or with scratches on it. Complained the the manager there and his response is that I did it myself before the car got there and the only thing I could do was call the cops and go through my insurance to fix it. Absolutely no help, nothing. I was always a good customer going there and now I will never again go there.At the end, one of the workers stated that I should tell them not to use brushes because they've had issues like that before.I can't believe this place!

Always get Darkseid oil changes here and never disappointed with the service they just need a customer loyalty card where a person like myself who gets oil changes can get a discounted one once every often not fair to have one guy on during this COVID19 not fair to the guys who need this and to the customer who has to wait 30 min to 45 min for a oil change

They did good job. Nice vacuum and good attention to the exterior. They skipped the door jambs and don't tell you when the car is done, but I would go back in the future when I'm in Staten Island.

This is a poor car wash plus you must pay extra to have the interior cleaned. Nobody wipes down the car had to ask to have the back of my SUV vacuumed.The mats to not get washed they bang them on a metal plate to clean them. I have been using this location for many years but they have lost me as a customer. I had to stand out in the cold while the cleaned the interior of the car. It is evident that they could care less about the customer or the employee standing out in the cold. I gave a nice tip to the both men who serviced my car.T. BellService: Auto interior vacuuming

MVP is now under new management and it is called "Ever Shine". When you pull up, the concept is cool with the new technology but it was the worst car wash you could ever get and EXPENSIVE! Usually at the car wash they will vacuum the interior first but Ever Shine has you go through with the car first (you stay in the car) and then you park your car by the vacuum area and get out of the car. There are 2 guys working on your car drying it and vacuuming. They did a horrible job. They dont have a machine to actually clean your mats so they are throwing it against the floor and walls (not a way to clean them) The interior wasn't dried off when they sprayed the inside of the windshield and the rims of the tires were still very dirty. $33 for a car wash thinking you would get great service and you don't. On top of that, it rained a few hours later. Car washes are known to allow you to come back the next day for a free wash. NOT this place! Do yourself a favor and use your money at a better car wash. Do not give this place your money or time.

Good for a quick wash, don t expect perfection. Drive thru wash misses spots on car. Paid extra for interior wiping and vacuuming. Originally didn t even remove floor mats and missed missed spots. Windshield was hazy. Another employee did re-vacuum and wash the floor mats without me asking though. Still not perfect but it s better.

