Your best buddies when they swipe your credit card. Other than that, poor poor service.Recently bought a trade in car from them with a low mileage.I was assured that the car will be fully inspected, cleaned and prepped to safely hit the road. -NOTHING WAS DONE!!! -The car was NOT inspected and unsafe to drive.Didn t even bother to vacuum it.Be careful to deal with this dealership.I lifted a hood in a car, only a visual inspection shows an engine mount ripped in pieces. You know what would ve happened if I didn t spot it?No coolant. You know what would ve happened if a motor overheats?Brakes. I have to floor a brake pedal to stop the car, brakes are not done.The whole car is bottoming out on small road imperfections.That s only a visual inspection.I m afraid to imagine what would ve been found under a thorough inspection, that was promised to be done, but even a simple visual inspection wasn t done.Going back to them today.Let s see what s gonna happen.Will give an update to this post after that.Update. 12/05/23Visited the service center, waited for a few hours to be announced that they can t do nothing at the moment and I have to come another day and have to leave with a car that is dangerous to drive.Going back to them 12/07/23Left the car to do what should ve been done on a day of purchase as a standard safety inspection. They want to charge me money for something that had to be done for free.Going back 12/12/23To see if everything is done.Will be my 4th visit of wasting my time and gas for something I should ve not going back for.Will update.

I found Staten Island Honda to be excellent to work with. I dealt with Lauren and she made the pricing process easy. She did not flood me with numerous e-mail. While they had competitive pricing I did not lease from them. Main reason was that I was out of state and I worked out a lease with a local dealer. I would highly recommend Staten Island Honda.

From the moment I pulled into the garage, I felt very welcomed. Rick, the advisor assigned to me, greeted me @ 9a with a big smile and took the time to chat with me about the issue I was having. This meant a lot to me and was much appreciated! Rick was very open with me about the time it would take and even suggested the most delicious bakery within walking distance for me to get a good cup of coffee. (btw - Honda offers pretty good coffee too!). Rick kept me posted via text, which I wasn't expecting him to do and this helped me manage my time/day much better. As soon as they realized they needed to keep my car overnight, I was offered a "loaner" and was quickly on my way. Rick went above and beyond to make sure I was heard, I understood the process and time, and that the plans I told him I had later that day were not missed. I do feel like I have a friend @ Honda now - I even gave him a big hug before I left! :) THANKS RICK IF YOU ARE READING THIS!

I bought my CRV last month and when i had time to check into the car i saw i feel damaged the used car manager didn t told me about it, the way i see was honest and fair by the dealer, cost me to fixed $780. When i called nobody call me back with solution, i hope who ever is responsible get in touch with me to resolve this issue ,please see attached below.Obs: the next day after i added the review the sales Manager Randy Milejski replied this email saying to contact him i did left two messages and spoke with the customer service and he never call me back, i believe he did that to show off, but the issue was not solved i will send all documents and pictures to Honda Corp. after a month called 3 times and never got a call back definitely not recommended i had to reach it out my attorney.

The service at Honda during my inspection was lovely. The representative Sammy was fantastic and helped me with all the issues that I was having making sure there was a solution that benefited both parties. He s really amazing and I m extremely thankful he helped me with my process since he kept me updated the whole time.

Everyone at Staten Island Honda was FABULOUS. They made my experience of buying my first car so smooth and easy. Gennadi was incredibly helpful and patient with me during the entire process and walked us through every step, as well as Kayla with help on the insurance process and Reggie helping me get the very best deal and monthly payment on my car! My car was at a half tank of gas, so Gennadi offered, if I came back on Monday, he d fill my tank free of charge! I couldn t be happier with my purchase and couldn t thank everyone at Honda of Staten Island enough for helping me make my first experience of purchasing a car so so wonderful. Thanks again!

Great Service ! was able to get pricing on multiple vehicles and got all my questions answered ! Felt very comfortable and confident that my sales person Maria Balderas knew what she was doing and was getting me a very fair deal. 100% recommend this dealership !

Bought our new car with Robert, the Finance Manager, and Raymund, our Sales Consultant. They were both wonderful and made the process extremely easy. They answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) patiently. Highly recommend the both of them. We will definitely return. 10 stars.

The worst finance dept, unprofessional . Tried to get the general manager to respond never called back. The finance department does a bait and switch very rude to the customers.I would try to reach out to the COO Steve Risso, if he s still in charged but it s a vail of secrecy to get in touch with him. He needs to know about the poor professionalism and practices.

