Angel was named correctly let me tell you he is an Angel heaven sent by the Auto Glass God! 1000/10 recommend Angel s Auto Glass. After getting a horrible job done by Safe lite I contacted Angel within 12 hours he was at my house to fix my windshield. Had the old windshield out and the new one installed in 1.5 hours. He even went as far as telling me how to contact my insurance company to stop the Safe lite check. Angel goes above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction! If you re not getting your glass fixed by Angel you re a dummy!

My car was broken into in the middle of the night. We started calling auto glass repair shops around 8 am, my wife called Angel he didn t pick up immediately we left a message. We called another spot and managed to secure a time. Angel called back and not only gave us a better price but offered to come to my home AND vacuum the vehicle. We couldn t say no. Angel came on time, very professional and did a great job. Vacuumed all the dangerous glass front and back of the car and even cleaned the windows. It s as if nothing happened. Very happy with my service and will be coming to him for future work.

My name is Heaven and Angel is a saint! I called them around 1pm and got a call back less than 10 minutes later and offered a repair appointment right away! It only took about an hour for them to arrive and they went straight to work on my car! They were super polite and respectful, quick work too! Great experience with angels auto glass. Angel came through the next day after reaching out and replaced my windshield in just 40 min. I hung out with him while he did the job and had good conversation - really nice guy and very efficient! He also gave me the best price out of all other places i researched. I definitely recommend his service.

I spoke to Angel on Monday and he asked me to text his receptionist with details for an appointment. They were able to schedule a chip repair the next day. He came to West New York, NJ to do the repair. He was very prompt and responsive over text. Angel came to do the repair himself. He seems like a nice family guy. He was able to do the repair quickly right in front of my home. At my request he gave me a quote on a replacement windshield and I believe the price was very fair and I was happy to hear that it would be the same brand windshield that came from factory. Overall great experience.

Called on Saturday, gave me a price, said we will order the windshield and install it Monday. They ask me to text them my information, which I do. I get no follow up text.Monday rolls around, no call or anything. I ask them, when will you be arriving today? All I get is a text back that says "window no ot available can't get it".What? Why didn't they call me to let me know? I asked, why I'm not told sooner, the windshield was already ordered I was told". Just reply with a text "no".Fairly unprofessional. Call me next time to actually explain yourself if there is a problem. And reach out to me as soon as you know there's an issue, don't wait for me to reach out to you. My problem could have been fixed two days ago by someone else. Very avoidable.

I rarely write reviews online unless a place is really bad. However, I actually found this place by looking at the reviews. After going here, I had to write a review but for the good! Had a leak by rear window. I went to Angel's shop but he was out on a job. I spoke to him by phone and he gave me a time to come back. When I did, Angel was there, as promised. He explained what he was going to charge me for a simple leak vs. a more in depth one. Both prices were more than reasonable. He found the issue quickly. He came out explained it and showed me where the leak was coming from and he was right! He fixed it right away and, like I said, the price was very good. Angel and his brother were professional and very nice. He is honest and I would highly recommend him!

Had my window repaired by Angels Auto glass yesterday. He was very professional and thorough. The repair took about 35 minutes. there are no garbage or debris after the job is finished. my window is spotless. the price was very reasonable. I paid $50 compare to satellite glass quote for $120. I definitely recommend his service to anyone who need auto glass repair.

I called this morning and got my new windshield at 3:00. Angel was very nice and did the job quickly. My windshield was on and ready to go in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who needs glass replacement!

Angel and his team were SO courteous and professional! This is the SECOND time i go to them to replace my entire windshield! Angel responds right away and takes care of the job quickly and accurately as promised. Hands down BEST PRICES in Staten Island- highly highly recommend- take my word! I m very picky and drive a BMW. Everything was fixed like the original! I will be using them always! Thanks Angel for such awesome service!!

When my window cracked, I was worried that I would have to miss work the next day. Angel was able to work around my schedule and in a few hours, he and his brother were at my home replacing my windshield. Angel is very familiar with auto insurances. He helped me file a claim and I ended up not paying any out of pocket. I highly recommend Angel s Auto Glass.

Highly professional, reliable, friendly and prompt service. Four windows replaced in same day. Angel even cleaned up the car and put back the bumper in place without even asking. He handled all my insurance issues as well. Highly recommended!

