L&S team did their job of repairing my Nissan's bumper fast and well. Team is friendly and it is very nice of having business with them. Prices are decent and attention to details made me happy. I would gladly recommend this shop for any car body work.

Not only was this place a bit cheaper than a couple of other nearby competitors but I was very happy with the friendliness of the staff (like Stevie and Liz), the prompt repair and, above all, the quality of the work. The back end of my car looked as good as new and the color matched perfectly. They didn't even charge me extra when they discovered that there was an extra part that needed to be installed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs some auto-body work...

They forgotten to put a gloss coat on my Lexus repair, therefore the paint is peeling off, Oh did not use Lexus paint which they said they would.They also used poor quality on my front fender. I bumped into my front end and it left a dent. I weigh 120 lbs, okay? It was 10 years ago before I could leave a review. I still have my Lexus, yet they will never touch her again. They did try to rectify situation. Once a f-up....Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have had a great experience with L & S Collision. I recommend them very highly for any auto and body mechanical work that you may need. I also had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from them and I am very happy and satisfied with my vehicle.The owners are the best people you will meet. Very cordial and friendly and if the part you need is not in stock, they will go out of their way to find for you. The staff is also cordial and friendly. By the time you leave, you will feel like you are a part of their family.

Honestly, hands down, the best experience at L&S Collison. They really took care of me and fixed my car several times. Very professional, and the quality of their work was unbelievable. If your car means the world to you, I would strongly recommend them. You will be a very happy customer.

Was recommended from an old friend and this place I'm telling you is awesome. The manager Kevin took my car so fast that I didn't have to wait at all , also I received their SUV for rental and signed the papers in 10 min I was on my way back to work again!After 2 days picked up my car like brand new . So happy with this place!

A month ago i had a accident with my bmw and i called L&S collision and their tow truck arrived really fast, within minutes. The driver was also a really nice guy and the owners, Leo and Sal are the nicest people i have ever met. They helped me out with getting a rental vehicle within 30 minutes. When i received my bmw back after being repaired, you couldn't even tell where the car was even hit. I couldn't ask for a better experience at an auto repair shop. i hope i don't get into another crash, but if i do i will definitely go back to L&S auto collision. i recommend their shop to everybody.

Had a collision in July 2011, and these people were fast and insistent on getting my SUV back into showroom condition. Had another collision a few weeks ago, and didn't hesitate about where to go. Just picked up my car, and it looks mint. Having a garage that I trust to good work, fast, at a fair price is a big relief. Got THAT problem solved.

The Worst!! They dont deserve a star!! On 8/9/17. Approximately 7:49am i had a flat tire on Korean War Veterans Parkway, i called my roadside assistance and out of no where L&S Towing DCA#1129705 license plate #24000-tt approached my vehicle stating i have to pay $160.00. I refused to pay and tried to explain to him roadside assistance is on the way he stated i dont care who is coming this is my fxxcking highway and i will get there vehicle impond. He then called another L&S Tow truck and both of them boxed me i then called 911 as i feared for my life, i had to pull my car back into traffic as he attempted to hook my car to his tow chain with me sitting in my car without permission. as i ask for his name he refused and told me to call company..As soon as the police arrive both of them drove off..this is a city contract that should be revoked!!!

L & S Collision was very proffesional and efficient. They repaired my 2013 VW Passat in a timely matter. They had alot of certifications for many cars which made me feel secure in having them repair my vehicle. My car was mangled in an accident and they made the repairs to look just like it did when I first purchased my vehicle. I would highley recommend

took my car here for mechanical problems. reasonable price. my car was repaired sooner than expected. i will keep going to them for sure. highly recommend. great people as well.

They fcked my car up instead of fix it, bunch of people with zero experience working here. Not honest at all i feel ripped off. had to go to honda to have them fix the work they did because i didnt want to have them even try to do it right... stay away! Dont say i didnt warn u.

It is second time that I am going this year and I could not hope to find better service than L&S.Always deliver before the estimated time, working with you diligently, professionally like nobody else including original parts only but the most important think is they treat you like family.

Was recommended from a friend to take my car there. I was hit by a deer and had damage to the hood,fender, and door. After the work was done I could see the hood was filled with bondo as the same with the drivers door. Not what I asked for. Also had overspray inside door jam. Took car back and requested a new hood also to fix door lock and remove overspray. They replaced hood but door was the same way and never put back the door panel correctly. I had to redo myself. The door still has an outward crease that still is visable. The car is now in nj at a professional body shop and they couldn't believe the job that was done. Being I did this work years ago is probably why I can spot all the botched up repairs. Will never use them again

If you value your car and it is an asset to you, do not have it repaired there. You will regret it, there is a reason they are not a Gieco Preferred repair shop and they should be out of business. Do to an ongoing situation, I can't say more, but trust me DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO REPAIR YOUR CAR.

They cheated me out of 900 hundred dollars, they did work they wasn't supposed to do ,because they knew i got a check, but i told the guy there named Kevin, who told me in front of my daughter that he was the owner, and come to found out he wasn't the owner, but good thing about this is he was recorded by my daughter the whole time ,i said to him more then two to four times do not touch the part of damage they paid me for ,and what did he do just what i told him not to do ,please people don't go to this shop and they did a terrible job i had to go back and forth four times for them to still not get it right, beware.Service: Welding

GREAT TEAM SAL AND PARTNER VERY HONEST ON TIME GAVE ME LOANER CAR I DIDNT HAVE TO USE MY INSURANCE IT WAS OTHER PERSONS FAULT THEY USED THER INSURED I HAVE BRAND NEW 2014 IMPALA LOOKS LIKE IT WAS WHEN I TOOK FROM SHOW ROOM NO NONSENSE GREAT WORK THANK YOU CALLA KARATE EDDIE CALLA