I absolutely love everything about my Honda, including the great service I get at the dealer. My service representative, Kevin, met me curbside and he assisted me through the entire process in a professional manner. He called and updated me on the progress of my repair and helped get me on my way quickly when I picked it up because he knew I had to return to work. I will never get my car repaired anywhere else.

Rick Savino from SIHonda helped service my car, I need an oil change as the A1 Maintenance light came on in my car. He was quick, thorough and even saw some factory recalls that he suggested I get taken care of. He told me it would take two hours and two hours later, he called me to say the car is ready for pickup. Great service

I was in very good hands at Honda. My salesman, Devante James, was fantastic. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and what I could afford, and offered me several options. He kept in contact with me as he said he would until he found me the right car and best deal. He also took extra time with me to familiarize me with the cars features and technology, and answered additional questions for me after I had already left the dealership. The finance manager Paul Aguilar was also excellent. He took the time to get to know me and my financial situation and explained everything very clearly to me. Both men were very friendly, caring and professional.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went to my 3 o'clock appointment at Honda. I was able to drive right in and was waited on immediately. Since I was only there to have my car inspected I went inside to wait. I didn't have to wait very long at all. It seems they inspected my car right away. Jeff Pasenkoff my service manager couldn't have been more polite and friendly. Overall it was an excellent experience. Thank you.

My experience at Honda was wonderful. My Sales Associate was Michael Lopiano. He was one of the most helpful and sincere people I have come across at a car dealership. You can tell he cared about me as a customer and my situation and was not just trying to push a car on me.Finance Manager Paul Aguilar was a godsend! He worked with my budget and made the deal happen! He was professional and very skilled in his field. I'm so grateful for everything they did. I would highly recommend going to see them at Honda on Hylan Blvd., S.I!

First, I want to thank Rob (Finance manager,) Devonte (Supervisor) and Eugene our Sales rep for everything! These guys are great and we appreciate you all. We were returning 2 leases and reselecting 2 new cars! The whole process was smooth and professional! Even the GM Eli stopped by to congratulate us on our purchase! The cars that they sell are really good close to amazing. I Got a certified pre owned Honda civic from them and it drives and looks phenomenal. Daniel helped me right away when I walked in. And helped match me with a car that fits my needs. When you go to talk numbers about your payments ask for Paul and no one else. if Paul can't get you approved into an amazing car that's fits your budget no one else can!!!Seriously I got treated very nicely by Daniel and Paul and they were excellent at helping me buy a car from Staten Island Honda

I was very satisfied with the experience of having my car serviced at Honda of Staten island. The service adviser, Jason Meinero, was very courteous and professional. He kept me updated during the servicing of my HR-V and fully explained the work that was needed and being done on my vehicle. I will request him especially as service adviser the next time I need service.

Sammy Moussa was very courteous and honest about what work needed to be done on my car. He brought me into the shop to see certain issues for myself instead of just telling me and forcing me to take his word for it. Much better than past experiences where I was told certain maintenance was absolutely necessary that day, but when the particular fluid needed was not in stock it was fine to wait on it until my next oil change. I felt comfortable that Sammy was not leading me on in any way and would want him to handle my vehicle the next time I need to bring it in. Thank you

Sammy the intake gentleman was extremely helpful from the moment I entered the garage. He kept me informed of everything that was happening and then some and gave me the choice to continue with something else that they found besides the reason I came in. He kept me posted via phone calls to let me know when to pick up my car. Very nice gentleman. And so far the service has been very good. Honda has a reputation of being a very good vehicle so I would only assume that their technicians are mechanics are top of the line as well.

I was assisted by Elaine Bruno. She had assisted a few times in the past and has always been very pleasant. Explained what will be done and listens to what I would like done. Makes sure I know how much I will be charged before having work started.

There are a bunch of crooks they charged me $212 to diagnose my vehicle which they never diagnosed. Try to charge 1900.00 saying that I had a short. I took my car out of there and brought it to a Honda dealer in Jersey. The only thing that they had to do was update the software now my car runs perfectly fine. Route 22 Honda are phenomenal great people great service. I'll never again bring my car to Staten Island Honda

Went to Honda for a bunch of work and an inspection and Jeff Pasenkoff was the service manager who assisted me. My inspection was already expired and I had my service light on but he assured me he would handle it and he did. He made what is normally a hassle, a very easy and enjoyable experience.
