First time I've been here with a small group and I got to say it's pretty decent. Not much is going on in the store. I did see a couple of workers and what looks like the owner of the store. Just your ordinary retail car part store where you can get stuff for your vehicle. The inside of the store looks like something straight out of 2005. But I'm not judging, I'm 25 and I don't have a car, but if I do, I would drive to this place for gas and cleaning supplies.

My battery was dead and they gave me one that was $50 cheaper than anywhere else. Great service the workers were very helpful with everything and very patient with my twenty questions. I definitely suggest going to them first before anywhere else since the prices will most likely beat out most places

Entire staff here are super rude, every time I come here, I get treated with attitude. Today I came here, seeking for help with getting a new battery for my remote key, Jessica said you have to figure out yourself how to open your remote, which I eventually did myself, then they said here is the battery & put it yourself, basically saying indirectly pay us the price of battery and get the f out here

Great Experience!Sales Associate Nate was an Exceptional Help to me, when I needed advice on the choice of motor oil I should use...He was also invaluable in assisting me with the online app & and in-store perks, all with a great attitude and genuine desire to give me the best service possible...He is a True Professional, and an Asset, of which AutoZone should be proud!He is The Main Reason I continue to visit that particular store, because he gives the store a sense of integrity...and I'm always confident in my decisions after his professional advice...

Customer service SUCKS!THEY DON'T EVEN LEND A JUMPER!BUT, THEY DO TO OTHERS, DISCRIMINATION.THE MANAGER, THE FAT MANAGER IS THE ONE WITH THE BIG ATTITUDE. ONE DAY HE'S GOING TO MESS WITH THE WRONG PERSON, THEN THEY WILL SHOW THEM WHAT TO BE SAD ABOUT. DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB? QUIT! PLENTY OF PPL WOULD LOVE TO HAVE IT!

Today 4/3/2023 I went to this location at around 5.30 ish pm, and there was a very nice young white guy who helped me out, he looks like a high school age, but was sooo helpful, kind and took his time to help everybody. I went there to change my blinker light and he was kind enough to give me a discount since he was unable to fix the issue. I forgot to ask his name but I assure you he gave the best customer service I ve gotten from any of the Autozone locations.

Nothing to special about this run of the mill AutoZone located in Tompkinsville section of Staten Island off of Bay Street close to Victory Boulevard. Service here is standard, and i must admit, in regards to places that you can quickly buy car parts without too much of a prior notice or arrangement, as far as my knowledge is concerned this is the only establishment in the direct area where such a task can be completed. Kudos

The manager Jimmy at the Auto Zone located at 270 Bay Street in Staten Island, NY went above and beyond for me. He helped repair my headlights and he also tested my wires and he repaired them and I really appreciate everything he did for me. This is from Michael Jones.

The guy who handled my online order was not trying to work with me. Continued to tell me he couldn't process a refund for a product I didn't want anymore. I'm mad I don't remember his name, but he's an older Spanish looking gentlemen, salt and pepper hair, I'm 5'11" so to me he's short. Before I came to the store I told him I didn't wanna wait for the oil, so he played with the computer instead of processing my return and wouldn't let any else help him do it. So I had to call customer service and get the refund done in less then the 20 min it took me to tell him I would not come back.I left the order number in the pics just incase the company wanted to look into it.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. The manager Javier and his team went above and beyond to help me when my car died in their parking lot. I had ny car towed 4.5 hours after it died and he stayed to make sure I was fine until his shift ended. This place is amazing!

Atrocious "service" by this AutoZone location. I would never go there.So, my car was brought in tonight with the Service Engine Soon light on. The staff refused to use their code reader, claiming that the light meant the oil needed to be changed. I think they were just lazy and didn't want to work much before closing.In any case, why would anyone go to an auto shop like this? I've personally had great service from other Auto Zone locations! This is the first time anything like this has happened that I'm aware of.I'd give zero stars if I could; I'm at a loss to understand how they even deserve one.ADDENDUM:My car was brought to another Auto Zone later that same night, one on Hylan Boulevard, and their staff took the time, despite the late hour, to pull out their code reader and hook it up to my car. Thanks to them for that. I'll have to write them a positive review.I have had good service, or at least they have made the effort, every time I've been there. It is the Bay Street location that I will avoid from now on.

Wonderful staff. Need window blades. Staff picked out the correct sized and saved me from a bad choice. Then a staff saw me struggling to install, he came and popped out the old and install the new. This on a rainy day 5 stars all day.

They provided the service I requested. The salespersons were professionals and friendly. However, I wished they were more helpful in explaining their checkout/line system. I did not and still don't understand their line system. I waited 15 mins or more to make a return, when someone entered the store, pickup their item and walked up to the cashier and received service without getting in line. It appears I was the only person in line that cared or didn't understand what was happening. When I voiced my opinion, the sale person told me it was not my turn and I had to go to a particular cash register...but no one was at that location. It still baffles me.

Very bad customer service. The person I was dealing with seemed upset that he had to return the mirror i just purchased. He asked me for my number then said I yelled because he didn't hear me the first time.He also seemed upset when he took a personal call while dealing with a customer. He refused to give me his name. I have been in customer service for over 30 yrs and this is the worst. #1 you don't argue or threatened customers. #2 I will never ever going to a auto zone again and that included my company.He should not be dealing with customer's.

Great store if they don't have the part they will get it for you , if they can't get it than it's a dealer part. Staff is very helpful , I purchased headlights and they actually installed the bulbs free! Gave the guy a tip , I mean anyplace would charge you at least $20 to install them.

There is a white bold employee that treats really bad to the customers, i've been here a couple times and he is always in a bad mood or not willing to help. If he doesn't like his job I shouldn't pay for that. Customer satisfaction should be the goal to not lose customers.

I was served fine, but a gentleman came in to have a problem solved and I was somewhat online and partially not, he went to to counter and the man belittled him for cutting me. I felt bad even though I was next because I was in the process of looking at other items as well. That man went on and on like tht man was trying to rob the place

Came because I had a problem with my battery. Javier was wonderful. He checked my battery and discovered it needed replacement. Javier changed the battery and even tried to get me a coupon for a discount. Eventhough the discount was not possible he went above and beyond his job and made it a great experience
