Went to get an inspection from this guy and immediately he tells me it will be $100 because of tints. I told him I did inspection 2 years in a row and this is the first I heard of it. He said it s more work to pass an inspection with to tints. If tints are illegal then remove them, don t try to game the system for a few bucks. Scammer

Absolutely love this auto shop! The owner is super friendly and always helpful. Never turned me away and is very knowledgeable about any questions I have with my car. I ve been coming here for years and as a woman I feel comfortable bringing my car here for anything. Also I never have to wait too long or long at all to be seen. They never let me down and the prices are always reasonable and fair. I recommend this auto shop to everyone!

They took me right away for an oil change, and they fixed my shredded belts on my car. I was driving and my whole car broke down. I needed a tow truck. They fixed the belts and my breaks right away. Reasonably priced, professional, friendly, and caring. They prevented me from having an accident. My brake pads were down to nothing.

DO NOT goto this place, or if someone tries to recommend do not take their advice. My friend took his suburban to get his rear brakes fixed and charged him $600 meanwhile whoever fixed those brakes did the worse job possible, messed up everything and could of potentially killed him in the future if he didn t get his car checked somewhere else for his front breaks. Please be aware of who checks your car because you honestly cannot trust anyone.

The boss of this shop is so courteous and such a gentleman, I just bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from a local dealer, took it to this shop, he did full inspection checked all the oils antifreeze levels checked belts air filter and front and rear brakes, was very honest he told me the car is perfectly fine finally I only did NYS inspection and engine oil change Full synthetic Mobile 1 oil after all he charged me only $90 , I highly recommend this shop very honest people very reasonable prices, I gave them 6 stars thumbs up , thank you guys ,

The best. Came to this place because a family member suggested and I am so glad I did. I went to amco and was over charged $1800 for what I fixed here for $400. Amazing service, amazing people. Will only be coming here from now on.

Went in for a tire rotation and brake check. They checked the brakes and said they're in good shape. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. The tires were rotated and I was out of there in 15 minutes. Very good experience. I found a mechanic I can trust!

Excellent service!!!I called them to see if they could take a look at used car that I was about to buy (seller lived 5 minutes away) and Mussa did a great job. He went that extra mile and after checking the car in shop he took it out for 10 minute drive to be sure that everything is checked.I ended up using them for few fixes and maintenance things I wanted to get done after the purchase.Before doing any work, they called, quoted the part and labor, and gave me time to check the prices.I am really satisfied with all the interactions we had and job they did on my VW Tiguan.Would highly recommend!

Bad business. They would not return a $100 deposit I put down on a windshield replacement before Covid. I recently called to follow through with the original order. Mike told me the price had increased from $300 to $400 for the job, due to Covid. I had to argue my way out of that price haggle. When I arrived for my appointment I was told the part hadn't arrived for installation. I would've had to wait hours at the shop. They said "things happen". I asked to just simply return my deposit and I would go elsewhere. Mike refused. He said the part has already been purchased so he couldn't return my money. Yet the part was no where in site. I just left. It wasn't even worth it anymore. After what we've all just been through in this world, I just couldn't handle dealing with crooks. Don't use this auto shop. Find another.

This shop is awesome, Mousa is an excellent mechanic who can just about do it all. He works on my 09 328i and has helped restore her to her glory days. Even helped me install some cool LED lights in my front grill. I highly recommend them to anyone whether you drive a domestic or foreign vehicle these guys are honest hard working and respectful. They allow me to purchase my own parts which is A HUGE plus!

Went to get my honda accord inspected for the new year. Of course I googled these guys and they were my first choice. I do not regret going! Great fast service, answered all questions I had very professional thank you guys will always get my car serviced there if needed. HIGHLY Recommended!!

Went there for a standard state inspection and after completion they asked for $40 when the state mandated rate is $37. I raised that point and they said the rate is now $40. I gave it and asked for a receipt which showed $37. After I asked about the $37 fee on the receipt, they returned the $3.3 dollars is not a big deal but I don't like to be made a fool of and it speaks to the character of the business. Will not return.

Mousa is the best. This is the best auto mechanic on Staten Island. Not too many Honest mechanics left, but Mousa would not steer you wrong. Takes care of all my car needs at great prices.
