Went to jeep and got my Subaru trader and got into a beautiful jeep wrangler 4xe. Henry and Oscar helped me out and made this the most unstressful experience at the dealership. It s the only dealer that gave me a honest price and didn t raise price if the vehicle by a crazy amount. Definitely recommend seeing Henry and Oscar for all your jeep needs

My experience was amazing at island Chrysler Jeep. Isabella reached out to me and communicated throughout the week. she helped find the right car for me. She did a Great Job! Horrible experience at Island Chrysler. I brought my RAM 1500 truck in for abattery issue. I was promised it would be done within a week and a week turned into six. Everyweek I went to them for an update on the car and every time they told me they would call me backwhen it was done, I never received a call and had to go to them every single time. Once theyfinally fixed the battery on my car, upon picking it up there was a huge dent on my quarter panel, they told me it might have happent at parking lotAnd promisewould be taken care of within a week or so, but it took over 5 weeks for them to give my car back. On top of that,when I finally picked up my truck for the second time, a ticket was issued forin Brooklyn, yet this dealership and bodyshop are in Staten Island? Now winter is here, I was away for week and when I came back he battery issue is back up and thetruck won't start. All in all, they damaged my truck,and didn't even end upcorrecting the original issue.

This place is OK. They employ all the techniques of a typical dealership. For example, in negotiations they do the invisible manger routine, so you're never able to speak to the person who's actually making the decision. However, you have to be prepared for that when you go to any dealership nowadays. My main concern is they weren't up front on the terms and conditions of the sale. Before I drove there, I called and asked "If I bring my car in, and you want to purchase it, can we complete the transaction today?" Jado checked with the invisible manager, came back and said "Yes, absolutely." So I brought the car in, we agreed on a price, they bought my car, I gave them the keys and surrendered the title (no liens). It was only then that Ali tells me "Your check will be ready in 3-5 business days." So... Island Jeep can't complete the transaction on the same day, like they said they would. It's one of those situations where they disavow what you were told on the phone, and there's not a darn thing you can do about it.

I had a great experience with Alyssa. I told her what I wanted, and she was able to make it work. Very flexible and customer oriented. My car was also ready 3 hours earlier than expected, and I picked it up with no issues. I would recommend anyone to go here for their next car.

Walked into this dealership not expecting to leave with a brand new truck.From the moment I walked in, Alysa took care of me like family.She was able to locate the specific truck I wanted (Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xE Anniversary), allowed me to test drive it and gave me an outstanding deal I couldn t pass up.My father s lease was also up but since he lives half of the year in Florida he couldn t be here to finalize a new lease. Alysa was able to give him an excellent deal as well while also expediting the paperwork, sending it down to Florida in an effortless transaction that I ve never experienced at a car dealership before.There are many options out there these days when leasing or purchasing a vehicle. I ve done my homework when it comes to leases and I can guarantee you that Alysa and the rest of the staff at Island Jeep will take excellent care of you.Thank you again Alysa and I will certainly be coming back for more business once my lease is up!

This has to be the worst service on Staten Island I purchased my truck here and also got it serviced threw them and that was the worst decision ever. I went to get my display hub replaced and ended up with my car at a collision place I m assuming cause my plate cover was changed to a collision spot I think they completely missed that. My door was tapped dings dents and bunch of scratches. When I asked about it no one had an answer for me and till this day my truck remains the same. I don t recommend this dealer to any friend or family. Once again I went for my display hub no reason my doors should have been tapped especially that the customer still can notice it horrible job guys.

Up front and transparent. They gave me a price within 5 mins of providing them the car I was interested in. I thought it was a fair price and asked them to go ahead and start the paperwork. My salesperson, Isabella, had everything prepared when I walked into the showroom. Car was ready, clean and my paperwork was already with the finance manager. I was in and out quickly. Highly recommended.

Island CDJR has thee best customer service and sales dept. Amar assisted me with leasing a Dodge Ram Rebel and honestly is the nicest guy I've ever worked with in getting me into a new vehicle.I previously had a Jeep with my lease ending in a few month's. I wanted a Ram Rebel night edition in grey and couldn't find the right deal or the right salesman in 3 other dealerships. The other dealerships were making it seem impossible to complete an early lease termination with being over mileage as well ( negative equity).Amar is a complete gentleman, extremely professional and very helpful in presenting multiple options. We closed a deal in less than 30 minutes and I drove home in my brand new truck!Much credit to Oscar as well. Great management there.I look forward to staying with them in future and highly recommend this dealership. All positive vibes there!

