Don't go this store! too unprofessionally. I bought car in 1 years.never problem. I went there to change both new tires. But They broke my tire pressure test. And both new tire not same size!! It's not worth to pay them any money!

This place suck. The worst tire shop I ever been too. 35 dollars to patch a tire and the tire still leaking.

Perfect for all tire needs. They fixed my flat and put hyndai specifications on the other tires that had no issue. Nice family owned I think

I brought my car to have them pull two small nails from a tire, which I already knew did not have a slow leak because the car was sitting for a month before I took it there this morning. The repair guy told me there was a slow leak so he put two plugs in the tire. Which I did not have a problem with, but I had already taken the two nails out of the tire two day prior and the tire still held air. So I put them back in to see how honest the repair guy would be. It's safe to say that I don't recommend this place at all.

worst place to go to... yesterday my dad went to get certain tires because he knows what he is looking for and the lady that works here promised him good tires for a good price... while they were changing the tires, they thought it was a good idea to try and SCAM my dad and place different tires than what they had agreed on. When my dad notified them that they were putting the wrong tires on the car one of the men working decided to get in my dads face and argue with him for asking for the right tires... 100000% do not recommend this place unless you re trying to get scammed.

Keiko and his crew always provide a great service and at the right price. There is a large selection of tires in the yard. I had a case where i needed a special order for a specific tire to fit my specialty rim. Castleton tire was able to have the tire ready the next day at 8am. Good people. Good price. Good tires.

Extremely helpful and polite! Pluss they have practically every tire size at the lowest prices you will find on Staten island!! I absolutely, hands Down, would recommend Castleton Tires to anyone looking for the best deals!!

After non English speaking employee notified me the cost of plug was $, the English speaking employee said quinces (I remember hs Spanish) which means $15! Why would I pay more than last customer?! Because you didn t believe I understood Spanish? I gave honest employee $13, 3 as a tip and the other dude promptly grabbed ALL OF IT for himself while muttering in Spanish how displeased he was with price I received. Put up a price list in English/Spanish for clarity and honesty...until then I d recommend avoiding this establishment.

The place has a sign inside stating: "we are not responsible for any damaged pressure sensors." What is the point in getting your tire fixed there if they are not professional enough to leave your expensive tire pressure sensors intact. That is a big red flag for me. If you car has tire pressure monitoring system don't go there.

Quick repair at a reasonable price on some nails I had in a tire ... staff was pleasant and explained the process and showed me the actual leaks ... overall good experience

Don't go... they damage the Wheel Lug Nuts and guy told me I need to change them...they d I nt really know waht they doing..simple

The guy tried to sell me a pair of really ratty looking used tires. One went flat before I even got home and got to put them on the car. The other tire had a big bubble in the side wall and did not look safe to drive with. When I went back to the place the guy took the tires off the rims and gave me some bullshit story about getting his office robbed and not having the 50 bucks to give me back.

They gave my dad a cheap tire And they lied about the size of the tires and they put them in. The tire went flat the next day! We went to another place who told him the size isn t right and that the tire wasn t good. Won t be coming back here again!

After trying to explain the problem, I had to call a friend who spoke Spanish to let the people know what I was saying. I had a nail in my tire they removed it and fixed it right away.

no frills place, but very fast and helpful. friendly workers. a little tricky to get into sometimes but they will work with you to get you sorted out.

Worst place ever the guy first gave me two tires for my truck that wasn't even the right size or pressure two days later one tire was flat my husband bring the truck back he switched it another day later the tire had a ball in it my husband went back to get a new one three days later my truck could barely move making all sorts of noise took me two days to figure out what was wrong don't ever go there there horrible!!!
