Giving this place a 1 star rating is to generous. They have the worst customer service I have ever had to experience in my life. You will have one person tell you they have something, then when you go there it s crickets who did you speak to? we don t have that. The amount of times you just have to call back to check for a simple part because these rude people will just hang up on you for no reason while you are in the middle of talking is insane. Don t waste time with this place, plenty of other businesses that are 1,2,3 with no problems.

Expects me to drive 2 hours just to negotiate a price in person. The quoted price was as much as brand new. There's a reason why this seller won't post prices online or negotiate remotely. If you do business with someone who takes you for a fool, then guess what that would make you?

I was searching for a transmission for a Mercedes Sprinter. No one seemed to have this part in Pennsylvania, where I live. When I did find one, it was outrageously priced. After doing diligent research, we found Ace Auto Salvage. From the initial contact on the phone, I can tell these guys were the real deal. I spoke with Robert, he was patient with all my concerns. After going to Ace from Philadelphia, pulling up to the place, it confirmed this place was top of the line. Customer service was impeccable! Robert was awesome, they are my go to place for auto parts. I trust them!

Had a great experience working with Sal. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He was able to get me the parts I needed and back on the road right as he estimated, which was my biggest concern. I ve been to a lot of shops around this was my first time at Ace and by far my best experience!

I bought a new kia k5 but I did not have a spare tire. Robert helped me find a Hyundai wheel the fit my car perfectly. I informed Robert about what I was looking for and he was able to find a wheel for me that fit my needs perfectly. The price was very reasonable and now I have a full size spare, rather than buying a donut that would have cost me more and could only go 45mph. Thanks again Robert.

Luckily I had Sal to help me through my service here, he was down to earth and so easy to talk to. Not only did he find what I needed but was able to fit me in the next day! High Recommend!!

This place was very shady. They had a vehicle we wanted to purchase and they refuse to take any checks from a bank even though the check is a certified bank check. They deal in cash or Zelle only as stated by Stanley. They wanted us to originally bring the check to them so they can deposit the check and leave the place and come back when the check clears. Mind you we are over 2 hours away. Stanley then calls us back as says they only take cash or Zelle. Very very shady will never buy anything from this place. The NY State Attorney General's office should investigate this place.

My husband traveled from central PA to get parts. Jose had everything ready for him. The yard was amazingly clean and organized. And prices were fair! I highly recommend checking them out for any auto parts.

Amazing customer service. My salesman Jose was most helpful, honest and prices are very reasonable.A friend traveled from Massachusetts for a column and was VERY SATISFIED!!! Definitely recommend.

Very accommodating and personable, Kevin and Joe were both very friendly even though it's obviously a busy place. They had the only game in town on the door I needed, price was by far the most I ever paid for a door but times are changing and auction prices for salvage cars are also going up. I would definitely buy from them again if I couldn't find a cheaper alternative or something closer to home. Thanks

Very helpful and great customer service. The man I spoke to was friendly and upbeat which is something you don't normally encounter at salvage yards. He even helped me on the price without me asking when he spotted a minor flaw with my item. No problems here what's so ever. I guess that's how they've stayed in business this long. They treat their customers right and not like they're doing them a favor.

10/11/21 marks the beginning of a endless long friendship with this place. Funny thing is that a friend of mines in California named Jose reference me to Jose and the rest was history. Scored a very very important part for my Audi for a price I would not ever share on here....let's just say I am a customer FOR LIFE thanks to this place. Will be hearing from me again

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! PURCHASED A TRUNK THAT WAS PAINT MATCHED TO MY VEHICLE. BEFORE DRIVING OUT THERE I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION ( GRADE A ). When they brought the part to me it had 4 good size visible scratches and a good size scuff. I asked if they would work with me on the price just a little , I was told by the sales person that hey - scratches are good well dude when I pay you premium price for grade A part I expect it to be pristine as you were promising me over the phone !!! I drove from far and just did not waned to argue with a lying sales person .On the phone I was told $380 for the trunk when I came there he said it was $420 but he will sell it to me for $399. SERIOUSLY?! JUNK YARDS HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN THIS SHOP.

I was searching for a very tiny and specific part for my car. After inquiring at auto zone, advanced auto parts and the dealer, they either couldn t give me the part without selling the entire assembly (over $800) or just didn t have it at all. I came to Ace and Lucas was extremely polite, professional and expeditious with not only finding the part I needed, but found two of them and for a great price. It s very hard finding a junk/salvage yard who aren t crooks and doesn t take advantage of their customers. There s a reason Ace is the only 5-star salvage yard on Staten Island. Thanks Lucas!

Ridiculous prices.! $200 for an nissan altima 2015 driver side mirror. Better go to the dealer. Would me more cheaper and new.

I've used these guys in the past and was very happy, However if you're looking for a small part don't even bother calling. They only deal with large car parts. I called asking for a mirror assembly for a car and they didn't even look the part up they just said they don't have it and hung up.
