The customer service is TERRIBLE. It took me sending 9 emails to get refunded after 3 months of waiting on a refund. I emailed multiple times trying to replace my order due to me being a wreck and needing different seat covers. The email responses were completely rude and never once did I get an apology after stating how rude they were. I do not recommend ordering from the company. I got a new truck and will not be ordering my seat covers through CarCoverUSA.

CarCoverUSA, Inc, a dealer with many product lines has a poor return policy if you are not satisfied with the product. First if there is a defect, this dealer sends you to the manufacturer who then disclaims a defect. Then you are stuck with a 20% restocking fee plus shipping. Look elsewhere and check return policies. Second, EVEN IF YOU RETURN THE ITEM THEY DON'T GIVE YOU A REFUND. I RETURNED THE ITEM AND WAS NEVER ISSUSED A REFUND!Also consider if they are giving you a good price its too good to be true. The cover king seat covers ordered from this dealer were a poor fit and disappointing. The quality has gone way down. Cover king does sell on their website too. No go for their product.AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND EVEN IF YOU RETURN THE ITEM. NOTE THE COVERKING SEAT COVERS ARE NOT ACTUALLY RETURNED TO CAR COVER USA, THEY ARE RETURNED TO COVERKING.And their response that the wrong product was ordered, well Car Cover USA did not offer an exchange. In any event the product sucks and is not worth the money.

We had a great experience with both product and customer service.We have a 2022 Polaris General XP 1000 4 seater. We got the 150 cover and while it technically fit, it was too snug in pivotal points with no extra room to spare. We exchanged it to the 162 size, fits perfect with room to add light bar of you want. Fits all the way down all 4 tires, room around and above cab without being a parachute.Customer service was great to deal with for the exchange.The cover has already gone through high wind and rains with no problems. We have no intentions on trailering with it on though. Mother nature is stronger then any fabric and thread.

I purchased a car cover almost a year ago, the car cover arrived to Hawaii in a reasonable amount of time, the product fit my car perfectly, it has performed as expected. I am now experiencing an issue with the car cover, it seems the material under side of the car cover has been shedding white residue and it started just recently, it is annoying because I have to wipe the car down to remove it which becomes a hassle, again this cover is not even a year old. Waiting to hear back from someone to help with my warranty claim. Wish me luck.

I ordered seat covers both front and back for my truck. Paid $700 for custom seat covers. Recieved made in Mexico covers of low quality. Also, I accidentally ordered wrong size for the rear. So I was gonna swap for correct ones. They gave RA#, but would not in any way even help with a return shipping label. It cost me $100 to return. That is messed up. I don't mind paying for return shipping, but they should at least help out some for customer service. Now I'm waiting on the rear covers and still waiting on original paid refund. Plus out another $100 and paid shipping again. I have never dealt with a company who would not help out a customer with returning product. I will never order from them again. They lost a customer. I would have bought floor Mats and seat covers for wife's car. But they lost my business.Tip for consumers:They will not cover return shipping or even help with a shipping label. Refund policy is horrible. Nothing is custom as promised. Made in Mexico.Edit of review after response.....Funny how you respond to customers. Instead of apologizing you post a defensive comment.. Folks if you look, that is how they respond to all the negative comments.. And there are quite a few. Dont buy from them. What happened to customer is always right?Yes I did purchase from you ..my email is different than Google account and Google don't let you post with yahoo account.You offered to pay restock fee. You would not help with a shipping label. Even tho, I said that I would pay you for it. It cost me $100 to return because you would not send me a label. Work with your customers. Ive never had a company not provide a return shipping label. After all i was reordering from your company. You could have sent me a label and had me pay you for shipping when I reordered the correct seat cover. Because you refused to help it cost $100 to return. When you could have sent a $15 label.Also, as soon as I get home...I can and will include pictures of my receipt and pictures of seat covers that show ..Made in Mexico..They are not custom made covers.

