We came, we saw, we purchased! Just got my first Kia car at Island Kia and am very happy with the experience. The sales team was great - very nice and well informed. It was an easy purchase. No pressure sales here - just wonderful people and great cars.

Words can t describe.they go above and beyond Dante helped me so so much he even lent me a car until my car is fixed for free .i was waiting to check my engine to make sure I kept up with the oil change Dante said in about three days we will have an answer well it only took a few hours .i would recommend Kia to anyone thinking about buying a Kia great car couldn t be happier

Had such a simple and great experience at Island Kia. Mike and Maria helped me make trading in my car and leaving with my new Kia such a pleasant experience. They were both knowledgeable and helped me with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend coming here for your car needs.

Service center is horrible, made my appointment online for 8 am, I get there and they are completely closed. I looked like a burglar trying to break in while trying to find the enterance. I called and no help, I looked online and they don t even open till 9am but somehow let me book and confirmed at 8 am appointment. No wonder they have a 10 years warranty, you can t ever use it.

This was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Vincent and team treat you they way they would want to be treated, and that goes a long way. No hidden fees like the dealership I tried to buy at the day before, and they made it seamless even offering to return my old lease for me to a competitor. We will be bringing all future business to this awesome team.

I rather to give 0 stars if I can, the terrible service they have that have never seen before , the seller firstly was normal walking to us and ask what we need , I said I have no idea yet just wanna look around first then he might thought we have no money to buy and ask me not touching those cars if I don t wanna buy anything, I feel so shameful and left, now I got 2 cars - one from Island Toyota, and another one from Honda, you deserve to lose a business!!!!

Very little inventory on the lot. The young sales guy there was ready for a nap not to sell a car. He could barely be bothered to answer a few questions. It was pretty obvious he could care less...too bad... I was ready to buy a car that day but left thinking to myself, "This place is a joke..I guess I won't be buying from them."

Best experience ever. Our sales Rep Maria was really helpful and assisted my husband and I throughout the whole process until we was comfortable and understood everything we was signing up for. They offered water upon arrival. The place is spacious and clean. She answered every questions we had.

What a difference a year makes! I left a review a year ago for terrible service and uninterested staff. Went back today due to a great phone conversation yesterday with Giovani. He was able to answer all of my questions quickly and intelligently. I went in today, and he gave me everything that was promised with the help of the sales manager who was amazing to deal with. We were in and out with a brand new car in just a few hours! Great experience!

Thorough, friendly and fast. The one thing I was dreading was a long wait and pushy salespeople. None of those things were an issue today. I m very happy with the decision to come here, test drive and walk out with my new car. Great job everyone!
