Just where they wouldn't put you on hold so long when you call.We're customers also 17 minutes is way too long. Had to hang up without getting my questions answered other than that. I liked the store for cheap parts bitter sweet relationship.

I went in to buy break/tail lights I asked the employee if they can install it for me, it was a yes or no question. He rang me up told me to wait he went ahead rang someone else, went outside to another customer waiting about 20min inside until he came up to me and said No. He could ve just said no in the beginning instead of having me wait.

This place is amazing! i was helped by Jimmy , Russell & Austin; they were super helpful! I had to replace my left rear brake light .. they didn t even flinch .. u need a new brake light? We got u! I ll come out now to replace it! I wasn t expecting this type of customer service! I ve been coming here for years but I have to say this crew is the best I have ever dealt with! they all need a raise! They were super kind patient and made me laugh the whole time! Thank you auto zone!

I needed a bulb for my headlight. The representative checked and changed it for me in a short amount of time. He was very pleasant too. I recommend this business if you need a small car repair.

Nasty people working there. Sales person never issue receipt and they refuse to credit . I asked pull the cameras and check , refused. I spend 30 minutes to call reward and get transaction .

I was there yesterday. Young man ask me cash or credit. I said cash, he said come to this cash register. That register didn't work. He said come to this register. Then that one didn't work. Again he said come this register, I said this is the third register. Customer service was bad. All 3 times I'm moving back and forth he never picked up any of my items to move them to next register, never apologized. Manager should teach them about customer. service.

Elvir and Miguel were extremely helpful. They couldn t do enough to help me. Wouldn t let me leave until my issues were resolved. Respectful and courteous. Definitely recommend the store

Always able to park in the parking lot which is a good thing. The staff is always helpful. I even seen one of the staff coming from helping somebody in the parking lot.This employee proceeded to start helping a customer just pulling into the parking lot before he got to the store. The customer was quite surprised and even mentioned how grateful he was for the immediate assistance. I thought that this was worth mentioning and hope it was helpful to those who read this review .I had also returned a part from a different auto zone and they had no problem with the return .

Great service and staff always eager to help and try to save your money. They open every day till 10pm. This is very good for me since I always home until 8pm. Recently just got a conditional ticket to fixed my head light within 24 hours. I was in and out of the store at 9:30pm and still have enough time to do my repair. Thank you. Will definately shop there again.

Awesome Guys working in the afternoon here . Had to change my car battery before they were about to close (5 min before closing)but they not only sold me the battery but helped all the way to put it in my car .I forgot to ask the guys name but he was super duper helpful. Thank you guys you are awesome

This is my neighborhood Autozone which I frequent very often.The staff here are exceptional. For every car project, they have been very helpful and knowledgeable in pointing me in the right direction.One night, I had a taillight out and stopped by to purchase a new bulb. Staff offered and replaced the light for me without me asking.I highly recommend this store for all your automotive needs

I use this place many years and always staff were great, but today i was confused with service very bad.. hope that guy was new worker and he don t know nothing about be nice with customer. I don t want writing the name of that person. Thanks for everything.

Terrible service. all new young people. You got rid of all the good experience old people. You save money but you are not taking care of customers with knowledge and helpful workers. Saving money and making money is all you care about. I go to NAPA now better service and prices are better.

Great experience here, went originally to the one over on veterans road west. They sold me the battery over there and would not install it for me. Went to this one on hylan blvd and they were nice enough to do it for me! Will be going to this location for any of my car needs.

I replaced the my cars battery at this store. I was happy with my whole experience.The staff was helpful, explaining the options available. Once battery was selected they assigned one technician/mechanic to install it. This was a free service offered by AitoZone.You may find better prices, different options around. But this place was easy, hassle free and smooth experience for me. Quick service too.
