Once again Mazda service and manager James doesn t fail to exceed expectations! They weren t able to help me with everything but they are kind, professional, and responsive. I would continue to buy Mazdas because the service department provides a seamless experience every time!

First off, let me say that, I hardly EVER leave reviews, but I had to express my extreme satisfaction If you are looking for the Best dependable service center in Staten Island, you have come to the right place! They care about their clients primo always goes above and beyond very pleasant on time and kept in touch. I'll never use a different service center I always know I can count on primo and his team to get the job done

I'm giving two stars and not one because I usually have Besa as my advisor and she has been so helpful and pleasant to work with. If you do come here, only do what you planned and ONLY go to Besa. If you are shown anything, double check that it is legitimate.I came here and Besa was not in so I saw another advisor, Priamo, who basically lied to me and showed me a fake menu of services I "needed" to have done. I always come with services in mind and I did that day as well, but I was getting my car serviced after not driving it for almost a year and my battery was giving me issues and I was under stress. I have never had my car serviced elsewhere since I bought it, and Besa/other advisors have always been so helpful and honest, so Island Mazda had earned my trust. Well later, after double checking the maintenance schedule, I did not see these services listed at all, so I called Priamo and I told him I felt I've been had. I spent almost $900 unnecessarily. Before hanging up on me, he assured me that these services are from a "manufacturers manual" that allegedly only go to the service centers, which Mazda USA and another service center verified as untrue. He then texted me and said I could come see his manager in a couple of days. So I did.The manager was apologetic, and we even noticed that what I was charged did not add up to the fees listed. So he let me speak with the Services Director Sal, who was so rude to me I could not believe it. After letting me know he's owned 15+ dealerships and has been in this industry for 25+ years, he tried to gaslight me and twist my words, said he did not blame the advisor for hanging up on me, kept stating that the menu was made by Mazda but then switched up and said he helped develop the menu with the third-party company that supplies this location with products, cut me off at multiple points when I was trying to speak and asked me to "get on with my story", raised his voice at me, said I had "buyers remorse" when my point was that they were operating dishonestly, and told me that no one forced me to do anything. I was so shocked I kept looking at his assistant who would not hold eye contact with me. I could tell I was NOT valued as a customer so I told him so. He said we had to "agree to disagree", then offered me $150 back. He could see that I was clearly not happy so he apologized on Priamo's behalf, then offered me $200, then $300 back and said it would likely come out of his own paycheck (15+ dealerships though, right?) and now he has to explain to his bosses, and kept sighing as he wrote up the transaction on the computer. Yes, he gave me money back which he technically did not have to so I'll give him a point for that, but he likely just wanted me to go away. He also gave me his card and told me to call him if I need anything and again, reassured me that I was indeed valued, but now I obviously am not comfortable coming back here anymore. So, so disappointing.

Island Mazda service center treated me absolutely great. Besa stood on top of everything and made sure our problem got fixed immediately. If it wasn t for this service team I m sure my car would still be sitting somewhere waiting to be looked at. Thank you so much for everything!Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Oh!! If I could give this service department at island Mazda zero stars I would. I drive in to get my car service. The first two people that I talked to were great. After I left it all went down hill. I missed one phone call from a representative named Floyd from the service center @ 9:07 am 7-11-2023. Over the span of two hours I made 4-5 phone calls to get back in contact. I was asked for my name n phone# every time and told I d be receiving a call back. As well one department said they would send a email. Long story longer by 11:30am same day I had been fed up with the neglect of help. I had my wife who was not far away pick up my car. All hell broke loose. The receptionist unprofessionally shoes her away when she came in because he was on the phone. She waits to be helped by lookin at him. Which then He catches an attitude and continues to talk out the side of his neck and putting his hand all in her face. So she addressed him loudly and a whole immature argument ensues. A manager settles the situation down. She finally gets the car keys and takes my car from their possession. I than call the dealership to get to the bottom of things. A manager named Samantha answers the phone kindest person ever tries to understand the situation which she explained back to me was no ordeal from the other department. Proceeds to put me on hold and than another woman whose name I forgot comes on the phone and says because of what happened with my wife earlier there refusing service -_- lady I wouldn t service my dead grandmothers _____. there! Screw you n your lack there of professionalism n service are you kidding me. Side bar I hear tons of people complain about that place. So if you could avoid them do so. FOH Deny me service as if!

Really nice service advisors. I went to the dealership instead first and Bessa was so nice. Priamo even offered to drive me home while my car was being serviced. This service was included with my lease and even if it takes a bit longer than a standard oil change place, I'd say it's a good call. They're thorough and check the whole car and even send you a video of what they did. I forgot a couple of names of people but everyone was great, the one who wrote out my service form, the one who retrieved my vehicle. Everyone.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

It was my first time with Island Mazda Service Center. So far I had a great experience, nice and polite personnel, very fast service (it was a 5000 miles service - oil change only). Will keep using it for the next 2-3 services to get full picture.

I can t say enough about Island MazdaI ve been there twice in a matter of week for tire related issues. Both times they were able to get me a same day appointment & wait time was what was to be expected for being last minute.The staff is great & I love that they keep you posted on your vehicles status. I hope I don t have to go there anytime soon lol , but if I do I know I m in good hands!!!!!

I had my 2020 cx5 windshield replaced by safelite, and they broke my rain sensor, the technicians here are top notch and got everything repaired. Washing the car after servicing is a nice touch. It's not cheap and some staff here are short with customers. My experience was good. Hopefully I won't need anything else until the lease is done.

As a mechanic I m extremely dissatisfied with the professionalism and lack of attention to customer service. I recently dropped off a vehicle for a warranty issue involving the vehicles brakes. From the moment I stepped out of the vehicle the service employees insisted it was Operator error and caused by lack of care. I attempted to explain the issue to the Service Writer, and the hosts , none of which gave me the time of day. Upon diagnosing what they pre-determined was the issue, they wanted to charge me for what should have been covered under warranty. Clever wording placed blame on the owner and disqualified the issue from warranty coverage, meaning the dealer could then make $600 off of me. I promptly picked upThe vehicle and took care of the issue myself. The only reason I went to the service center in the first place was for warranty covered repairs. A vehicle with 3,400 miles should not encounter wear and tear parts issues. This incident was a blatant disregard of the actual issue and the customers requests. Please go elsewhere.

Came in with a problem with my forward sensing camera on my 2022 CX-30. I met with service advisor Priamo, and he was extremely helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the service necessary for my vehicle.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Second time that my daughter has brought her car in for service and once again she leaves the dealership with low air pressure lights after the dealership was supposed to do a tire rotation and a complete evaluation during the oil change. Her tires were supposed to be 36 PSI, the idiotic dealership put them at 30 PSI. Last time we will ever use this dealership.Services: Tires, Oil change

Nearly impossible to reach on the phone. If you have questions about parts or not sure about something this is not the place to call. Call Sansone Mazda instead bc they are way more helpful even if they don't know the answer to something, they at least are more willing to help. This place tells me to ask a mechanic and rushes me off the phone. Terrible customer service! Looks like the owner never owns up to their employees rude behavior on here anyway so I guess this review won't make much of a difference.

The service department is all great people. FLO made sure my car was back to me before work . Hassel free. I had the warranty for dents and dings all covered NOT 1 PROBLEM.

Came here for a recall on a weekday and it wasn't that busy. Service took longer than expected. They gave me a complimentary "car wash" which was mediocre. My car was barely cleaned. They didn't even wash my wheels.
