Finally picked up my Subaru the other day! I absolutely love it, been waiting for the car to come in from the manufacturer for about 2/3 months now. Got it quicker than the expected delivery date. Very happy with the turn out!! Everyone at island Subaru was extremely helpful and kind through the process

Thanks to Chris my daughter got a great deal on a 2018 Honda Fit and she is so happy. Thank you Chris for thinking of her when the car came in. Wonderful service at Island Subaru they treat you like you are part of their subaru family. Would highly recommend. Thanks again Chris you are part of our family now.

Henry and the people at Island Subaru kept the entire process very smooth! Very easy and understanding people all around over here. This was my first time car buying and they made went step-by-step with me to make sure I understood the entire process. Island Subaru should be the first place you visit if you are in the market for a new car!

Chris was a great sales person, very knowledgeable and easy to work with it was a pleasure working with him. Took his time and answered all our questions.Walter was a fantastic finance person he worked with us to meet our pricing needs , and explained all the terms of the lease and warranties. Made the process simple and easy.Overall terrific experience and made the lease process easy. Great team.Highly recommend

I went on Saturday to get information about the Subaru Forester and was helped by Henry who was very knowledgeable! Henry answered all of my questions and made the whole buying process smooth and easy, along with Dennis and Oscar who helped with discussing finance options and filling out all paperwork. This is the second car I have purchased from Island Subaru and I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase your next vehicle! All the staff are warm and welcoming and made the entire process less intimidating!

I met with Henry this week and he was extremely helpful during the car buying process. He answered all questions and was very knowledgeable on different types of models. For someone that has almost zero clue about cars, he was able to help me narrow down what I was looking for. Cannot recommend them enough. Amazing customer service all around the board, from start to finish.

My wife and I bought a new forrester here. The whole experience was wonderful. Our salesman Misak was fantastic, friendly and no pressure made you feel like family. I would go back here in a heartbeat. They gave us a fair price on our trade in and financing was easy and transparent.

I recommend Island Subaru :) the entire purchase procedure went very smoothly. Henry is very nice, calm and patient sales person. All the employees at the hylan blvd branch were very friendly. They were great at delivering a smooth transition in buying a car. Explaining the cars were a breeze to understand from them. I dealt with Chris who was exceptional at knowing all about the legacy that I brought. I would recommend all my friends to Island Subaru. They made me want to keep coming back just to visit and say hello like having another family.

I had been thinking about a new vehicle for several months and finally responded to an Island Subaru online promotion. I was quickly contacted by Chris, my salesman, at which time we discussed preferences (mine) and set up an appointment. At the time of the visit, I was interested in either a Crosstrek or an Impreza. I was able to test drive both models and at the end of the day Chris summed up our ongoing discussion with five alternatives. I am sure I tested his patience, but in the end, I selected an in-stock Impreza Sport. It was a Friday, so I took delivery the following week. The delivery process was a bit longer than anticipated, partially due to a title change between my trade-in and the new vehicle, but also because the Impreza came with Starlink, which Chris helped me set up before I drove away. I have had the vehicle only a few days so I am still getting used to it, particularly the abundance of technology built into new vehicles, but it is everything I had hoped for and maybe a little more. Overall, my buying experience at Island Subaru was positive. I was treated both courteously and fairly. I don t buy new cars that often, but I would definitely go back to Island Subaru again.

10/10 - Salesmen Chris & the manager (blue shirt) has helped me purchase my first new vehicle at the age of 20. I am so blessed to have done business with Island Subaru. If you need a car I highly suggest going to Chris and the amazing manager of the dealership. The dealership is very welcoming, very friendly and of course very very helpful. They have a lounge waiting room with drinks such as soda, coffee, tea and complimentary water for customers! They even have games in the waiting lounge to pass time by while they get your information and new car ready. They even celebrate with you after you get your new vehicle. They host events to help new Subaru users and to give them a thanks for being a customer. I highly recommend coming here for your new car. They didn't let me down not one bit. Thank you Chris, the Manager & most of all Subaru.

We had a great experience at Island Subaru. This was a first lease ever, which can be super scary. All of our questions were answered in clarity, and Jabri was absolutely the most patient, hardworking salesman there! He let us ask as many questions as possible without judgement. We are so glad we leased here, and thankful for the genuine, honest experience.

They don't pressure you into a sale. They treat you with respect and they don't assume their time will be wasted. They try to give you the best deal option. You can walk around car lot and examine any car regardless of what you can afford. More car color options would be great. I live in queens and I don't mind going to staten island to do business with them.Sharaz Scofield

Don't give this place business they will try to screw you at every opportunity they get, we agreed on a price and they added on all these fees after the fact I only noticed when i was getting billed horrible people and service.Don't believe all the good reviews go through the rest and do your homework before purchasing from here. We all know how car dealer ships work but this is byfar the worst borderline fraud.

I wanna thank the team at island Subaru for their help with me on purchasing my Forester. My sales rep Naile Telic was very helpful in accommodating me on what I wanted, where she showed me each and every vehicle in helping me make my decision easier down to the exact color and model I wanted.
