I got a crack in my car windshield. Angels service came to my house next day. Their pricing was very reasonable. But Angel contacted Allstate - my insurance company - and set-up that Allstate will pay for the windshield replacement, no cost to me. They did a good job in the less in one hour. Very nice people. Highly recommended.

I was amazed at the service here. Previously I called another auto glass shop in Brooklyn which assured me that they had the glass in stock. Called insurance company who sent them a work order, later was called by this other glass company in Brooklyn who told me they need to order the glass and it could take a week. Called Angels Auto Glass which I found on google and he also assured me he had the glass in stock upon hearing my skepticism Angel actually took the time to text me a photo of the glass and manufacturing engravings proving it was actually in stock and genuine OE glass not a Chinese knockoff. Had insurance transfer the work order to this shop and I had the glass replaced the same day! Not only that but he took the time to carefully recalibrate my forward facing camera. How many car companies play games with their customers? Too many Angel however seems to be cut from another cloth. Honest and dependable. I am very grateful!

My husband and I were very happy with Angels auto glass. I would recommend them to anyone and we have to all our friends. Angel contacted us right away and gave us a great price on a brand new windshield after our window spider cracked and safelite couldn't successfully fixed it. Well worth the trip over the bridge from Jersey. Angel was very friendly and accommodating to us. We sat in the garage at location #3 and he took care of everything. Also angels auto glass comes with a lifetime warranty and optional email invoice. We will always recommend him. Thank you so much.

I had a large windshield crack from something falling from an apartment balcony onto my car. I called around the island to every shop looking to see who had one, but no luck. Angel called me back on his cell phone and let me know he could order the windshield for the next day and replace it.I had a little trouble finding the correct location at first, it's a garage / storage unit with enough room to work on 2-3 cars at a time. Angel and another worker together were able to remove the old windshield, cleanup the contact areas and get the new one in and sealed in just about an hour, they worked fast!There's some tape they leave for 24 or 48 hours before getting the car washed and that's it. I want to say it was $250 but it was awhile ago and I honestly forget, the price wasn't unfair at all. I was impressed that they were able to get all of the stickers on the new window looking like they were never removed.Only downside was being a bigger guy, I wish they had sturdier chairs to sit in. I would gladly recommend Angel's work to others.

Angel replaced the windshield on my Camry. I'm visiting from out of town and needed a quick replacement before driving home. I saw Angels Auto Glass had very good reviews. I spoke with him and the next day my windshield was replaced, no hassles. Very highly recommended!!

Needed a replacement windshield for my 2002 Audi Avant. Decided to get a quote with Safelite Auto Glass online. Was quoted Over almost $400. I then browsed around and found Angels Auto Glass in Staten Island with near perfect ratings out of 61 people on Google reviews. I contacted him and was quoted $200 and he could do it same day in the afternoon, as long as it was before 1:00pm so he could order the windshield. I got off the phone and chatted with the wifey and we decided to go ahead and do it but scheduled next day due to the heavy storms we had yesterday. I called him back and said yep, lets go ahead and schedule for the next day at 2:00pm. I arrived at the location and found there Blue Angels Auto Glass truck sticking out and was easy to find. I spoke with his brother and handed over the keys. He got to work on the car as the wife and i took a walk around the neighborhood. We came back and Angel was back from another job (As he is a busy man) and introduced himself. We chatted for a little bit and he got to work. Him and his brother from what i can see did an Excellent job, Shop was Clean, Very friendly and outgoing. They also pointed out that the last installer that installed previously did not use enough silicone that i had seen, and there was a little bit of a bubble spot of rust. Him and his brother took care of it and painted so it would not have issue in the future. They worked quickly but very professionally. I would recommend to anybody that is in need of a vehicle window replacement. As for the people that are complaining and whining about the location, drive time, and estimate. Well in the future find a location close to you, and do your research and call around on your vehicle. I mean you are not going to find a $200 windshield for a 2019 Benz, BMW, or even Audi, so expect to pay if you have a newer vehicle. I on the other hand have an older vehicle that i maintain myself that i enjoy, and the cost for my windshield was spot on..Thank You Angel and Brother,Audi Avant Rich

After being lied to about getting an appointment and getting the correct windshield for over a week by Geico and their partner Safelite, Angel's Auto Glass was recommended to me. Angel was responsive, found the proper windshield right away and gave me an appointment the next day. When I arrived I was pleased with how clean the shop is. He started working on my car within minutes. The installation went as expected and I was very pleased. The next day I realized that one of the wipers needed adjustment and Angel came out to Brooklyn to make it. 5 stars!Service: Auto windshield repair

Angel was pleasant, professional and attentive to all detail. Him and his partner make you feel welcomed and comfortable while you wait for your repair to be completed. He was very informative about the work he was preforming on my vehicle, during a repair he noticed I had some other damage on the vehicle and when I explained the details of it he quickly and professionally made a few calls to see if the repair could be done by him for a better price and quality work. The work was done swift and quickly and because he is very attentive to detail he made sure everything is left to perfection. I've used him twice for a windshield repair and a driver side door replacement. Both jobs were done to perfection. Excellent staff and service! Got my windshield replaced there in 30 minutes. Didn t have to wait. Angel was so kind and went out of his way to contact the insurance for me and saved me money on my windshield replacement. Would absolutely recommend this place! Appreciate their time and effort! Hard to find good people like that who ll go out of their way to help a customer.