My lovely wife surprised me with a custom dashboard cover for our 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT after she noticed me admiring one in another car. I expected it to reduce visual glare and reflected heat while driving, and it does. What surprises me is how well it reduces the interior temp when it is parked in the sun, a conspicuous value in Texas summer heat. It s truly amazing!

Just received my windshield sunshade for my 2023 Stinger GT2. It fits perfectly, and is easy to install and remove. Yes, it definitely costs more than most windshield sunshades, but I can tell the workmanship is wonderful and I expect it to keep the car cooler in these hot days in Florida. This is the car of my life and I want to keep it in the best shape possible, inside and out.

I am having an ongoing bad experience with this company and am wishing I had read reviews before making what I thought would be a simple purchase. Reading through all the other reviews on here, I am definitely not the only one to experience neanderthal customer service and unsatisfactory products.I ordered carhartt seat covers from Car Cover USA for my 2001 ford truck on October 24 2022, after liking the carhartt seat covers my friend had in her 2017 ram. They arrived quickly, but the rear seat cover for the crew cab seat completely did not fit and for some reason was in 3 parts, as if I had a split seat, leading me to believe it was the wrong item, and I was unable to get the driver side cover to fit the seat at all. After verifying that I had ordered for the correct vehicle specs but was still unable to get the item to fit as pictured or to my satisfaction, I requested a return authorization from Car Cover USA. I received it promptly. I put the covers in the mail that day, October 27, with tracking. They were delivered back to the manufacturer (who by the way is not Car Covers USA) on October 31.I then noticed in the fine print on the email I received that I would not receive a full refund, and would be charged a restocking fee. I emailed requesting that be reconsidered as the rear seat covers appeared to be the wrong item. I was told that I would need photo documentation, and that if it was the wrong item the warehouse would figure that out. I had already mailed the items back and was unable to retrieve them from the post office.On November 11, the manufacturer refunded Car Cover USA for my returned items - I verified by phone they received them in new condition as required.On November 17 after not hearing anything or receiving any form of refund, and at the same time having my credit card info stolen and used to purchase a flight and $600 of alcohol, I filed a complaint with my credit card company and issued a stop payment on the car covers.This initiated a flurry of bullying "this is going to collections" emails from Car Cover USA. They also sent documentation to my credit card company saying that I would receive the refund due to me after they reinstated the charge, which happened on December 1.I have tried to call Car Covers USA to speak about this matter and get my refund in time for the holidays, but they do not answer the phone and have not returned my call.It is now nearly 7 weeks since I returned the covers which did not fit and I am still waiting on a refund.

Absolutely do not buy anything from this company. They claim to have a guarantee their item will fit. Upon receipt of a le bra front end cover, I put it on, it was a poor fit and then the cover flapped against the side of my car on the first trip. I immediately removed it so it wouldn t damage the car and returned it at my own expense. After repeatedly contacting them because I was not issued a refund, they tell me it was dirty and I wasn t going to be refunded. The photos are the under side of this black faux leather cover. This thing was on my car for literally 1 hour before it went back in the box. I m now out almost $200 thanks to their warranty fraud and have a useless front end cover sitting in a box. Thanks jerks, great customer experience.- I response to the response of the business, I told them I would not pay another $20 to ship it back again and hope they refund me this time, minus the restocking fee. At this point they can pay for shipping. Also, I never refused to communicate. We have emailed multiple times back and forth today. This response is just another example of the customer service you can expect from this business.

They sent me the wrong part that did not even look like the picture in the inclosed instructions They keep telling me it is correct but it is not I have had 3 Libra s in the past and all were correct and great so I know what I am doing.Now I had to pay over $15 to ship back and I know they will charge me restocking fees I suggest you look elsewhere for any purchases.By the way I sent them pictures to back up my claim

I returned product because i did not like and its been 2 weeks and still no refundI am beginning to believe i have been scammed by a dishonest company!UPDATE 6/28/23- carcover responded and claimed they have refunded and that i needed to look at my ststement. I looked at statement and still no REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM NOW WARNING EVERYBODY DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESSS!!!!!!!

