We came into the shop with limited knowledge and undecided about which car to get ; the sales team, especially Syed and Paul are super helpful and assisted with all questions. We ultimately decided to buy two cars. The sale process overall was seamless and quick. We d recommend anyone looking for the most reliable daily driver or family car to come to Island Toyota.

I m old and I can t remember anyone s name but, everyone we met and everyone who help my son get his first car was amazing. They were so patient and kind. They made a nervous mom feel comfortable. Thank you to the Toyota staff.

Settled on a deal for a certain price and once they realized they must ve messed something up with numbers they told me the truck was sold. Meanwhile it s still currently on their lot and confirmed not sold. This dealership is a bunch of crooks. I would ve rather them be honest and say we made a mistake instead of lying about a car being sold. I will never do business with them again.

not great, what can I say found the whole thing predatory and humiliating when they kept calling after I left to raise the price by 3000. They said it was an honest mistake versus first round of negotiation but who knows just a horrible experience from my end and if true still incompetent and predatory business strategy.Granted, they have inventory that other dealers in the area don t have for two months so maybe that is why they drive hard bargain (to say the least)seems like they got Google to delete my previous review so I ll leave it at that

They were trying to filch consumers with the "market adjustment" when that was a flim-flam from day one. I never set foot in the place after getting a price quote. I got a higher trim level vehicle for less money. They were never good when they were Staten Island Toyota or Manfredi and nothing has changed.Edit 1/19/24: Again, more "Can you contact us so we can help?" response a little too late. You, like the other dealers blew it. I got a higher trim level car for less money. Who pays a dealer markup? Those were always fake from the beginning and no one pays those fees. This dealership was bad news even back in the day, so fortunately I do my own service work and will go elsewhere for a warranty problem if one should arise.

Bought a Toyota Tundra TRD Pro here about six months ago. Went to a couple different Toyotas and decided to buy here at Island Toyota because Matt was able to get us financing terms that were way better than any other dealer. We absolutely love this truck! Had some minor issues with the alignment that needed to be addressed. Matt, the sales manager, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Truly a stand up guy.

Worst worker Steeve!!! First they approved to give me car i payed downpayment we agreed on terms. I did insurance full coverage payed extra money for that, when i came to center they doubled my downpayment and raised monthly payments +200$ and in-stand of 72 month they did 75 f.u. Toyota!!! Non professional staff

I had a fantastic experience at this car dealership. From the moment I walked in the door, they were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome and comfortable. The dealership was clean and well-organized, with a great selection of cars to choose from. Anthony, the salesperson who assisted me, was incredibly knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. He was patient and never pushy, helping me find the perfect car for my needs. The finance manager was equally helpful, working with me to find a payment plan that fit my budget and ensuring that I understood all of the costs involved. Overall, I had a great experience at this dealership and would highly recommend it.

My experience with island Toyota was very easy. My sale rep Val took his time dealing with me no rushing me which appreciated. The staff was friendly and professional. Dennis was amazing. I would definitely recommend a friend or family to the island Toyota team .

Dealerships...probably the worst way but the only way to get a new car for most people. I post this review only because this dealership and its salesman, Syed, were straight-forward and to the point with my inquiry and throughout the purchase. It certainly is not easy for dealerships these days, especially being in NYC with the unimaginable overhead costs they need to maintain in an economy such as the one were in today. With that being said, do your study online about the vehicle you desire and learn what the current market looks like for that vehicle. Personally, I knew walking in I was undoubtedly paying a $5,000.00 USD markup minimum on my vehicle and that was my threshold. I was happy that it wasn't 10-15K+ like some other dealerships were trying to pull. Remember, a dealerships' staffs' job is to sell, they are not your friends. The salesman, Syed, was professional and cordial with the ordering, shipping and delivery process of my vehicle to the dealership as well as the conclusion of the sale process and the drive off from the dealership. I'd like to believe that this dealership is a good place to buy a vehicle from, judging from my experience.If you do end up having a bad experience then take these words with you: "The wrongdoer is always more unfortunate than the man that he wronged".

I came back to Island Toyota 4 years later after purchasing my car. It goes without saying there is a no pressure atmosphere. My salesman, Al made it a painless experience both times. The dealership was able to get me in a brand new Highlander within days. I ll be back.