We had a very bad experience with Island Chrysler Jeep in Staten Island. We purchased a custom-made Wrangler Jeep for the year 2024 (ordered in 2023), and from the beginning, the salesperson lied to us. During our discussions, he assured us that the interest rate would be between 7-10% based on our current credit score. However, when we received our Jeep on the 4th of July last year and were about to sign the contract, we discovered that the interest rate had skyrocketed to 14%.Concerned about this unexpected change, we inquired about the reason. The salesperson falsely claimed that our credit score had decreased since the time of the order, which was not accurate. Refusing to sign the contract under these circumstances, we informed them that we would check with our bank and get back to them. In response, the salesperson assured us not to worry, stating that other customers had faced similar issues. He suggested that we take the Jeep and, after 3 months, secure a better rate from another bank or financial institution without needing to visit the branch in person.Believing his reassurances, we signed the papers and brought home our Jeep. However, when we attempted to secure a better rate three months later, none of the banks allowed us to do so. This left us with a significant financial burden because we had been misled during the vehicle purchase. Upon returning to the store, we discovered that the salesperson had been fired, and the manager claimed they couldn't do anything because we had already signed the contract.The manager at the branch has a very nasty attitude and lacks customer relationship skills. He spoke to us like a lawyer, pointing out our fault in signing the contract, stating, 'It's done. If you want, you can file a complaint anywhere, and he is okay with the outcome of our action.As a customer, I thought I should share my experience with our community to caution against encountering this kind of salesperson/store when you are considering an investment in a vehicle or anything else.

Great experience at Island Jeep.Great job by all involved, starting with Nicole Jarret communicating via text regarding different deals, sales and promotions. Leased a dream car for my wife, as a surprise for her with unbelievable help from Joe Smith. He and Sean helped us find the exact Sarge Green Wrangler that we needed. Took care of all paperwork. Flawless process.Joe even helped us film the video of my wife getting the surprise, while it was freezing outside. Excellent team! Highly recommend!Thanks!

If you need a great deal, amazing service, & even better hospitality then just ask for Jocelyn. Did not feel pressured in any way like most sales agents would do. Helped me with the deal & even an insurance quote. There s two seats to be in if you want to leave a happy customer, & those are the ones at her desk!

Horrible service repair. They tell you they will give you a call on the status of your vehicle within 24-48 hours and then they disappear. I left the vehicle for a battery and engine issue. I called twice, left a message and nobody ever got back to me. They kept my car for a week with no updates. I was over it and just ended up picking my vehicle up the same way it was brought in. Time to look for a better dealership service, don t waste your time with this one unless you don't want to see your vehicle in a while with no updates whatsoever.

Walked into the dealership just for a quick oil change, and bam! Not only did they change the oil, but they also fixed two recalls I didn t even know I had! It was like hitting the service jackpot. And let me tell you about Eric he s not just a service advisor, he s a wizard in a polo shirt. If you need help, Eric s your guy; he ll probably find things to fix you didn t even realize needed fixing without any extra charge . Five stars for the surprise recall makeover and a high-five to Eric, the man, the myth, the dealership legend!

Made me an appointment a week ago for a recall and oil change and I confirmed with Candis or whatever her name is that I want a loaner, she told me yes for sure we can give you a loaner because you have a recall. made me drive on my day off from Brooklyn once the guy started doing my info on the computer I asked him so what car I m gonna get instead as a loaner he said oh don t give loaners for a recall I told him that they told me on the phone I would get a loaner that guy lying to my face saying you called jeep it s self in Jersey, I told him no I called this dealership in specific, well don t waste your time with this lair dealership at the this is a lease idc if they don t want to fix their car good luck

Jevon was an amazing salesman. He took on my sale, and kept me apprised of all updates on my vehicle. The closing process for finance/paperwork was completed in a half hour. Jevon went above and beyond transferring my license plates, as well as re-printing a new temporary registration sticker and applying it. This was my 2nd time leasing from Island Auto, and I know will re-lease through this dealership again in the future!

Sean and his team are A+ in my book. This is my third Jeep lease with Island CDJR and each transaction has been low pressure and high quality. Sean went out of his way to get me the car and deal that I wanted. I will be using Island CDJR over and over for all my needs.They take personal pride in making sure that their customers are happy and well taken care of. Including follow up and any issues that arise with the cars. They went out of their way to help with me my last lease that had an engine fault. Their service team provided me with a loaner and were very patient with me to make sure that in the end, my car was running perfect.