RUN from this company. The item I purchased was lacking all parts. I did not have time to wait on them to send me the parts that should have already came with the original. The original order took 3 weeks to get to me. Since I wasn t willing to wait on the other parts, and am sending the item back, they re trying to charging me a restocking fee - for their mistake. On top of all of that, the guy on the emails is super unprofessional, arguing with me, and telling me that I said I didn t like the color. Dysfunctional, unprofessional subpar, unorganized company. They are starved for money. The item was cheaply made anyways. Not worth the price.Edit in response to this kind owners response1 - I already had the records to view, that s why I said 3 weeks.2 - As stated in our communications, the parts that were missing was this installation parts. A dash cover without the parts to secure it to the dash are missing parts .3 - My interior is black. I ordered a black mat. I received a black mat. I m confused as to why I would say that I didn t like the color. Black is the color I needed. What a nightmare of a transaction.

HORRIBLE customer service. It s a VAPE shop selling car parts on the side. They said the seat covers were quick delivery but then after they took my money it said it will be a month. How is that quick? Will not refund my money, will not cancel the order. Agent swore at me in an e-mail. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

We are very, very pleased with our front seatcovers from CarCoverUSA. We ordered them online for our 15 year old Prius, got them in a tan tweed, and received a call from the Jocelyn Cordero at the CalTrend manufacturer, to confirm that we did not have side airbags, then they were custom made and shipped to us in 2 weeks as promised. They included headrest covers, and nice sturdy pockets on back just as originals did. It took two of us to slide them on as they fit snugly, but not long, and they look great, so we ordered a new cover for the console. We are very, very happy with this online order and delivery, and my car looks great! Hope there is a place to post a photo! Linda Whitt in Virginia Beach

We ordered a custom dash cover for my sons Elantra and we decided to go with the embroidered stitching to put some lettering on it. No complaints on the cover it fit the dash just right but Let s just say it would ve been much better without the lettering.when something looks as bad as that lettering does, I don t know why they would be offering it.

I have never written a review before but my experience with this company has been so terrible that I feel obligated to warn others. My order arrived over a week later than the scheduled delivery which was already over a month from order date. The product came in and is very cheap. The covers did not fit the vehicle they were ordered for. I sent the company an email requesting a return code. It has been over a week and I still have not gotten a response. I have emailed them for a second time. There is NO phone number on the website or your order confirmation email. This company and this experience has been a nightmare.

Do not even deserve a star the dash cover I order for my truck took almost a month to get here. I understand its an old truck, but I got one off of Amazon that was made way better than this one was. The stitching was a mess from the one that I got from this company and it wasn't even the color I requested it was a brown not a tan. I sent it back about 2 weeks ago and I still not have received my refund and I had to pay $8 for a shipping label since they did not give me one even though it's considered a manufacturer defect due to how poorly it was crafted. So I have paid $70 for a dash cover that I do not even have when the one that I got from Amazon was $30 and is very well made. Only took 1 week to get here.

The custom seat covers we ordered are great. They fit our RAV4 front seats perfectly. The neoprene material is good quality and makes it easy to slide in and out of the car. Look like they should last a long time. The delivery time was good and the installation instructions were easy to follow. All in all, a good experience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I ordered a boat cover online. CarCoverUS put the wrong address on the shipping label. UPS says it was delivered but I never received it. I put in a claim with UPS and Car CoverUS. A couple of weeks later UPS says they found the package and are returning it to them. The rep continues to tell me to pick up the package at UPS and/or change delivery. UPS tells me to contact the sender. After multiple emails of them repeating the same thing, I am fed up. I requested a refund but they are telling me I will have to pay for the shipping both ways. Terrible customer service. Do not bother doing business with them. I ordered a cover from Amazon and received it the same day using the same address.Adding another picture of a nasty email I received. Customer service is terrible. Not to mention the grammatical errors are hilarious. Just because you think it is simple to go to ups does not make it so. You or your system input some additional text in the address to make it wrong. I know my address and had no problem with Amazon getting me a cover. Sorry you don t have the ability to treat people better when mistakes are made. BBB will also receive a complaint with that email attached. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

