My car recently had an overheating incident, I tried contacting some NJ dealerships and they kept pushing me off until the end of the month. Thankfully I was able to get an appt with Island Kia. Bianca was great and took great care of me while they had my car for service. Ultimately nothing wrong was found but I feel more at ease for having had it checked. Thanks Island Kia team !

Island Kia at 1590 Hylan Blvd is the absolute worst! Don t go there and don t buy cars from them. My car was towed there and I was told it would not be looked at for 3-5 business days . That it was not an emergency and people with appointments are priority. I said so my car almost killing me is not an emergency by turning off while driving . I was dealing with this nasty girl named Stephanie who if I could go through the phone to knock her out I would have!!!! And the best part was I was not able to get a loaner cause I did not lease my car at there location . Amazing how I finally got the car towed to where I leased it from and the treatment I received was amazing . They did not get the car until 4:30pm so they were unable to assess the issue today but assured me first thing tomorrow and if they need car longer then 1 day they will provide me with a loaner .Service: Brakes

Quick service. If your maintenance is scheduled for longer than you can stay they offer free shuttle to anywhere Staten Island.

Honest, Fast, Reliable, and Well Managed. Was a pleasure to work with a team of professionals and I can tell the staff like working there. Going forward, I will go out of my way (pay the Verazzano) to get service here.

This is the slowest place to get work done considering all the "mechanics" & lifts they have, half of the staff is rude, I'd only come here if I had to, but knowing them itd take 2 or 3 wks to get an appt. Wouldnt recommend.

I have flat tire the workers was telling me they can fix now ,then manager comes in saying no she need to wait two hours. Very mean guy. Of course I have to leaveServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repairServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair
