I have been going to Jim for years. This time I had a bad accident . A lot of damage to the truck. My color truck is hard to match. Towed it to Fix A Dent. Jim took care of the rest. Truck was there for about a month. Jim and the shop always kept a strong line of communication with me during the whole process. Finally got my truck back. Looked great , road great as well . They matched the color perfect. They cleaned the inside and outside of the truck . Overall I would highly recommend Fix A Dent to anyone that needs any work on there vehicle. Jim and his staff are a pleasure to work with.

If you ever need a tow truck, I recommend Fix-a-Dent Auto Body Towing, 70 S. Bridge Street in Staten Island, NY. John came with the tow truck and everything was seamless. From the time I called to the time my car was towed was less than 45 minutes. Thank you Fix-A-Dent and John.

More than happy to give Fix-A-Dent a 5 star rating. Would give a higher rating if I could. Everyone throughout the entire business is courteous, polite, professional and highly knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable and fair. In the 8 years I've been bringing my vehicles there for repair and routine maintenance, no one has ever tried to "upsell" me a product or service that I didn't need. I can say with 100% confidence that no customer will ever be mislead or treated poorly at Fix-A-Dent. They are exemplary at demonstrating how a customer-centric business should operate. No other automotive business would even be taken into consideration to work on my vehicles besides Fix-A-Dent.

I always have a wonderful experience here. The staff is incredibly kind and they do their best to work with you. I want to thank Anthony. and the rest of the guys here for their swift response time and professionalism.I locked my keys in my car, and Anthony came to the rescue, and embarrassingly enough, I DID IT AGAIN 3 days later.Both times, Anthony was my savior, and instead of him making me feel like an idiot while I was upset, he cracked a few jokes, and he made me feel better. And told me he was looking forward to seeing me again in a few days, that he will bring coffee next time.What a great guyWhat a goodcompany.Highly highly highly recommended.10 stars.Thank you guys, I'm sure you'll hear from me again.

I was standing outside my vehicle in the freezing cold and their representative Anthony came in a timely fashion and immediately tended to my frustration from being locked out of my car then proceeded to open the vehicle with ease and in no time I was back in my car heading home. My overall experience was great. The guy was a gem.

I went to Fix A Dent because my car would not start. They determined I needed a battery which was installed quickly and professionally.. Great staff and very knowledgeable! I will always use them along with all of my family cars! Thank you Fix A Dent

My vehicle was recently involved in an accident where it spun out and damaged on all sides. In addition to the body damage, the vehicle was practically undriveable. It needed a great deal of body work and mechanical work. Once my car was in the hands of Fix a Dent, everything was taken care of by the professional office staff. After I filed my claim, Gina handled everything with the insurance company. When the insurance adjuster tried to refuse some of the work that was needed, Fix a Dent management stepped in and fought to get what was needed for my car. When I had last seen my car, before being flat-bedded away by Fix a Dent (by a very professional driver), I was very upset at the extent of the damage. I just picked up my car, and I am absolutely shocked! The car looks just like it did the day I bought it (actually, I think it's shinier!). I have no idea how the mechanics were able to make the car look this good, but I am so happy with the results! The car also runs extremely smoothly. The body shop employees, and the auto mechanics, have to be the best in the business. I highly recommend Fix a Dent; your vehicle is in excellent hands!

I requested a tow via AAA they were assigned to tow my vehicle tonight 7:18 Pm Driver text me he s there at the location 45 mins prior. I arrived he never introduced himself or asked for ID or anything. He was already hooking my car up then proceeded to tow w/o it in NEUTRAL.. I had to stop him and personally put my car in neutral after hearing multiple loud clicking sounds. Upon arrival to the address where i was towing it.. i got in the truck to put it in park, while he was unhooking it & my car would not shift gears to park anymore.. I got out to inform him and he GONE. No communication. Never finalizing ANYTHING.I don t even know the guys name. And, my car was still rolling backwards..Who does that? All my years I ve NEVER experienced this level of unprofessionalism with AAA!the mechanic I towed to, inform me that i may have severe damages due to him towing my car while in park. He then had to place bricks on the back wheels to keep it stable. I called fix a dent no answer. google states they re open till 5 which is false.. bc they towed me after 6! Tomorrow i will be reaching out to the BBB and AAA member relations to ensure this NEVER happens again and, to ensure they repair any damages he caused to my vehicle. This is not how you treat customers whom rely on your services for assistance in troubled times. What happened to hello my name is or hi I m here to perform a service etc! Your driver s are trained to just leave? No paperwork? Have a good day or anything? Or ensuing the vehicle is secure & safe 1st? I expected a minimal exchange of communication the least. And, to tip him but he left without warning!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Thank you Fix A Dent for such quick & excellent service today! After locking my keys inside the car, I called AAA for assistance. Within 20 minutes, Fix A Dent was on the scene. Anthony was professional, courteous & a lifesaver!! So grateful that AAA sent Fix A Dent to the rescue, they really saved the day!!

So bad service . I do not recommend to deal with them . Specially a guy called John in the front officeOk , you wanna know why the service is bad I can tell you .I paid all fees but you John did not provide any proof or receipt for the money I paid and this is not a professional way expected from a big corporation like you .Moreover, when I insisted to get I a receipt he delivered me a receipt with a value less than the amount I paid. When I refused this receipt he exchanged the receipt with the actual amount. And this also not a professional way .Sure , he was not satisfied cause I refused to abandon my rights so he made me wait for about an hour to get my car back despite he received all the fees .Finally, when I got the car , he intentionally left it in the street far from the office without notifying me and a no one in your office told me that the car is ready .seem to be he intentionally wants to cause me to be late and disrupt my work, as if I he wants to punish me because I demanded my rightsIs this the right way to deal with the people and customers??I hope now you avoid arguing and save this time to fix your administrative problems and use this time to learn your staff how to deal with customers.

Been to this shop multiple times and I have to say they are extremely knowledgeable and honest people. I m the type of person who asks a lot of questions and they are always so patient and professional with me. I will continue to do any future business here. I have been to many mechanic shops throughout the years and after coming here once I won t go anywhere else.

My vehicle was hit by a driver that ran a stop sign; Fix a dent did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. Special recognition to Sue; her knowledge and expertise in dealing with the insurance company made this experience effortless and painless for me. The folks here truly do care and are very kind and professional. The work was perfect and I've received many compliments on it. Thank you all very much.

Everyone who works at this place is so nice! I always leave with a smile. They are very clean and always do a wonderful job in a timely manner. They have reasonable prices and are very good at what they do. Most everything went well exept the fact that the hood was left open while the electric system is dismantled for over 20 days waiting for whatever , meanwhile the battery gets drained, with the rain these days combined with dirt and debree definitely had a negative affect on my outcome, $5000 later I had same problem ,, electrical systems these days shouldn t be exposed this way and definitely no reason to leave hood opened to drain battery , after all that my car was a Tottal loss !!! Lost 39 days of my life !!! Lol body work was done well ,,Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic

Fix a Dent Auto Body is the best! Friendly and courteous staff. Mechanics do a great job. Been a customer for years. Highly recommend them for all your car needs from inspections to brakes. Plus they do excellent body work. Quality work at good prices. We wouldn't trust our vehicles with anyone else:)

I had called AAA to send me a tow from the hotel i was staying at back to Rhode Island. They sent me a tow from this company. They were a great company, they were quick to get to me, very respectful and courteous. The guy who towed my car home was very nice and he got my car to the shop safe and fast. I would definitely recommend this tow company to anyone who needs it. And to think it was the holiday, definitely got blessed with the best. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