This is the best auto glass shop on Staten Island, Angel and his brother are very friendly, professional & knowledgeable about the auto glass business. You can have your work done at the shop or in your own driveway which is very convenient. I have used this company many times and highly recommend them. A good experience is always welcome when a problem is being addressed. Everything was done smoothly. There was no pause to figure what to do next. These guys know their business. When the job was done, they cleaned the area and checked associate facilities. The radio works, the whippers clean, and so forth. I recommend them for any issues you have with auto glass.About a year after they replaced my windshield I found water in my car. I thought my windshield might be leaking, and I called Angels Auto Glass. They asked I bring my car in. After asking a few questions, they found there was a cloged drain. They cleared the drain, and my car is now dry. Very knowledgeable and professional.Service: Auto windshield repair

I rarely write review for businesses unless they are extremely good/bad. In this case Angels auto glass is extremely good. I'm in and out of body a lot and this one is by far the best. They are very down to earth and kind, I could have easily spend hundreds of dollars else where but they did an easy fix for me without charge. I am beyond thankful and will definitely recommend them Best service I've received in a long time. So personable and quick. They really care about their customers and are honest. I'd go back there again if I needed to.

Angel and his brother Javier were amazing! My crazy ex bf threw a huge rock through my windshield at 3pm on a Tuesday and I got referred to angels. They picked my car up within an hour of this happening and I was able to pick it up by 6pm LITERALLY! They treated me like family and had the best price for such a late notice. I d refer everyone I know to them! My car was cleaned, no glass anywhere and flawless new windshield.

This has been the most pleasant interaction I've ever had when dealing with car stuff. Angel and his brother both understood that I had a time crunch and followed through with everything. Helped me out budget wise and time wise. Even after the fact they checked in to make sure there were no issues with their work. The word I would describe them both as is dedicated! I'm 100% pleased with my interaction today and i will be recommending them highly!

Very clean and professional work when it comes to glass work. Had a great experience coming to the shop and having my windshield replaced. Angel is a great guy worked with me to get my glass as soon as possible. His brother worked on my car and it came out very nice. Highly recommend angel and his brother great shop.

WOW. Best service ever! A lot of auto businesses should learn from these guys. Very easy to deal with from start to finish. Very flexible with scheduling and timely service.Mike was very helpful and friendly when he provided me with a quote to repair a small chip/crack on my windshield. Their pricing is very fair compared to other "big name" places.Joe was the technician who came out to fix my windshield. Showed up on time and with a smile! He was very friendly and worked super fast. 5 mins; that was it! Just like new!I will definitely be going back to this company for all my future windshield needs. Try these guys out! You'll be amazed!

Couldn't be more satisfied with the service. I made a few calls for quotes and Angel was the most professional person I had spoken to, explaining in depth of the different options of glass that I had and also was the lowest price around. I work a crazy schedule and he offers a mobile service where he came to me so I wasn't inconvenienced at all. He was quick ,friendly, and extremely professional! Thank you so much Angel!! Hopefully I won't need your services again, but if I do I know I will no longer shop around and give you a call right away! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!

Excellent service! Andrew is very friendly and helpful the whole time. He replaced and fixed my back windshield beautifully. It would be very expensive for my car but he tried his best and found out the best deal for me. I highly recommend Andrew for replacing auto glass. Thank you very much!

Angel and his team took care of my dodge dart this week. They were very professional and best of all FAST. Angel spoke to me throughout the day, working with my schedule. Got me into his shop the same day! Done in an hr. Great price also

Service was fast and affordable. He even fixed a rattling noise that was coming from the bottom of my car free of charge. I would recommend this place to everyone; 3X cheaper than Safelite or anyone else really. I was getting puddles of water in my car every time it rained. After checking all the rubber seals around the doors and windows and making sure that the vents by the hood were all clear of dirt and debris. I couldn't find any problems. So I figured it had to be the seal on my windshield. I made an appointment with Angel and he was ready for me when I got there. One look and he told me it wasn't the windshield. If he wasn't an honest man, he could have just done the resealing of the windshield, charged me for it and made an easy buck. But instead, he began looking and diagnosed my problem. It was the drain line from my sunroof. He followed the line down behind the dash to where it had dislodged by the firewall and repaired it. The price he charged me was very reasonable considering he worked on it for over an hour. And it was substantially less than what he quoted me earlier to reseal the windshield.I highly recommend Angels autoglass for a honest, fast and clean job at a reasonable price.

Angel is a great guy. He squeezed me in last minute on Christmas Eve to put a new windshield on my car. He got the job done without any problems I would highly recommend Angel for any auto glass work and I will definitely be back if I ever have another issue!

Angel and Javier were extremely helpful and patient during the repair process. It was our first time handling a claim and they made it seamless from beginning to end. In spite of being late and juggling child care, they were still gracious and professional enough to accept our repair.Though our scratch was seemingly minor from a pebble- Angel suggested to replace the entire glass since it was covered from our insurance anyway. Shoutout to Statefarm! But the fellas had the integrity and knowledge to add value to the safety of my family and their reputation. That speaks volumes especially as a new parent during a post-Covid era.Honestly, the hardest part was getting there on time .And yes, the glass was immaculate. (This review is posted about a week after installation)Hope this helps!

Called at 8am for an emergency rear windshield replacement. I was told to come on in. Got my replacement that same morning. A bit pricey but for the quality of work and such a last minute appointment it was worth it. Would definitely recommend!

First experience with this business was on the phone yesterday. Courteous and polite. Angel actually apologized that I called too late to get the glass that day. He scheduled me for noon today.Today went off without a hitch. Very courteous and clean. The actual definition of professional. Replaced the windshield in my '08 Sentra in less than an hour, for $129.00 less than Safelite.

We had damaged windshield in our Chrysler Pacifica (old one). Angel replaced the windshield on the same day which we did not expect!It took him a little more than one hour and bam!!! We picked up the clean car with washed windows, stickers transferred without any damage.What a wonderful place, excellent and fast service, not expensive and extremely professional.I'll really, sincerely recommend the place and give it FIVE STARS