Go ANYWHERE but here. The service was absolutely pitiful. I paid for the highest car wash package ($18) and then an additional $15 for vacuuming. After going through the car wash once I noticed the back of my car was still filthy. I told the person responsible for vacuuming my car and he said that they will wash off the back of the car when they were done vacuuming, which was annoying but I appreciated. Well, the guy who was responsible for vacuuming my car then had a 5 minute conversation with a customer behind me in line about Japanese cars while I sat there with my two children under 2 and waited for my car to be taken care of. After he finally decided to do my car he did pretty much the bare minimum. I opened the trunk and nothing was vacuumed. When I questioned him his response was oh, I didn t know you wanted me to vacuum the trunk . It s an SUV! AND I PAID FOR IT! Are you kidding?! So he reluctantly vacuumed the back. The rest of the car still needed vacuuming and a better wipe down, but my kids were getting antsy and I still needed to have the back of the car wiped down. When I went to get the back of the car done they wanted to just put me through as a regular car wash, which would have taken all the extras I paid for initially off. The girl helping me agreed and put me through for a second full works car wash. Well the back of the car was still a mess when I got home.Moral of the story, I paid $33 today to wash and vacuum my own car when I came home. Let me start off by saying I hardly ever write reviews and the handful that I did were positive ones about a great business, an exceptional staff and/or a wonderful product.I read some eye opening and negative review about this place but wanted to give it a chance since I always went here went it was the original VIP Car wash and the service was always on point. This place (MVP) needs help and needs help fast. It s like pulling up to a drive thru at a fast food chain. You have to select the service you want. (I have an SUV) A young man in a white t-shirt (no uniform) came over, I told the gentleman I wanted an exterior wash, tire shine and inside to be vacuumed (not that hard right?). He shows me the computer screen and tells me to pick one so I picked the top one ($18). They charge $18 for outside to be washed and then he tells me that s just the outside and Id have to pay separate $15 for the inside $33 pretty expensive if you ask me but I was fine with it. I wanted to pay cash but the automated machine only takes bills up to $20. I had a $50 bill so I paid credit card (no problem). My SUV goes through the car wash and then I m told to drive it around the back to an area where the interior will be addressed. I drive to that area don t see any uniformed staff working there except a man in sweatpants, t shirt and a dirty towel draped over his head. He s looking at me and aggressively pointing towards the vacuuming area. I roll down the window and politely ask do you work here? (Again NO UNIFORM or anything that would tell me he worked there) his response common bro, why would I be standing here, use some common sense . He then turns to a female worker who came by (only one in uniform) and begins to tell her can you believe this guy asked me if I worked here, what s wrong with him! . She completely ignored the man, I get out and told the female not to even bother cleaning my inside. I gave her $3 tip walked inside and told the manager to please refund me for the interior. I wasn t having it cleaned here. He asked what happened, I told him and without hesitation paid me $15 cash (cashier didn t know how to refund a credit card) and he also told me the worker outside was new . I walked back to my vehicle and noticed that the truck still dirty and that it was poorly addressed. I will not take my business here. I d rather drive to NJ, pay a toll and have it done there THE RIGHT WAY.The Staff needs some training and maybe a common sense 101 course on professionalism and politeness. I also think a t-shirt with MVP would help. That will be the last time that place ever sees me. Thank you to the manager who refunded my money. Only positive exeperince I had.

I never write reviews I m just not that person. But I feel like I have to do my obligation to warn people that if you pay $15 for a car wash for just the outside that they do not even wipe your car down after the wash. I was told air dry it by driving away . My car was still dirty the rear area of my SUV was dirty looked like a brush never touched it and that to them is acceptable? I would never waste my time coming here ever again terrible service!!!

I really don't like giving bad reviews, but I spent 20 bucks on a defunct car wash. It was horrible, 20 bucks down the drain. My whole back end of my vehicle was gross. It was filthy and wet! The overall cleaning was bad, where are the folks who wipe down the vehicle?! My whole vehicle was dripping wet and was still very much filthy. I will not be going back.

The man who vacuumed and wipe my car after it was washed did a great job. Only gave 4 because they need to hire more people because it was only one person vacuuming and wiping and it took a while. Maybe I was early. Otherwise great. Only was there for the car wash not oil change so cannot comment on the oil service.

New management, double the price, half the work. No more complementary vacuum, now you have to pay extra. 18 bucks for outer wash only is a joke. And the guy at the front only sprayed half my car. Never again.

Fast and reliable with oil changes, tire rotations, engine flushing with discounts as well. Free car wash with every oil change. Always busy no matter what time of the day, but they are very good and you never wait for hours. Reasonable prices. And good hours of operations.

This is my go to Carwash.Need a quick wash, no problem.Need a thorough cleaning inside and out, no problem.Quick and detailed service when it comes to the entire car.Inexpensive, and a real good looking job when all is said and done.Also, plenty of accessories inside the waiting area for all your needs.

The girls were very professional and nice but it was a horrible car wash smudges all over barely dried and the guys who clean inside didn t do shot and waste 45 min between wait and then cleaning had an attitude I tipped and totally regret a $40 car wash and I ve spent the whole day doing the job I paid for. OH YEAH AND I HAVE TIRE SHINE ALL OVER MY CAR! Horrible go elsewhereServices: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I wanna give them 0 star.They are lied to customer! There have monthly car wash ! But this is automatic payment for every month! When I sign in this service, they didn t talk to me all the policy! I just wanna buy one month service! I didn t know they automatic payment second month! I want to store for ask this ! The two ladies who take care me ! So rude! Anyone wanna car wash service be careful! Don t do this monthly service! They wouldn t let customer know automatic payment!