Customer service at it s best! Beat Safelite s price by $100 and Angel came to us within a few hours and replaced our front windshield while parked in front of my house (as opposed to Safelites appointment time of one week later!). He even came back to my house a few days later when I had trouble with the rear view mirror (my fault!). Would highly recommend Angel s services to anyone!

I recommend Angel's Auto Glass to anyone who needs their vehicle window replaced or fixed. My car was broken into, window smashed, Sunday, long Columbus Day weekend, and even though the shop was closed, Angel picked up the phone when I called and met me at the shop and put my car inside as I didn't want to keep my car without a window. He handled all the insurance matter. He cleaned the shattered glass well and installed original MB window. Angel even dropped off my vehicle at my house!!! Nobody else would do that. Great family man, and awesome service!!! I highly recommend Angel's Auto Glass on Staten Island!

Fast service and very professional. Came out to my work on a Thursday to check the windshield, had the new windshield on Friday, and came to my house on Saturday morning to replace it. Would definitely use his services again and will recommend him to family and friends.

I had a small chip in my windshield that I didn't want to spread. I checked out angels autoglass and went through my insurance company to arrange the repair. Everything was easy and smooth. *********** set the appointment up and Angels autoglass came out to my work and fixed the chip right there in 15 minutes. Angel was professional, helpful and courteous. They even clean you windows and vacuum your car when they're finished. Overall, great experience. Really easy & fast!

Angel and the rest of the team are very professional! He replaced my windshield within an hour and knows how to get the job done. I do not recommend anyone else but Angel and his team! You will not be disappointed.

Got my windshield repaired by Angel Auto Glass 2 weeks ago, very professional & skillful. I got a chip/crack on my windshield due to highway rocks, called Angel and luckily he's very close to me and arrived in 15 minutes and fixed it within 15 minutes. The crack is almost invisible. He's highly recommended for the professionalism, responsive, excellent service and most importantly (for my wallet) that it is very reasonablly priced so it doesn't feel the pain as the glass did.

My Wife had a problem with her car. So I called Angels shop for an appointment. When i got there the shop was a little busy, but Angel told me dont worry he would get to me. Well it started getting late and i had to pick up my Wife. I Told Angel i would like to make another appointment .When me and my wife got home that evening. The Phone rang and it was Angel and he told me he would come out to my area and fix the problem .Which he did, and the service was great.These guy's are the best on staten island by far.These guys really care about there custoners.Give them a chance and im sure you will say the same.

These guys are awesome! Let me tell you guys why, my corolla was broken into during work at midtown i managed to put a plastic tarp to cover the broken window. The first thing I did was check google to see who I can call, on of the best rated was angel s glass repair. I called and he said bring it in (mind you this was on New Years) unfortunately the window was from the previous year model, but angel went out of his way to get me the right window. Not only did he clean my car he was professional and know his old school basketball! If I ever break any window in my car I m coming back here 100%!!!!

ANGELS AUTO GLASS replaced my KIA windshield within 40 minutes after arrival. It was a quick and clean service. Reasonable price as I have called almost all Staten Island thier offer was the best. Definitely reccomend them!

When my rear window was recently broken over the labor day weekend , i tried contacting a few local auto glass shops to no avail. Within 15 minutes of leaving a msg on angels answering machine i recieved a call back from Angel. He said not to worry he would send his brother over to clean up the glass and cover/tape the missing window right away. Well true to his word his brother showed up and competed the task within an hour to my amazement. Being the next day was labor day they couldnt get the new glass till tuesday, but by noon on tuesday my car was back to its original shape in no time. If u ever need any type of auto glass , sun roofs, or window regulator work done i truly reccomend Angels auto glass. They are professional and courteous, and among all else their prices are much lower than the big name competitors seen on TV. Ty to Angel and his brother javier for the great job you did on my nissan. In the event i ever have to thru this type of situation again i will be using Angels auto glass.

Went to a different Glass shop to fix my glass on the car, they took more than 7 hrs and at the end tall me that got the wrong side of the door. Found this person Angel through google reviews, the best person for the glasses, he is very honest and knowledgeable and he put the glasses with in few minutes !!! I would recommend everyone to see this person get ure glasses repair.

My windshield was smashed in and I couldn't make it out to Staten island where Angels shops are located (I live in Jersey) So he came out to me in this blistering heatwave and replaced my windshield. I am forever grateful and forever a customer of Angels. He cleaned up the shattered glass inside my truck as well. I wish that I could rate this with many more stars. Thank you again for being an Angel. People don't waste your time searching and calling around just call Angel.
