Absolutely awesome work. I took my VW here after getting side swiped on the front and rear door. While other places wanted to completely change the doors and charge an insane amount money, Euro did the job at a fraction of the cost and didn t have to change the doors. The job came out looking great. I would definitely get all my work done here going forward. Very happy with their service. A+

By far the best customer service that I have experienced. My wife and I took our Toyota Rav 4 to Endri and he and his crew went above and beyond to help us fix our car. Our experience with Euro NYC AUTOWORKS LLC Is a positive one. They fixed our car faster than we expected at a reasonable price. I will be referring people to them in the future, I am very happy with their work and their professionalism.

This guy will always tell you your 2 front tires are bad just to charge you for nys inspection even without performing any inspection. Then, he will always say, the break is no good even if they're good. Twice he had told me the two front tires are bad even without doing any inspection at all, and in both occasions, I've gone to another mechanic and they confirmed all tires and brakes are all fine. Then, if you tell him everything is good, he'd say he doesn't do inspection if you would not change the tires. The question is, why would I change a tire that is almost new? I do not recommend this place.

Andrew is such great guy and mechanic I went there couple times and different cars he definitely does the job and tell you what you may need on future or soon not just trying to get as much work as possible when there is no need like most places, I took the car once to fix some stuffs and he end up renewing the headlights of a bmw 2008 without even asking him to,made it look like new! (Oh didn t got charge for it)Recently went for a oil change with an Audi and asked him about some things I m hearing in a car and quickly told me what it is and what should I get I want to be fix also told me about my tires, next I m going for brakes and paint those wheels definitely a worth and great place to go! Ps: he doesn t sell or if try to sell you tires or other stuffs always give you options.

I took my car to this shop a couple of times, and both were very good. First time they changed brake pads and rotors, and second time they tuned it up. Besides being professional and fast, they are (something so uncommon around the town) honest. Recommendable 100%.

Dre the owner done great work mechanic and Body Work to my 2005 mini Cooper. He is very knowledgeable and honest. The owner is a pleasure to work with if you have any questions or are looking for help with any automotive needs. He has the answer. From working on my 2023 Audi Q5 to my 2002 Prowler. Now I was unable to find A Chrysler dealer that would work on my Prowler it need a power steering pump replacement he did it the same day at a really good price. I love that place. I took my E Class Mercedes Benz for an A3 service and they performed amazing. Went over everything they were supposed to and got my car back to me in a respectful amount of time. This is probably a hidden gem on Staten Island. I recommend this place if your close by and want to avoid going to the dealership. At the end of the day it s about the skill of the mechanic and not where you take it. This place has a skilled mechanic that worked a great A3 service.

This place is amazing! It s always intimidating as a woman to go to repair shops but they ve been so helpful and honest from start to finish. My car was ready sooner than expected and they made this entire process easy and stress free. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!!

These group of guys love what they re doing and it shows by the work they perform. They explain everything to you, which you will not find anywhere else. I changed brakes, rotors and put a new exhaust system. The best guy for German cars so far , i have warranty from Audi for my SQ5 and i still prefer to bring it to this guy cuz i was satisfied how good he knew right away what was wrong with my car when Audi Brooklyn was wondering around what it could be and kept my car for few days and did nothing.Until someone from audi dealership recommended Endri .I brought my car here only for one day he got it fix and when i came to pick it up i saw he also took care of some of the scratches as an extra with no charge.Hardly recommending Services: Transmission, Painting, Electrical, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Needed a dent in my door fixed - he ended up busting my tail-light by "accident" - although he did fix the door and charge me less, still unhappy ...EDIT: NOT A SCAM - this was a while back but my vehicle was a 2020 Chevy Equinox - carbon black - headlight was $227.54 - if you do right, I will change my review...EDIT 2: One of their workers called to make things right but stopped texting after asking him to refund my broken headlight. Figures.

This is a review of the outstanding business practice of an excellent small repair shop for European cars. A subcontractor failed to perform properly; however, the owner, Dray said that he would personally rectify the problem. I told him that I did not want him to suffer financially., but he said that it affected his brand, which he stands behind. Not only is there technical competence at a competitive price, Euro_Nyc Autoworks, gets my top rating.Claire Guttsman

I was hesitant about trying a new mechanic since people try and work you over when they know you re a woman, but not knowing you were raised by mechanics. This auto shop restored my faith in humanity. Honest and hardworking. Easy to communicate with. They restored my car from an accident that I thought would be a complete write off. They work extra hard to make sure that when your car leaves their care that you are 100% satisfied with the results. I am forever grateful for them putting up with my emotional roller coater ride with my insurance company. I have 2016 Audi A6 & I pass by the shop all the time see all the foreign cars getting serviced. My car was due for service so I thought to give them a try, I meet a crew of friendly & honest Mechanics.