I paid money to vacuum my own car and for it to still be dirty. It was not even remotely clean, the sides still had so much dirt and the vacuum you have to use are very large and cannot clean the small spaces. There is no overhead to even complain to, I genuinely felt scammed. Do not go here.

Always come here to get my oil changed and they throw in a free car wash. Great deal! I am in and out within 30 minutes, when they are not busy. But even if you have to wait they have a large and clean waiting area with coffee and snacks ( for a fee). Overall never had a problem here and would highly recommend. I have been coming here for over 5 years.

I'm only giving them as much as 3 stars because they were good when they first opened but now I would agree service has deteriorated. First off, they don't wash your car properly and simple things that used to be included in the VIP package I've always gotten are no longer available unless I up my package. Like for real??? You can't wipe my dashboard and my middle cup holder in this VIP package anymore. Silly. I don't get the cheapest package either. It's like when they first started out and didn't have as many customers they were humble but now their heads got too big. You should still be able to provide quality service and with more customers your prices should go down if you can afford to. Their place is big, nice and clean with clean restrooms and I like the guys that call me in the work area when I'm getting a simple oil change to tell me I should change something else. I pick and choose when to listen to them though. I'm currently looking for somewhere else to go regularly.

I got my suv washed with the interior cleaned and tire shine. When i got my car back i was less than impressed the interior doors hadn't been wiped down the windshield was dirty inside and out. How is that possible? I also brought a air freshener and it smelled good for all of one day. SAD EXPERIENCE!.

Beyond disappointing. Got the Interior, Exterior, Tires and Mats service. Outside was fine, tires were cleaned and shined, Mats were washed but the inside of the doors or even the rear seat surfaces wiped. I know it's not a "Detail" but you would thing a wipe down is part of the service. They won't be getting my again. Recommend Perfect Touch Auto Spa2409 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY 10303 . Took my son's car there and MORE than worth the money and time. Should have just done both cars there.

I usually go for an oil change and car wash. Yes its a bit pricey but they refill winsheild washer fluid check tires and everything. Sometimes they try to tell you that something is needed when it really isn't, but if you have a basic understanding of cars you can tell them to f off. But when they refill everything like tires coolant and stuff for free I feel that's cool. I'm going soon and will have to tell them to f off when they say I need better power steering fluid but they think I'm stupid, but I need my oil changed so...your call people, just have someone you know check the car to make sure

The employees barely speak English and they do it with an attitude. I came here twice on my car and my wife's car. I ask them to do the VIP 3 which is 29.99. I asked them does it come with the cleaning of mats. The guy shook his head and said yeah no problem. Then I saw they didn't do it I asked why another guy said you didn't pay for an interior wash. He said I only paid for armor ALL of dashboard. Then I brought wife's car I asked specifically for full detail their top of the line clean. I know the cost of a detail is in the upper $100+. He said $60+ I thought it weird so I asked again he said yeah yeah. So I paid and they took the car... took them 40 minutes. I asked about the tar and bug on the outside of the car he said I need compounding. I told him I asked for full detail he said I didn't pay for. I just got disgusted and left. I am the manager at a dealership I would never let my customer leave with their car in that condition after washing it. Don't go here, they are uncooperative. They're expensive, they lie and they really could care less. I'll add a recommendation later for a better car wash

Should get Zero stars. Terrible service and terrible car wash. After you get a car wash there your car will still be dirty. They do not care, poorly ran. Completely disorganized and they try to rip you off for the terrible cleaning. You will feel like you need a car wash after you leave. They will not try to reclean your car. They will say the price is what it is, and they do whatever they can. Even though you paid extra for it. Stay away!
