The staff at Dependable Auto Body did an amazing job with my car. The finished product was nothing short of miraculous! Everybody there was courteous and professional, and answered any and all questions in an expeditious manner. My car came back on the low end of the timeframe estimate. I would highly recommend Dependable Auto Body to anyone needing any kind of body work.

This was my third time with dependable auto body and they never ever let us down. They are always honest with a time frame and always make the next steps nice and clear so there s no worry or wonder. They give updates as my cars are getting worked on and I always know what stage in the process we are in. It s so nice to feel comfortable with the people taking care of your car. I will forever choose dependable auto body. There s no other place for me! 10/10 recommend! Don t even think, just go to dependable.

They are really fantastic and go above and beyond when working on your car. They set up my rental and ensured I had one comparable to mine. When I picked up my car, it was washed and cleaned. Truly amazing. Thanks Paul and everyone!

I actually happened upon this repair shop due to the fact that the repair shop next door was closed on this particular day. Well that repair shops loss was Dependable' s gain. It must have been meant to be because customer service was excellent, the repairs exceeded my expectations, and the repairs were completed earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

Phenomenal experience and highly professional team over at Dependable. They worked on my car from start to finish and took care of insurance and car rental creating a seamless experience so that I could continue to go to work and proceed as normal. Dependable Auto Body is great. They offered to work with my insurance company to make sure that my car is put back together in the best possible way. From what I have experienced, they are extremely nice people. They had me back on the road in less than a week. I had hit and run kind of accident. My cars s two right door was messed. I got my car back as brand new! They did a great and fast job! I dropped my car Monday afternoon and Friday morning it was ready to pickup. I read google reviews before I dropped my car now It s my turn to leave honest reviews for them. Don t think about it they are right please for your car! Thank you very much for great work!

I was referred here by my insurance company. The staff, seemed to all understand that having the repairs, isn't something I want to do but forced, in a sense, to do; thus, everyone I've interacted with were all understanding and realistic.From the get go, realistic expectations were established, as soon as parts came in, we brought the car in for repairs. Repairs were done earlier then expected.Danny was the contact person and he was very much on top of the case from start to finish.Drive safe BUT if need a shop, definitely recommend this one.

For Three generations my family has used dependable auto body in our time of need to repair our vehicles. The name says it all! Joe and Paul are very helpful and caring. They will help you until the claim is settled and you vehicle is repaired and returned to you!

I was recommended this body shop by my car insurance for damage to my fender, door, and mirror. Paul, Jr examined my car and explained in detail what needed to be repaired, duration of the service, and the cost. My car was ready on the exact day I was told. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, amiable, efficient, and have exceptional workmanship. They did an absolutely amazing job, my car looks brand new! I just picked up my beloved 93 Mazda MX6LS. A huge tree limb crashed on my car damaging both fenders and hood. Paul and the other guys did an outstanding job as usual. They said one week and exactly one week later they called car was ready. I am very pleased. You can tell this is family owned business. Car looks like new. I'll have to leave it in my garage to keep it like that. Thanks Paul and Steve.

I had my first accident and all my fears of body shops were over the second I walked through the door. Family owned, professional staff, organized and supportive to their customers. Went through my insurance after a minor collision. Paul was great! Everything was so quick, from the initial inspection/estimate to the actual work done and the pick up. Absolutely great experience. My car was damaged when it bottomed out when my office complex flooded. They completely redid the undercarriage of my car and several other bodywork. My car almost looks brand new. It runs like a dream. Paul Junior and the staff at dependable did an amazing job. Dependable is named well. I made an appointment, took my car in for body work (deep scratches, dents, etc), and when they were finished my car looked brand new. It's a 2012, so it's definitely not new. I highly recommend them for quality service and they are nice people.