This review is about the horrible customer service and communication I received. I purchased seat covers and dashboard cover for my new 2020 F150. Order was placed 1/1 and I got notification that products would arrive 2/8. Around 2/12 I asked for status and was told two more weeks. Waited 3 weeks and again was told it will be two more weeks. Around 3/10 I was told order would be delayed until end of March. I have an email thread with over 12 exchanges. I asked to have my queries escalated to a member of management and was flat out ignored. The lack of honest response and respectable customer service is not what I expected. I d never do business with this company again regardless of their products. CarCoverUSA did not gain me as a satisfied customer. Two thumbs down!

Bought seat covers, my mistake i ordered for the wrong year. Called and spoke with Jim G who exchanged them for the correct ones and free shipping. Loved them fit great look great recommended to all my family and friends. Thank you Jim and CarCoverUSA for a great product and great service. will be ordering floor covers and dash covers soon.

Terrible customer service! Ordered a bra for my car on March 26. Estimated ship date was March 29. Hadn t shipped by April 2 so sent an email for shipping status. They replied that it was not in stock and should ship by end of the next week. Still nothing by April 15 so sent another email for shipping status and received a reply that it should ship by the next week. It is now April 23 and still has not shipped. Sent another email today expressing my disappointment in their customer relations/service and that they should keep their customers updated with their order/shipping status. I had to reach out to them 3 times about my order. If I hadn t, I would still be waiting with absolutely no correspondence from them as to shipping info. Once they knew it would not ship on the estimated date they should have sent an email letting me know that it was not in stock and would not ship for over 4 weeks. If I had known it was going to take over a month to receive it I would have ordered it elsewhere. Should have shopped around before ordering from them. Found it on a few other sites- in stock, free shipping and less expensive. Needless to say I will never do business with these people again!!!

Received the incorrect dash mat, went thru the email process of sending images, was told I would receive the return label, never received it, then when I asked for it, they stated they needed images sent because they sent the right dash mat. So now I have to take time out of my schedule and start over. don't mess with them, total headache.

I bought a custom cover for my R8. They had special requirements for the tail fin I ordered black sides with a deep red body. There was little communication but that wasn t really necessary. On check out they said a date which was a few weeks out and sure enough it was there on that date. The cover is soft on the inside. Satiny on the outside and fits perfectly.

I absolutely love my seat heaters! As a chiropractor, my muscles ache at the end of the day and my old car had heated seats that I could climb into for soothing relief. Although I would generally never buy a car without heated seats, that's what I ended up with and was unhappy. With your seat heaters, all is good! Thanks for your easy to install product and quick service.

My very expensive Sunbrella car cover I purchased thru CarCover USA started failing about a year short of the end of warranty period. I notified CarCover USA and they brokered an RMA so I could return it to the manufacturer. It was replaced free of charge. I'm a "happy camper"!

Fantastic company! I ordered the wrong one the first time. Contacted them to let them know I made a mistake and needed to reorder the correct one. Was immediately given instructions on the return. Sent the wrong one back received my refund and the correct one. Fantastic product and customer service.

Great company to work with. Two covers are included. The quality of the Carhartt covers are excellent.I thought there was only going to be one per package incase you were replacing any, so I bought two. When I opened the package I soon realized one was sufficient. I asked to return the other one past the 30 day window, explaining what happened. They were very friendly, and accepting of my request. I will definitely purchase from them again in the fuiture.
